If the sweet veterinarian finds out I’m a werewolf, she’ll bolt. But she’s my fated mate, and the beast in me is howling for a taste.
I’m the wolf she hit with her car and nursed back to health. I’m also the gruff biker who saved her from her creepy boss.
She has no idea man and beast are one and the same.
We’re from different worlds, but fate’s thread ties us together. She thinks we’re just dating, but she’s meant for me. And as I get to know her, I can’t get enough.
The more time we spend together, the more my wolf howls to claim her. Soon, I won’t be able to hold back the animal within me.
Fate has cursed me with an impossible choice. Reveal my wolf to a human and risk the safety of my pack.
Or force her into my world with a mating bite, and bind our fates forever.
Whether she likes it or not.
This book features fated mates between a human woman and a protective wolf shifter hiding a big secret. Each book in Howling Death MC is a standalone with a guaranteed HEA!
Sophie Ash is a USA Today bestselling author from Northern California, writing paranormal motorcycle clubs with plenty of bite, as well as passionate retellings of myths and folklore.
When she's not writing, she's probably reading, gardening, vacuuming up cat hair, or enjoying a craft beer in the sun.
I haven't read Sophie Ash before and Cursed Wolf is the third book in the Howling Death MC series but after reading the description it just called to me so I jumped right in starting with this book.
Good thing this series focuses on a different couple in each book or I might be in trouble. This book's couple is Emmaline and Tryn. I enjoyed getting to know the pair. Emmaline is a dedicated vet who is one of the most empathic characters I've read and then there's Tryn who's like a dream guy. Big, is in touch with his feelings, and is big on family (I mean he is pack), swoon-worthy for sure. They work as a couple for sure but I felt the tension because of Tryn's big secret.
So Shyftworld seems great, the wolves' territory (Vargmore) seems like a cool place, with its old-timey aesthetic and its tight-knit community. I liked the Tryn's pack everyone seems to get along and that's just a small part of Shyftworld apparently there are a bunch of other supernaturals, like dragons and witches, and they have their own complex history. I would love to have more stories set in this world.
If you can't tell I loved Tryn's and Emmaline's story. I'm a sucker for a happy ending and I'm glad they got theirs. Cursed Wolf is my first Sophie Ash book but won't be my last because I'm going back and reading the other two books in this series and if they're anything like this one then I'm going to be very happy. Plus I don't think she's finished with this world just yet which I couldn't be happier about.
Car accident meet cute, anyone? From the get-go, Emmaline's love of animals saves Tryn from being roadkill. She he-womans him into her car after making road pizza out of him. Then sort of illegally releases him. He pays her back by saving her from her creepy boss and for showing her the time of her life at his side. Tryn would give her the world, even if she didn't ask. Emmaline is a fighter deep-down. When it comes to protecting her newfound love, she's all teeth. I loved the worldbuilding aspect of Shyftworld and Vargmore, and I'm thinking some backlist reading is in order. This is my first story by this author, but not my last.
Cursed Wolf is the 3rd book in the Howling Death MC series by Sophie Ash. The books in this series are interwoven (a lot of character overlap as we are following a pack), but it can be read as a stand-alone. This is a paranormal romance with wolf-shifter lovers containing fated mates, he falls first, a protective cinnamon roll hero, secret identity, touch her and die alongside with bikers (MC), new-found family and some steam.
Tryn is a wolf-shifter with a special ability to see fate threads. Chasing his own thread leading to his fated mate, he gets hit by a car in his wolf form. Emmaline, the wolf-loving small-town veterinarian who crashed into him, nurtures him back to health and releases him to the wild. They form a special bond, but she never expects to see her wolf again. When a gruff biker saves her from her creep of a boss, she has no idea that the man and the beast are the same. The more time they spend together, the stronger and deeper their bond gets. Tied together by fate, but separated by secrets and living in parallel worlds – what will future hold for them? Can Tryn reveal his true identity? Will Emmaline accept him and the bond between them? Will she be accepted by Tryn’s pack or will their relationship be a safety risk to them?
Each of the books in this series focuses on a different couple of fated mates, but there is a strong pack presence, so you will meet characters from other books. I usually like to read series in order, but as it happens, I started with the 3rd part this time – however, that was not a problem at all as the book also makes a good stand-alone. The writing style of the author is fluent and easy to follow. The world building is done in peeks – you don’t get a good overall picture, but still some glimpses of it. However I really like the way she has pictured Vargmore and the wolf-world. There is also mention of other supernaturals, like witches, angels and vampires with their own complex history, which will probably unravel as the series evolves – something to wait for. I will probably be checking out the first two books of this series to get a better overall picture.
The main characters are interesting and form a strong couple. Emmaline is a wolf-loving veterinarian, a misfit in her world, willing to follow her own path and not the one her parents force on her. Her family is unsupportive of her goals and she has no real friends. However, seeing where the story ended, I have tons of questions about her family. Tryn is not your usual werewolf, instead he is a real cinnamon roll: a big and intimidating man for sure, but a real gentleman, kind and considerate, patient, protective – in other words, swoon-worthy. His bond with his pack is strong and he has a unique bloodline giving him his special ability – would have wanted to learn more about that too. However, I like the way their relationship evolves – even if Tryn knows that Emmaline is his fated mate, he gives her a chance to think and decide for herself and lets the relationship grow organically – so, fated yes, forced, not at all. There was some jumping to conclusions, but overall it is a simple and straightforward story with no drama, no cheating, no angst and of course a happily ever after. However there is a bigger background story evolving, including a bit of danger and other supernatural forces. It is sort of a soft story - a quick and entertaining read. Overall it was a good book and there is plenty to wait for in the next one.

So I did a reread leading up to this release and I am so glad I did, got me right in the mindset for Tryn’s love story. Can I just say how much I love this one?!?! My favorite of the 3 so far! I need a Tryn in my life, he is so swoonworthy and I adored Emmaline and want to be her bff haha.
I loved the idea of the vet and wild wolf scenario, it was so perfect. I ate this book up, no joke. I kept rewarding myself by exercising on the bike and getting to read it haha, makes for great motivation! I thought it was hilarious right from the beginning once Tryn was awake and acting like a puppy when he met Emmaline. So adorable (and I loved him snapping at the horrible other vet). Then when he “meets” Emmaline for the first time in the bar, he is a knight in shining armor. And the whole miscommunication between then made me shake my head haha. Loved how he was moping and not realizing she couldnt reach him haha. The cameos in this one were amazing, loved seeing Sawyer and Riley and him being a growly protective father to be. Orson and Shiloh and him coming out of his shell and seeing the ladies welcome Emmaline with open arms. Also seeing more of the Traveler and Aria (his mate) was fabulous!!
The plot in this one was great paced, made me smile, yell at my kindle, shake my head, laugh, etc. I enjoyed seeing the Alpha grow as a person/better Alpha after how much I hated him in book 1. I also got a huge chuckle at the end with who Orson’s sister’s mate is going to be haha. I had 2 guesses but I was wrong with which one. The big conflict with Emmaline being in the wrong place at the wrong time and finding the wrong person when you are lost. I won’t give things away but I LOVED THE FIGHT SCENE! I appreciated the author making this one different than the others, making Emmaline an even bigger BA. She also is an amazing wolf shifter (love these latent wolf shifters, I hope this author keeps writing in this world for awhile ❤️). Also loved the interlude with the other supernatural factions. I am still super interested in Thorne and his mate, getting the angels and dragons in on the mix. I am so invested and can’t wait for more.
But pretty much this is my favorite book by this author in her M/F penname and I cannot wait for the next installment. I always loved Tryn and was happy to see he got his happy ending. Also loved the little mentions and subplots with his grandma and his witchy powers. Overall easily 5/5 stars, would have given it more if I could. I am going through some tough things in the real world and this was a nice refreshing change of pace from some of my darker or heavier topics. I laughed and smiled a lot and appreciated not a whole lot of angst haha.
Emmaline is a veterinarian intern at a small town animal hospital. The plan was to do an internship there for one year, then become a full-time vet tech. Unfortunately, things didn't pan out that way. She didn't think her night could get worse until she hit a wolf with her car. Being the huge animal lover that she is, she couldn't just leave it on the side of the road, so she managed to drag him into her car and take her back to the office where she and a couple of coworkers checked him over and helped him. What she didn't expect was for him to end up being a werewolf and her mate.
When Tryn came to in his wolf form in a cage, he had no recollection of what had happened. He just knew he had to get out of the cage, especially when he heard them talking about doing tests on him. Then she walked in, and he knew she was his mate. She had no knowledge of his kind, however. When he finally did get released and could meet her as a human, he knew he'd have to try to win her over the slow, human way. I did enjoy his personality!
This is a fairly basic MF shifter romance. She comes from an unsupportive family and no real friends to check in with. It's kind of a "he falls first" trope, though she does crush on him when she first meets him in human form. There's no OW drama, no cheating, no agnst, a brief scrap of trouble, then a happily ever after. It's a part of a series but can be easily read as a standalone. (I actually haven't read any of the other books in this series.)
My only real disappointment was going to be that there was no confrontation of her parents at the end, BUT Sophie Ash didn't let us down! She wrote a bonus scene that you can get at the end when you subscribe to her newsletters.
It was a pretty good book overall. Kind of your run of the mill shifter romance!
I struggled on what to rate this book and decided on 3-stars because while there was certainly a lot of potential and it was entertaining, it missed on some things I value in a book.
The author has a different take on more than a few paranormal aspects which she really doesn’t do much world building. This was my first book by the author and it definitely seems to be part of a series or interconnected books, so it would have been helpful if she would have elaborated more.
The characters are interesting, but I don’t really feel like I got to know them. The relationship between the characters has some interesting dynamics, but there is almost lore focus on the time they are apart because one or the other jumped to a conclusion, had their feelings hurt and avoided their phone for hours or days. I don’t know a single 20-something who would put their cell phone in a drawer and leave it there for hours upon hours.
Emmaline is so concern about her parents disapproval yet other than mentions of her dodging their calls for the entire book, we are left in the dark about that dynamic and given where the story goes later I have tons of questions about Emmaline’s family background.
It was an interesting read and entertaining, but it left me wanting more from the experience than what I got.

"Bitten or not, nothing changes the fact that you are mine."
4.25 stars!
This is the third book in the Howling Death MC series, and Sophie continues to amaze me in her ability to introduce us to unique characters who have their own story to tell. Tryn and Emmaline's story felt softer than Sawyer and Orson's books, but I enjoyed it just as much. Tryn was such a swoony hero; he was so considerate of Emmaline's feelings and ultimately her choice to be with him, but he was also had a sexy domineering side that I loved. Being in the veterinary field myself, I felt Emmaline's character was authentic and genuine. I empathized with her a lot and loved her determination and commitment to her passion. There were times when I wanted to shove Tryn and Emmaline together and watch them just BE HAPPY, but the ending was so exciting and filled with so much new info. I cannot wait for the next book, hopefully starring a certain VP!
Tropes: fated mates, he falls first, cinnamon-roll hero, fish-out-of-water heroine, secret identity, shifter/human pairing, 'touch her and die' vibes, MC romance, found family, slow burn, steamy🔥
*ARC provided by the author, and I voluntarily reviewed it*
The book was easy to read and hard to put down. There were some issues I had as I read it though. The first was when Emmaline went to Vargmore for the first time and didn't seem bothered. She was in a different "realm" yet freaked out when Tryn shifted in front of her. It made no sense why she would freak out over one but not both. Another thing was Tryn's pack. It was hard to keep up with who was who and who was with whom. I had to reread those parts. There were too many pack mates being introduced all at once.
I also felt there should have been more POVs with Tryn than Emmaline. I would have loved to have seen his perspective a little more, but as much as I loved him, I didn't feel connected with him that much in some instances. And you never do find out about the vampires, either. Adding a little hint of what happened after Thorne would have given me more closure on that situation. The ending was definitely a cliffhanger for another book to come, but it was also a little confusing as if one scene wasn't finished. It was almost as if the author wanted to end it before too much was given away.

Cursed Wolf is book 3 in the Howling MC series and my first read in this series. Annnd now I want to go back and read books 1 and 2! I loved Emmaline and Tryn’s story.
Tryn is special and can see things others can’t. This brings him to his fated mate. But Tryn has to be gentle and careful in his approach since Emmaline is not of his world and I loved how he agonized on how to date a human and had to ask his pack for advice, 😂
Everything is going smoothly (and spicy, 😉) until Tryn has to come clean on who he is. Of course it’s shocking and it leads to danger, suspense and a surprise that I won’t spoil but leads to one of my favorite quotes of the book! I love action and suspense with my romance and this book delivered that.
I also love world building and the peeks we get into the Angel and vampire worlds are intriguing and left me thinking what we might see in the future!
Sophie has built a special world with this series that I want more of. Werewolves, vampires and angels collide and I’m along for the journey! If you enjoy the supernatural with your romance Sophie Ash is your girl.
Cursed Wolf is a paranormal romance and book one in the Howling Death MC series by Sophie Ash. The story centres on Emmaline, a sweet veterinarian whose passion is saving animal and who has an affinity with her favourite animal, the wolf. When she accidently hits the wolf and takes it to her veterinary clinic for treatment, she comes to realise that all isn’t what it seems but knows that something bad will happen to the wolf if she doesn’t let it go. What Emmaline doesn’t know is that she is treating shifter Tryn, and Tryn believes that Emmaline is his true mate. As Emmaline meets Tryn the man and they get closer, she is exposed to a world that she has only dreamt of, and by no means is it safe, especially for a human! Will these two characters make it…well I guess you’re going to have to read the book to find out!
Overall, two sweet characters, a slow burn romance with some danger thrown into the mix and a slightly different take on shifters.
ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊
This is a great tale of fate mates and the same pesky vampire villain that is in the previous books. The pace works very well for a standalone book. Tyrn has a unique ability that allows him to see fate lines that lead people to their mates. He sees his and follows it allowing his mate to run into him. ;)
Emmaline is a very relatable character having unsupportive parents and their expectations too high, but she follows her dreams. The progression of Tyrn and Emmaline's relationship is really good. I liked their story.
The few things I was unsure about and left me wondering more about is why does Tyrn's bloodline allow him to see these auras and fated mate lines. I wanted to know more about that history. The second is the why the vampires were sneaking into the angel city and why one of the angels had bite marks. I have a theory, but for a standalone, I didn't really like so many unanswered questions.
Overall it was a great story and as always all the books Sophie Ash writes leaves you wanting more.
Emmaline is a veterinarian intern in a small town and works part time at a bar to supplement her income. On her drive home, she accidentally hits a wolf, fracturing on of its legs. She takes the injured wolf to her place of employment and treats the wolf, who seems to have bonded with her. Once he's healed, she illegally lets him go.
Tryn is the wolf who Emmaline treated, and she wasn't aware that he was a shifter. He knew that she was his fated mate and he began to date her as a human. Their relationship grows and he eventually discloses that he is a shifter. She has always felt comfortable with wolves and, once she settled with who he is, their love grows.
There is a dangerous situation that occurs, and Emmaline discovers who she really is, which is a shock and not a shock at the same time for her. It's a great scene and added so much depth to the story.

This was the first book I read in this series and it was exactly what I wanted from a shifter romance. What drew me to it was the fact that the FMC was a Vet. I am also a Vet and you rarely see them in books. I loved how this was woven into part of the story. I honestly could not think of a better pairing than a Vet and a Wolf Shifter.
This story was a simple romance and yes the story is predictable but that made it no less enjoyable. I loved the intercations between the MMC and FMC and him wooing her slowly, her having no clue what he was. It had me smiling at my kindle with each bit.
I loved the Motorcycle club aspect, I mean who does love a man on a motorbike, it just adds to that bad boy vibe.
I immediately went looking for the other books in this series and so far I am loving them all.
Would highly recommend this book if you love PNR, Shifters, and fated mates. Each book is a standalone that follows a couple but set in a larger world.
Tryn has been a calm and sorted presence in Sohie Ash’s Howling Death MC series till now. Cursed Wolf is his and Emmaline’s story.
I love the characterisation of Emmaline and Tryn. Tryn has always been a green flag in the appearances he has made in Traitor Wolf and Enemy Wolf and his character just grows into a green forest in Cursed Wolf. While the world is going bonkers over the fictional red flags we all love, Tryn is a character to be treasured.
Emmaline is strong. She has always chosen her heart’s way even if it may get her in trouble a few times. She takes action and does not wait around for things to happen to her. There are times that her reaction may seem surprisingly calm but the end of the book ties all knots together.
Sophie Ash brings us more of Vargmore with Cursed Wolf and the world she is building for Shyftworld. The backdoor pilot style of introducing storylines keeps me coming back for more from the author.
Cursed Wolf is the third book in the Howling Death MC Series by Sophie Ash.
Emmaline is a vet intern practicing in a small town in the Pacific Northwest. After a heart breaking day, she runs into her (unknown to her) mate.
Tryn, the prophetic, easy going biker in the MC, is out late following his mate thread, which leads him right to Emmaline.
I love Emmaline and Tryn's story. Emmaline has had to prove herself her entire life, seeking approval from her parents and employers, and seemingly to fall short no matter what she does. Tryn is easy going, but dedicated to his pack and family. His easy going ways and protective manner are a balm to Emmaline.
This book has classic missteps between our couple to overcome. There's some nice steam, and a set up for our next potential couple from Shyftworld. Great comfort read for paranormal, shifter romance fans.
This book was perfect for what I wanted and didn't even know it! Such a sweet story between Tryn and Emmaline. I enjoyed their simple, lovely story as they came together. My favorite part was the climax, which I can't spoil for you, but I loved the difference there between Emmaline and our previous FMCs. Fresh change of pace that I appreciated. The lead-in to the next book was also great, and promises another new mating dynamic for us to explore! This book did feel like it had a lot less plot than the others, but just enough that I'm hopeful we'll get more Shyftworld plot developments in the next book.
And of course, you can look forward to a nice steamy ending!
I received an ARC for “Cursed Wolf” for an honest review.
Spice: 🌶️🌶️ Dark themes: 🖤🖤 Tropes: Fated Mates, Insta-love, touch her and die, shifters, PNR, possessive, MC, small town.
I really enjoyed this story, I hadn’t read the other previous books, though followed along the storyline fine. There was enough dialogue and explanations about the world and previous encounters to not feel I was reading with gaps.
I really liked the PNR aspect, it wasn’t just a shifter romance or fated mates story, which at times they can be repetitive. This story had some mystery and paranormal themes that kept the story engaging!
I loved the character development for both Tryn & Emmeline, especially by the end.
I love Emmaline, she’s sweet, and devoted to the animals she cares for. She loves being a vet and gets great satisfaction caring for the wildlife. Driving home late one night after work she accidentally hit a beautiful big wolf. She rushed him back to clinic to save him. Her life is about to change forever, she frees the wolf against orders. Emma and Tryn are delightful together, Emma is unsure of herself, Tryn is sweet, protective and loving. They have a long, surprising journey together, facing dangerous challenges, vampire attacks, misunderstandings before their bond is sealed and they happy ever after begins. Spellbinding read with delicious endings.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥰🤩❤️🔥

Cursed Wolf is book 3 of a stand alone style series. Each book follows a new couple and this books is Emmaline and Tryn. Emmaline hits Tryn while he’s following their date thread in wolf form. Emmaline being a massive wolf lover saves him and brings him into the vet clinic she works at. Emmaline is extremely empathetic and a fighter for what she believes in. That definitely starts to show as she fights over the care for Tryn and later helps him escape the clinic the other vets want to hold him at. I loved them before they ever even left the clinic, but the development we get once they’re in Shyftworld and Vargmore is insane. The characters pull you in and make you never want to leave the story. While this was my first read of Sophie Ash’s I will definitely be reading more!
Tryn wasn’t just a Werewolf, he was something special, he had a gift which was unusual in his kind.
Finding Emmaline was like finding the end of a Rainbow but she was human with a big heart. He needed to take things slowly with her before he could reveal who and what he was and that she was his fated mate.
The more time she spent with him, the more she felt for him until he dropped his bombshell.
Could she accept him for who he was and when things got dangerous, could she up her game and protect the one person she was meant to love above everything?
A hot, steamy, romantic read with a bonus scene not to be missed.
🌟Fated Mates 🌟PNR 🌟Werewolves/Vampires/Angles 🌟Cinnaroll MMC 🌟He Falls First 🌟Touch Her and Die 🌟Secret Identity 🌟Dual POV 🌟🌶🌶🌶🌶
Wow 🤩 this was such a great read! Sophie has created a beautiful blend of a truly sweet love story combined with spicy spice 🥵. And that combo was 🤌🏼💋 perfection.
The characters are compelling, and I was completely invested watching Emmaline and Tryn each wrestle with the things they needed to navigate as their connection grew. They had to feel out how vulnerable to be, how close to get, and when and how to let the other completely into their life. The story held the perfect amount of angst as secrets 🤫unfurled.
I adored 🥰 the pack family of Tryn’s world and loved how they respond to Emmaline. I absolutely want more of these characters, want to be immersed in Tryn’s world of Vargmore, and watch as their love deepens and they face the threats that surround them.
This review is going to be short and sweet, just like the book 💖
I really liked this shared-world standalone, and the FMC was very relatable. I loved the vet aspect and her 'I'll just do it myself' attitude 👏
The romance was super sweet with some spice!🌶 I really liked Tryn and his curse (though I wish we were told a little more about it), and I think I wanted a little more from the plotline as well (though what I'm looking for may come in the next standalone). 🌏
All in all, I liked and enjoyed this one! 💕
Thanks very much to author Sophie Ash for the ARC in exchange for an honest review! 🙌
I’m convinced that Sophie could write a version of the phone book and I’d love it. I loved the other books in the Howling Death series so I knew this one would be just as good.
I really felt like I connected with Emmaline from the first page. Her emotions and thoughts were so relatable. It made getting lost in the plot very easy.
Tryn is probably one of my favorite book boyfriends ever. I’ve loved him since I read Traitor Wolf. He’s so protective and sweet. He’s everything I love in a male main character.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves fated mates and werewolves.
Note: I received an advanced copy of this book for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
One thing I like the most about this is the veterinarian/wolf combination. Our MMC starts off in his wolf form, stuck in a cage. Walks in Emmaline, the pretty intern who just happens to also be his mate. He wasn’t overly brutish. Knowing better than to rush in and slowly who her in his human form. He is sweet, caring and everything you’d want in a partner. Emmaline doesn’t have much for family but Tryn fixes that. This is part of a series, but you don’t necessarily need to read the first few first. I’ll continue to keep reading anything in the Howling Death MC universe or anything this author puts out.
I really enjoyed the connection and how Tryn and Emmaline found eachother. I could hardly put the book down. I only did because sleep and we had friends visiting from out of town.
My only complaint is I wanted more. It kind of felt like the ending was rushed to me. I know it is a novella but honestly I wanted there to be a bit more interaction between the MCs and the side characters. I would have loved to have some more interactions between Emmaline and Tryns grandma.
But overall I enjoyed the story and the relationship between the MCs
Thank You Sophie for gifting this advanced copy and I am leaving my review voluntarily.
All the Howling Death MC books have adventure and romance (sometimes sweet & sometimes angsty) that hits all the high notes you expect from shifters! So to see our resident "fate finder" Tryn following his own thread of moon magic to his fated is great! He is who everyone leans on for advice and venting and with the winding way to Dr E's heart he follows...it will give him insight he never had that will help him counsel his packmates in the future!! I was def #TeamDocE...Latent wolves for the win!!! The whole Vamps & Wings sitch is also something I am VERY interested in!!
Tryn is my favorite. He's clueless af about humans and romance, but he loves her so much immediately. I wish the vet storyline would have been dug into more, because there was a lot going on there that was never really tied up for me but it is made up for with the overall story. Ditto the parents thing, we hear how much her parents hate everything she does, but never actually see their reactions to any of her new choices. Overall, a really good book, but there were some gaps that I feel could have made the story better.
Now I need to hunt down the next book(s) because there's a lot left open-ended and this book was published over a year ago.
This was the first book in the series that I have read, you don't need to have read the others to enjoy this one. Saying that, after reading this one I will definitely be going back and reading the first two in the series.
I wouldn't say that this book was overly spicy, but the spicy scenes in it were very well written and fit in with the story. If you want a fated mates love story which isn't overly long, then I would highly recommend this book.

Another great read by Sophie Ash. Love this series and love this book. Who knew Tryn would literally run into his fates mate Emmaline. The chemistry between them is instant and the heat is steamy. Tryn is damn 🔥! Cursed Wolf is well paced and had me hooked from the first page. I really enjoy this world that Sophie Ash has created. Makes you wish there was a parallel universe with hot shifters for real. By the end of the book I was left wanting more. Can't wait for the next book! Great stuff!

I love the Howling Death MC books! Like the others, I didn't want to put this one down. This is the 3rd in the series and loved seeing characters from the other two books.
Tyrn meets his fated mate by chance. I love the fated mate trope when only one knows. It's like a secret we all know, but waiting for him to drop it on Emmaline. Even though she knows nothing about his world, Emmaline feels drawn to him from the beginning. These two are great together and Emmaline fits right in with Tyrn's pack!
