Relics of Salem Part Two
by S.H. Steele

I have read and reviewed "Relics of Salem Part Two" by S.H. Steele, which I received as a complimentary copy.

In this part of the story, Rowena is determined to go on a memory walk to find the missing grimoire, but Asher is against the idea due to the danger involved. However, Rowena decides to take matters into her own hands and find answers to her questions. During her exploration, she unexpectedly discovers an old diary that might reveal the information she needs.

I was eagerly waiting for the second part of the story, and it did not disappoint. The characters are intriguing, and I cannot wait to see how the relationship between Rowena and Asher develops. The library setting is also fantastic, and I wish I had one like that for myself. It would be amazing to walk into a library and have a private section with everything you need for reading, catering to your own personal tastes. No wonder Rowena spent ten hours in hers!

I recommend "Relics of Salem" to anyone who enjoys reading fantasy. There is some mild language used in the book, but it is suitable for both teens and adults.

Reviewing On The Story Alone!

"Relics of Salem Part Two" is part of a series of Kindle Vellas written by S. H. Steele. I normally take off one review star for grammatical errors, but I did not do that this time. I notified the author of these errors, so they will not factor into this review.

I absolutely loved this book. The storyline, as well as all the characters, both mortal humans and magical creatures, were well-structured. I especially loved Rowena, Asher, Nixie, and Nathaniel, but most of all, I loved the little pixies in the Old Salem Magical Library. I can hardly wait to read the rest of the series, and I might cheat and read the Vella episodes after Episode 27. Part Two includes Vella episodes 18-27. I gave this section a 5 star rating because there were several parts that had me literally laughing out loud.

I received an ARC via BookFunnel, and this is my voluntary and honest review.

Rowenna's learning continues in this book both using traditional methods and having chats with vampires. Her strength and stubbornness also seems to be increasing as she becomes more a part of old Salem. I think we are also finally getting an indication in this book that we can ship Rowena and Asher, whether or not we should is still a question.
We get a little more insight into Asher's past and his reluctance to allow Rowena to wonder about in this story. Rowena's mother is also touched on leading you to wonder if a revelation is forthcoming. We see a clear parellel between Rowena's story and our own. We are both curious about what comes next because whatever comes next I suspect it will be something the requires both Rowena and Asher to solve.

Recommend reading the prequel and part 1 to get the most out of this book. Rowena is on a journey of discovery in more ways than one as Asher shows her more about the hidden on a memory walk… great young adult reading but great for the young at heart too. I was forwarded this book and I’m leaving a voluntary review

The story continues. I enjoyed this short paranormal tale. This is part two, so it would be advantageous to read the prequel and part one. I wait eagerly for part three. The story gripped my interest and I found it hard to put down.

This story continues Rowena's quest to find more about Thorne with the help of Asher. When Asher's mother comes along and tries to kill Rowena, they realise that they need to act faster. A fast-paced story with interesting characters.

Cute little paranormal story. I look forward to see what happens in the sequel. I love watching this story develop as Rowena discovers a secret world living side-by-side with the world she already knows.
