We need church production teams that are driven by God's Word and postured for technical growth and spiritual discipleship. The path from onboarding a new production team volunteer to harvesting the fruit of a healthy volunteer culture is often unclear for the church production leader. I believe that church production leaders are capable of much more than their pastoral leadership expects of them or what they expect of themselves. This book is fantastic. Short, sweet, and to the point, which I think is something church production staff would appreciate! Drew had very good insights from his 20+ years experience leading production teams, and he effectively highlighted the common struggle that church production staff have: remaining spiritually minded when in such a highly technically demanding position.

I would recommend this book to anyone that serves in church production, whether you are staff or volunteer. I will be using this book with my small team that I lead, as well as applying the principles from this book in my own leadership.
