Landon Fuller has been lusting over Lucia for years. There are a few problems that are keeping him from pursuing her. One, she is a seer coming into her powers, which is equal parts hot, and also terrifying—which is sexy, because Landon, in true Fuller fashion, is attracted to things that scare him. Problem number two? She doesn’t know he exists. She’s gorgeous, has the perfect rack, could chill a man’s blood with a look, and knows big words. She’s the most beguiling, intelligent, and intimidating creature he’s ever seen, and lately, they are being forced into the same territory. When he figures out he can easily fluster her, the game is on, and his inner bear is on the hunt. Problem number three—Lucia’s most recent vision includes him destroying everything.
Lucia Novak is the daughter of a famous seer, and she has unfortunately inherited the sight. Her unwelcome powers are ruining her life, and to protect others around her, Lucia has withdrawn from the world. She can see what will happen to the people she cares about before it even happens, and trouble is coming for her newly formed Warlander Crew. And in the midst of all that trouble? There is one savagely strong, tall-as-a-house and wide-as-a-barn, dominant, delinquent Fuller brother. Landon is trouble with a capital T, and for some reason, he has his attention set on her, and to be honest, he is proving to be an entertaining distraction. The more she gets to know about the Healer of Damon’s Mountains, the more she thinks she may have misjudged him.
If only Landon wasn’t going to do what she knows he will, perhaps she could let her guard down, but this dominant grizzly shifter has a dark destiny that will burn everything she loves to the ground.
Landon Fuller is her enemy, and she will stop at nothing to protect the mountains she loves, and her heart, from him.
Don’t miss the captivating third installment in T. S. Joyce’s bestselling Warlanders series, where humor meets grit, and the rollercoaster love stories never quite go to plan.

“He’s after Lucia Novak,” Dad said around a bite of food. “You’re trying to kill her?” Mom demanded. “No! I think I want to date her!” Landon uttered. “We’re all going to die,” Mom said. She threw her hands up and went back inside. “I should’ve known it was the youngest one gonna get us all killed!” . Lucia and Landon were straight up ridiculous with a side order of heart and feels. 🥰
I don't believe I've laughed that hard in ages. Some of the dialog with Landon's father Clint is priceless! I have to say though that the romance felt a little lacking. Still good, just not 5 star for me.
I think this book was the best in the trilogy, since Lucia and Landon talk to their families.
These two are good for each other. Four stars because Landon forces a kiss on Lucia on their date while they're fighting. Also, I felt there was more to Landon, or he doesn't make sense to me. He's stupid, but also somehow a healer? Why was he "working" for Willa, when being a medic seems like it would be more fulfilling and lucrative for him?
Instead, the plot focuses on a vision Lucia had that she dreads.
I haven't laughed so hard in a hot minute. Read straight through, I laughed, I cried a bit in heartfelt understanding, and laughed some more. Landon being a Fuller.. I didn't expect him to be... so... sweet/loving/understanding. Being a Novak is hard for Lucia... especially with the sight... she needed someone to understand her.. and that's what she got. This was an amazing story and one I will reread a lot.
I do love a good book by TS Joyce. Landon and Lucia's story was pretty cute too. A little light on depth and i felt a little rushed. But still very cute and worth the read.
My biggest shock I guess in the book was when the author put her own life experience in the book and was a bit self righteous about it. I thought it was a bit arrogant and self serving. And yeah we get it someone tried to drag you down and out. But as a reader and supporter I didn't enjoy that part of the book. It was very small, but still left a bit of a sour taste.
Warlander Grizzly is the story of Landon and Lucia and from the first chapter had me laughing out loud, which was sorely needed after the days I’ve had recently🥹
Lucia has the gift like her father Beaston, but has withdrawn from everyone around her and she no longer has her Grizzly😢 Suffice to say Landon has always had a crush on Lucia and he’s about to make his interest known😍
I can’t wait for more in Damon’s mountains, this place and it’s people are sooo special❣️
This is the third book in this series. They should be read in order. Lucia has her father’s gift. She thinks it is a curse. Landon is a Fuller with all that that entails. However, he is also a healer. He stayed when all his brothers left, even those he just considered brothers. He has been interested in Lucia since they were young. Now she is finally looking at him differently. Landon is different than Lucia thought, at least with her. Landon is somehow able to see the parts of Lucia that she doesn’t want anyone to see. Lucia has a vision of Landon doing something she can’t understand. He says he likes her but what sees in her vision is at odds with that if its true. Maybe there is more to the vision she hasn’t seen yet or won’t see. Gunner is having more and more issues. He tells her that maybe she needs to stop fighting her visions and just enjoy her life. Could he be right? Could Landon be her future? Landon is crewless even though he was asked to say by more than one adult. Could Warlanders be his crew, maybe just Lucia? I love this book so much. I feel like T.S. Joyce gave us a little more insight into her own life in this book. Just a little bit. I couldn’t put this book down once I started. I can’t wait for the next book in this series. T.S. Joyce is a must read author for me. I don’t even read the blurbs anymore I just dive in. I can’t recommend her books enough.
TS Joyce has done it again with an emotional story between Lucia and Landon. Lucia is Beaston's daughter and has inherited the sight from him. She hates the visions she gets and even though she's part of the Warlander crew she keeps herself separate from them. Along the way she's lost her bear and it's one more reason for people to talk about her.
Landon has loved Lucia since they were kids. He finally works up the courage to ask her out and surprisingly she agrees. He takes her to a bar outside their territory without realizing Lucia bartends there. She is actually having fun until a human starts a fight.
Their story evolves and Lucia realizes Landon really sees her. He knows the reason she lost her bear and understands her better than anyone else. She can't help but fall in love but there are moments in their relationship that just tug at your heart strings. And of course with Landon's dad being Clinton there are moments filled with humour.
I've been dancing and laughing my way through this author's work all year so obviously I love the world she's created, the characters, and maybe most of all the banter. This book may have my favorite scene ever - the dinner at the MMC’s home on his birthday. It captures the foolishness, outrageousness, and love all these people have for each other.
This MMC is definitely one of my all time favorites. Even though he has loved the MFC since they were kids and she never noticed him, he's still confident and down to earth. He doesn't complicate things with fears of rejection or possessiveness. She is not easy to like - she attacks people to protect herself but he just understands that.
When they have sex, he places this boundary,
“You will not destroy me after. You will not freak out. You will let me take care of your body, and then you will be nice. Do you understand?”
Simple, straightforward, clear - not mean, whiney, or manipulative. Beautiful.
I get it, get why Lucia pulls away from everyone. It has to be weird to have a normal life and then all of a sudden you have visions that tell the future, but you have to interpret them, which is the hard part. I wouldn't want to talk to anyone either. It doesn't help that these shifters are always up in everyone business, even when they shouldn't.
I loved learning about Landon's crush on Lucia and how he had proof that he's been smitten with her forever. I also loved that Landon was a great shoulder to lean on when he learned what Lucia lost and found a way to help her with things. These 2 really needed to be together, glad they finally figured it out.
Book three of this latest book think it's the last in this series but all are linked together was shocked how gunners journey in this pack turned out.Looks like he will have his own series next month. I do love this author her books are always great, good storyline normally heart Breaking sad but with fun humour and a friendship loyal bond at the end.
Also a good price to buy only 200 pages or so a book but at a more reliable price and no page filling that bored you, I read them on unlimited so great they are on there but I have thought about buying them also to re-read and keep (that don't happen often for me, I read a lot don't often 're read)
This is book three in the Warlanders series. This time the book is focused on Lucia. She is Beaston’s daughter and has inherited his gift of visions, to her dismay. Lucia seems to be running from her life and his gift. However, the new crew plus Landon and Willa have been trying to bring her around. They want her in the crew, but they recognize that something is wrong with her. Landon is attracted to Lucia and he has been trying to gain her attention. Let’s hope Landon will succeed. There are some funny laugh out loud moments as well as some painful ones too. TS Joyce always writes such emotional stories. Read On!
I love this story and this whole series! Lucia and Landon were perfect, the banter is so smart and self depreciating, there was pining and angst and as always plenty of brawls. Lucia feels so alone and is struggling quietly, but she comes to realize she has been anything but this whole time! I loved the challenges the MCs had to overcome and how they worked together when they needed too. There are so many great Easter eggs in these books and I just love how much you can feel the joy the author has in continuing these stories. I can't wait for more!!
This book is the result of creating the most bogan, redneck character possible, and then having him try to woo a lady. Which, needless to say, yields hilarious results. Family dinner night had me in stitches. It’s super juvenile and ridiculous, and today it was exactly what I needed. If you’re after a serious book: this is not it. It’s woefully terrible and completely amazing at the same time. Lucia was a tough one to connect with, but Landon pulls this through. Worst love interest, he will be no one’s book boyfriend.
So many reasons I enjoyed this story. I laughed, I cried a little, I rooted for the characters and I got to visit with friends from " the mountain". Ending a note with Ps... And Pps... Because Peepee was spot on and so funny. The little raven made me sad a few times because I can relate more than most (6 losses). The crew showing up out of no where when they were needed was great. Everyone coming to the park at the end made my heart so happy. The mice getting homes.. Priceless. 1010 forever! Thanks T for another wonderful story!
Warlanders book 3. Landon and Lucia. She is the daughter of the beast. He is one of the crazy Fuller boys. She is part of the pack but tends to separate herself. He doesn't have a crew but is longing for one. She's room and gloom with a weird sense of room and gloom. He's thrives on life, fun and the pursuit of a good prank with his dad. They are total opposites and yet they completely have what the other needs to survive this bizarre transition. Fun, gritty, high drama, over the top angst and smexy.
She found that she had sight and her visions telling her of a 🔥was to come to her friends traitor park, for her best was not with her and one day she went on a date with a guy that had been in love with her from when they were younger and through the date her best started to talk to her and telling her to stay with him as she was needed by him as they were ment to be as mates giving her hope and a chance to be hole.I would like to say thank you for all your hard work and may fortune smile 😃on you always 😁from a bookworm
I love Landon. I love that he's simple in the fact that he is what he is and doesn't sugar coat it. He accepts the good and the bad for just facts, knows his limits and isn’t cocky about it. However, he's also complicated because there's another side to him no one knows. The same for Lucia. She's had to go through so much and hides behind being an introvert but to protect herself. Their story was so heartwarming. I just wish we could have had a bit more of Beaston's insight.
This one one of my favorite books in all of her books. It's funny parts, yea. It has rough parts like all the books, but it shows a side of Lucia that no one gets but someone who has always seen her for her. Someone who doesn't expect her to be anything but herself, he still pushes her, but Landon knows how to push her without breaking her and letting her be herself!
Landon and Lucia have deep roots in Damon's mountains, and without realizing their roots have been meshed together since they were kids. Lucia is mourning a heartbreaking loss and her bear has disappeared, but Landon's beast bear has her whispering to Lucia again. Being a seer has always been a struggle for Lucia, but never so much as seeing the destruction coming the Warlanders way. Lucia and Landon together really fits!
Lucia can't sense her bear. She's gone.Lucia isn't A people person when they get to close she spits hateful word to them. Landon is Clinton's son. He's the youngest and not the smartest but he's always loved Lucia. She never noticed growing up . she has the visions like her father Beaston. She has a recurring one about her crew's trailer park. Will this one come true or can she fix it and stop pushing everyone away? Great read
2.5 stars I liked the story, it was quite funny at times. What brought it down? It's another it's me not you thing. He more than lusted over her. He had feelings for her, since they were kids. Instead of making something of it He manho'd around and meantime she had 1 partner. Of course he doesn't want to be judged by something he did before they got together. But I say judge away. I wouldn't want to be with someone that had feelings for me but slept around instead.
I just love T.S Joyce. I have read every book and I have loved every book. All the obnoxious and weird little characters just carve a spot right into your heart. I can’t help but wish for a crew just like every single one she’s written about! Landon and Lucia were perfect and Clinton just kills me. lol I can’t wait for Gunner’s story, I just know that man’s got some pain he needs to get through.
This is another winner from T.S. Joyce. Landon and Lucia are a good pair and their love grows as the story unfolds.
My favorite part was the entirety of chapter 13. With all the seriousness throughout the story of Lucia’s visions and her fear, chapter 13, (in true T.S. Joyce style) brought in the humor and levity. I laughed out loud at the Fuller family dinner party. Just good fun.
This book had me hooked! I swear I don’t get sucked into books like I do a book from T. S. Joyce. I could not put this down! Landon is a sweetheart. Lucia though stubborn in the beginning really opened up. My goodness! The character development in this book! Chief’s Kiss 😚🤌 amazing. Highly recommend. Would read again, probably will in the near future with the rest of Damon’s Mountain.
This is a beautiful book written by my favorite author. I have wondered about Lucia and Landon’s story for a while now. They are a great couple together and I love how we get to see characters from previous books come together. I have laughed right out loud so many times in the book it’s just amazing.
I don't know what it is, but those Fuller Men... They're the most obnoxious and ridiculous men, but their love for their mate's are absolutely everything ♥️. After reading a Damon's Mountain book, I always say it's my favorite. They are all my favorite. Matt, Beaston, Clinton, Nox, and now Landon.
This was the most heart wrenching book I’ve read! My emotions were all over the place! Such a good book as usual! I’ve been really wanting gunners story and this one just has me on the edge of my seat even more. I’m so glad Lucia had her story though and I’m so happy to be back to these mountains!
This story was completely not what I expected. Lucia and Landon don’t seem like a love match at all, but they are perfect for each other. I love that he is a healer and uses that power so well. I shed some tears near the end there. I definitely got lost in the story. You will too! 4!stars, 3 spice emojis
