So reads the customer commitment from Opal, the newest online shopping fad to sweep the nation. When Grace receives her first package from them, she's more disappointed than satisfied. When a replacement is issued and she receives exactly what she is looking for, she realizes she may be onto something. But there's a good reason we don't always get everything we want...

The best way to describe this book is short but sweet. This is probably Christopher's best so far. You'll want to check out more from this Sweet author as he's got nothing but potential.
I loved it, but I am obsessed with Christopher Sweets’ books.
For the price point, this is a great, quick read. I jumped it ahead in my to-read list because I want to get as many stories in as possible during the review local time frame.
I can see the improvement between this book and the books he released last year. Give him another couple of years of writing experience, and you can mark my word that he will be a household name, not just to Atlantic readers.
Another gem from Christopher Sweet. Expertly plotted and penned. More Serling than King, this is a short, succinct offering that would not be out of place as a Twilight Zone episode.
Satisfaction Guaranteed!! Definitely Satisfaction Guaranteed when you read this one. Christopher Sweet is becoming one of my favourite authors. I love horror books and he certainly delivers.
This book is short but it is very clever and very entertaining. The old phrase less is more rings true with this short story. The story follows Grace and her orders from Opal. Grace quickly gets more than she bargained for when she takes advantage of Opal's Satisfaction Guaranteed option and, uses their replacement option to better her everyday life. These replacements come at a cost though and Grace discovers Opal has alterior motives.
Satisfaction Guaranteed indeed! This book packs a lot of punch in a short read. Interesting, weird, and surprising right to the very end. Christopher Sweet is a talented writer with a knack for character development and excellent storytelling. If you're a fan of unexpected Twilight Zone-ish tales, pick up this book. You won't be disappointed.
