The first two books (one novella, one novel) in The British Are Coming series in one box set. TO ENCHANT A LADY'S HEART Despite the dishonorable circumstances of his own birth, Adam Faulkner has never begrudged his half-brother Sebastian's legitimate position as the Viscount Willowthorpe. Having a title and everything that goes with it never mattered to Adam—until “everything” became the hand of Miss Eliza Southwick. Adam knows, as the stable manager at Hooke Manor, he shouldn’t hope to wed a well-born miss. After all, enchanting such a lady’s heart would take a true gentleman…something he is not.
Eliza Southwick loves horses more than society and doesn't care a whit about status or titles. But her father has set his sights on the Viscount Willowthorpe for his future son-in-law and has brought his daughter to Hooke Manor in hopes of arranging a marriage contract. When a spark first kindled during a chance meeting between Eliza and Adam grows stronger, she doesn’t dare tell her father how she feels. He will disown her entirely if she fails to do his will, and the cost of following her heart has never seemed higher.
TO MARRY AN ENGLISH LORD Sebastian Whitcombe, Viscount Willowthorpe, comes to America to experience the great Wild West for himself before it disappears for good. The adventure comes with a convenient bonus—it postpones his father’s edict that he take a wife from the British aristocracy. Sebastian isn’t so much against marriage as he is an arranged marriage to the wrong woman.
Jocelyn Overstreet hasn’t returned to her family’s eastern Idaho cattle ranch in six years. She’s far too busy managing the New York City offices of Overstreet Shipping. But when her older brother has a serious run-in with a bison, she returns to the ranch only to find the Overstreet home invaded by visitors from England, one of them a disturbingly handsome viscount who disarms her defenses at every turn.
Sebastian’s future lies in England where the Earl of Hooke is determined to choose his son a wife. New York City holds Jocelyn’s future with scant time for romance, much less marriage. The attraction between her and Sebastian seems doomed to fail.

Two brothers born in England find love with an English lady and a American ranch women.
Loved being with this author again. Adam and Eliza story was sweet. It was love at first sight for them. But their fathers had different plans for Eliza with Sebastian Adam brother. But Sebastian didn't like it. He and their sister Amanda were all for Eliza and Adam. Eliza lost it all but gained total love and acceptance for who she was and what she wanted most. Sebastian and Jocelyn it was love at first sight for Sebastian. Both fit well together and Sebastian fit well on the ranch and so did Jocelyn. But she also had misgivings to but Sebastian put them to rest. His father was hard but came around. Looking forward to Amanda story and also William when it comes.
Both stories in this book are wonderful. One is set in England and the other one in America. They are about the Earl of Hooke and his children, especially his sons and the women they love. I highly recommend both stories. I am looking forward to Amanda's story. I hope it's as good as these are..
How wonderful to have two great stories bundled together. I enjoyed them both, learning a bit more on both sides of the Atlantic. Nicely written characters and inspirational as well. Would recommend.
Loved the time period, the characters and writing style. Glad that someone had recommended Robin Lee Hatcher’s books. Once I got into the book, I wanted to keep reading until I finished. I know this is part of a series and I want even more now to read the rest.
These sweet romances are so enjoyable with wonderful writing and relatable characters about the titled life in England and a viscount's travels to the American wild west.
The British Are Coming: Books 1 & 2 by Robin Lee Hatcher started out in England, then book 2 took us to the western United States. These historical stories were good reads. I recommend them.
