When Vanessa says a simple and effective guide she means it. It is a quick and easy read. It has so many well written chapters and guides. At the end of each chapter she wrote homework questions. They are so doable and gets your mind and heart going. I read it in a morning and by the end of the afternoon had a solid plan written down. I would suggest this book to everyone.
