Callie sought solace in the arms of Trent Harrison, Ben’s racing rival. Still, her heart refuses to move past her first love. Little does she know Ben had a reason to leave town he never revealed.

Now, as the truth comes to light and his heart longs for the one who got away. Can he convince Callie they are meant to be? Or will the pain of the past ruin their chance at a happy future?

I'm an a romantic suspense author...wait, what? I hated to read. I wouldn't read unless forced by a teacher. I watched a popular vampire movie and wanted to see what happened next, so I bought a Nook. My obsession began. I read a book a day. I've read hundreds of books!

I felt I had a story inside me to add to the list of self-published authors, so I put myself to the test, and Safer With You was born.

I live in a small town in Pennsylvania with my husband, two amazing daughters and two dogs, an unlikely pair: a black Lab and Maltese. I spend my time writing, editing, reading and graphic designing.

Callie Rae's journey through love and heartbreak is a rollercoaster of emotions in Beautifully Built. The chemistry between her and Ben is palpable, tugging at your heartstrings from the first page to the last. With secrets revealed, drama and second chances sought, this book captures the essence of true love and the power of forgiveness.

Callie and Ben were really good characters, Callie always loved Ben. I liked the push and pull in the relationship. I also enjoyed the racing aspect of the story.

Read this book in approximately 5 hours it was that adddicting! I read the first book with Ems and Van and knew I would absolutely obsess over Callie’s story. I only wish Callie would have given him a little more of a hard time in fighting for her love, if you know what I mean ;) OVERALL LOVED IT!

This is the second book in this series, and this is Callie and Ben’s story.
Callie had a crush on her brother’s best friend Ben for years, but he ended up breaking her heart.
This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster, with family, friendships, angst, drama, secrets, palpable chemistry, second chances, revelations, and love, which leads to an entertaining, and heartfelt, small town romance.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This was the most toxic, messy, small town southern romance whirlwind of a book I have ever read. I really did enjoy it, though.

Trisha Madley has a way of putting you in the character's heads with the most relatable characters and makes you feel everything they feel. I just wish this book was dual POV so I could have gotten more of it.

Tropes: nickname; best friends brother; small town; second chance; found family; street racing romance?

Tw: miscarriage, cheating (not the main couple), toxic relationships, abandonment

I really loved this story and all it's characters good and bad. Callie Rae has been in love with Ben forever but he has never really seen her. This is their journey of friendship, pain, love, drama and most of all family and how true family isn't always the one you are born with. Trisha Madley is a wonderful story teller and I cannot wait for more from her.

Second book in the series, and I really enjoyed this one as well! Brother’s best friend, single dad and another HEA. There were some really toxic messed up characters but you could just not look away. Again, some editing issues, but would still definitely recommend this series!

This was a fun story of a brothers friend and second chances. It was fast moving, held my interest and had the best ending. I think most romance readers will enjoy this book.

This was actually not my favorite compared to the first book in the series, which i inhaledddd and read in a day (it was still good to read, but I wasn't a fan of the main character's wording/immaturity in the book- once I got past that, I liked the story)
