I almost dropped this manga at first because the story started quite slow, but as I continued reading chapter by chapter, I found myself becoming increasingly engrossed. The manga is genuinely fun and engaging, and I especially love how it focuses on sibling dynamics, even though some characters are only half-siblings and others are adopted. This perspective adds a unique depth to the story, highlighting how familial bonds can be complex but meaningful. A central theme of the manga is the process of raising a deity and how a person’s energy influences the divine being they are nurturing. Saika’s journey is particularly interesting, as she ultimately raises a demi-god rather than a full god, which adds a fresh twist to the familiar “raise a deity” concept. The story also emphasizes the importance of authenticity, because by being your true self attracts people to your energy naturally, which is a valuable message woven seamlessly into the plot. The one aspect that didn’t sit well with me was Aki’s romantic feelings toward Saika. Their relationship is complicated, as they are technically blood relatives, as Aki is the son of the patriarch’s half-brother, while Saika’s mother is the patriarch’s cousin. Even though the family includes adopted members, the blood relation still makes this romantic angle uncomfortable for me. Overall, despite the slow start and this controversial subplot, this manga is a captivating read. Its focus on family, sibling bonds, and the fascinating concept of raising a god makes it worth sticking with, and the story’s humor and charm kept me hooked until the end.

This is an overall review for all 4 books. I really enjoyed this series. The whole premise was really intriguing to me, and I really enjoyed the relationship our MC had with her "brothers"

I really wish there had been more books in the series, because there are still a lot of things I wish I could have seen fleshed out a little more. Especially with Kei. and I won't spoil it, but if you know you know.
