Although this was good, I think a lot of the ground of the material had already been covered in Altered State: The Story of Ecstasy Culture and Acid House and covered better.
I found that a lot of the text here was just endless direct quotes from people in the scene! Word for word paragraphs which felt a bit cheated and repetitive after a while.
Still fun to read about a scene which I'm heavily interested in and love the music. Just not the quality of other texts out there.
