Aw man, I wanted to learn to be an alpha male, or at least see more pictures of them. But this 30-page Kindle pamphlet doesn’t even mention “alpha” inside. That’s so beta, dude! Also, I can’t afford BCAAs, and my favorite foods are still white toast and cookies. I guess I’m stuck with my aging fem-boy frame. Le sigh!

This book was evenly backed with the basic information one would need to better understand intermittent fasting and the authors obvious bias toward the life style. He had some dangerous generalizations about the wellness industry and made it seem like intermittent fasting was the only way to go instead of one potential great option.

Great tips and simple explanations!

The author presents a simple and clear understanding of the value and benefits of fasting and debunks common diet and weight loss myths. Certainly worth the read!

This book helps remove the fear and stigma associated with intermittent fasting. It provides a very practical and easy approach to IF.

Simple and direct

An excellent guide book for the beginner it will help them get started and answer many of the basic questions for someone embarking on the intermittent fasting journey..
