Great Story, I really enjoyed it. Love the relationships between the characters, it was so easy to identify with them. Great debut novel, can't wait for the next one.

I really enjoyed this book. I noticed when I first purchased the book that the author had not yet joined Goodreads and I had planned to leave a comment on Amazon to suggest it once I had finished reading it. I am glad to see the author here. I had just finished another book that did not impress me and grabbed this book just hoping it would catch my attention. It most certainly did. The book caught my attention from the very beginning. Normally, I only rate a book that I am unable to put down a 5 star. I must admit I could put this book down, but it was with reluctance. I enjoyed picking it back up as well! I thought the characters were well done and enjoyed the overall story.

There were a few errors I noticed in the book, but it did not distract me from enjoying the book. I will be looking for future books from this author.

I thought it was a little slow through the first chapter or so but then it grabbed me and I couldn't put it down. An excelent read and I can't wait for the next in the series! I loved the comic relief throughout the book (gotta love Meep!)and I would personaly rate this auther up there with Brandon Sanderson and Mercedes Lackey. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

p.s. read the mystic language backwards.

Good YA fantasy.

Big fan of this book. A solid, maybe more feminine vein of fantasy. Great fantasy ideas, but executed in a more YA style that would appeal to males and females. I very much enjoyed the book, but it's not a dark, gritty style. It's well written, fairly classical fantasy.
