As usual, my favorite author does it again. The best thing about Bradley wright books is that they grab you on page one and do not let go until the very last page and always leaves you wanting more and to read the next one! This book is no different, as Alexander King, X, is once again needed to save the world.
If like me, you have read all 8 books in this series, then you too understand the heart pumping nonstop page turning suspense.
If you are new to Bradley wright, then I recommend starting the series at the beginning. Each book is better than the one before and that is saying a lot, as book one is pretty amazing.
Once you finish the series, move on to the other great characters that Mr. Wright has introduced as well, as they are all excellent.
If like me, you have read all 8 books in this series, then you too understand the heart pumping nonstop page turning suspense.

Typical great pace; intense plot, and the usual characters… however, overall, seemed rushed. In particular, tons and tons of typos/wrong words… definitely impacted the reading as I kept pausing to re-read. Please get a better proof reader. E.g., Know one said anything, so Xander let his worries go so he could focus on the journey.
Jon was postponed facing the fire, so Xander could watch the life leave his body.
Xander was pot committed.
Xander through a left hook at Jax.
You had to be with us. No you don’t.
Soon we want have anyone in the world to worry about.
You should have plenty of time to jump from the van after set the brick.
Then we do work. Got it?

Spicy from start to finish — Bradley Wright wastes no time jumping straight into the action.
This one, however, wasn’t my favorite in the series. Packing a story this complex into 180 pages made it feel rushed at times, with the plot jumping from section to section and some critical details and character/story development feeling underexplored.
The climax of the entire story essentially happens within the final 10 pages, and for a concept as big as the one in War Machine, that left me feeling a little meh. I wanted more buildup, more detail, and ultimately more payoff.
That said, I still have a lot of love for this series. And a quick, one-day read that’s packed with action nose to tail is never a bad thing. 🔥

I have enjoyed the storyline of this series, however it was really shattered by the numerous typos and grammatical errors in this book. How is that possible with modern a,i checks?
I will not purchase anything else from this author who obviously does not care about his product

Possible
I enjoyed reading this story that comes close to a possible scenario that might happen to our government.
I must point out that I did not enjoy the misspellings that an apparent throughout.
The people who should have found these and some miss use of case didn’t do a very good job.

Too much mushiness
This was good, but again I could have done without all the mushy stuff. There was so much that at one point I was actually hoping someone would actually finish Natalie for good. Sadly she survived so no doubt there will be more mushiness in the next book. Oh well, like Natalie I guess I'll survive.

Another great read from Bradley.
Best Xander story yet. Big surprises throughout. A true American hero and his team of patriots constantly defending us against all enemies foreign and domestic

Good but not proofed
The stories are good but... can be difficult to read with all of the typos. I submitted multiple corrections so hopefully it will be easier for the next person to read.

Too real.
Can America fall to our own people. It could if we are not diligent and very watchful. This book is very close to reality. Who would save us if it happens? Read and find out, also read and enjoy.

Another Alexander King thriller. The story has me hooked from the very beginning to the end and threw in a twist that I wasn’t expecting. Recommended reading.

Big Wright and King fan. This story line was preposterous. Too far out and did not have any credibility. Non stop action from start to finish. Fantasy time.

While I enjoyed the book I didn’t enjoy all the grammatical errors, missed words, wrong words used e.g “Know one,” there was not way, soon we want have anyone to worry about. I had to try and figure out some sentences because they made no sense. Mr Bradley needs to get better proofreaders!
