3 stars in the beginning. very solid! but 2 towards the end. so 2.5 i think. i wanted coffee not math (i have dyscalculia). i have been a coffee drinker since i was 10 to an unhealthy degree. coffee is my love language and means absolutely everything to me. nothing shows my love the way a cup of freshly brewed black coffee does. i loved learning about the history and geography of my favourite drink and would’ve liked more of that. this was a little too recipe-bookish for me, but i still learned a lot. fully zoned out towards the end though lol i didn’t gaf and found it repetitive and boring (i did listen to it on audio so i don’t know if it will be been different for me if i could’ve visualised the recipes) … moving on. i adore the audiobook narrator though he narrated the decagon house murders too which was why i picked this up… remind me to check out the bonus material that was mentioned in the beginning of the audiobook though omgggg why am i in such a flow state rn though i can’t stop reading omg :O
