Skipping meals especially when you receive no communication from your brain that hunger is calling helps your system. If you are not hungry, do not eat. Do not do it because society has taught you to eat breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacking in between and finally dinner. When you eat, don’t gorge. Every time you gorge yourself to the brim, you suffocate your systems. If your body communicates thirst to you, your body needs water not sugar mixed with water and some coloring. If you don’t eat breakfast because you are not hungry, it is your body putting breaks on your food intake. Give your body a chance to breathe. The body perhaps, requires optimal energy to do some repair.
