Great primer on Real Estate Investing! If you’re a newbie - get this book!
This book has it all. Everything from getting your own finances squared away, to how to find the right property, conventional and creative finance, handling all of the inspections and other steps to getting the deal done properly, managing the property or the investment project, and more more more. Plus - it’s easy to understand. The math of doing real estate investments is made very simple, the process is step-by-step. Really a great book. Highly recommend!

I'm just beginning my real estate investing journey and I think this is a good starter book. This was the first book I'm reading on the topic, so I don't know what I don't know yet, but I feel more confident in what my next steps will be as I continue to increase my knowledge on the topic. It is EXTREMELY repetitive on some of the more basic "duh" content (ex. clear communication is important, do your due diligence, etc.), but contained some new, insightful information that I will benefit from. I appreciated the supplemental content included within the book as well. I would recommend the authors to condense some of the fluff in the next edition, and perhaps give more examples of property and market analysis as I found those helpful.
