This is a steamy workplace romance with forbidden desires and a grumpy arrogant billionaire who of course softens for her. I was lucky enough to obtain a copy on stuff your kindle day and it was my first Yeti romance. There’s a myriad of interesting plot developments and the author does well in writing the attraction between Kir and Lanie. Some sections are a little disjointed, it turns from lust to love a bit too quickly for my tastes and I’m left with some unanswered questions but it appears to be one of the authors earliest works. I think that this author is one to watch.

Laine desperately needs to keep this job, Kiril expects her to leave just like the rest. Toboth of their surprise there is an underlying pull that’s drawing them together. Laine is fighting the pull because this is her boss and Kirill is fighting it because he knows all the rumors going around and no human could want a monster like him. The author does a great job of taking us on a rollercoaster ride that is the love story of these two. All thoughts and opinions are my own💜💜

Cute
This was good, but I felt I was missing some background information on some of these characters, like there should have been a novella before this one. This says it's book one, though. So hopefully, the next book (whenever it comes out) will have some more info on who this missing monster really is and how he went missing. Other than that, I enjoyed this and the characters we got to meet.

Laine
Laine has gone to work for Kiril as his temp. He's had several and none have pleased him, but as soon as he sees her, he knows he doesn't want her to leave. He thinks she should be scared of him, but she's not and is determined to prove it.
This is a short story to read and it was entertaining. The characters and likeable and fun.

90% was really good, the rest was OK.
I really like the setting of the story and how 90% of it was written. But at the end, sone of the sex scenes, especially the last one, doesn’t make sense. The end seems rushed, but everything else was written pretty good and it was a quick and fun read.

Adorable
What a cute story! Only a few spicy scenes, but lots of sexual tension. The characters were fun and this was a perfect grumpy/sunshine story. A human/monster romance that's funny and sweet. Very enjoyable.

Short monster spicy romance.
Love the small glimpse to this monster world, would have loved more details on the world and the main plot, but for a novella it had just enough to make the pacing not feel all over the place.
Definitely a fun quirky read.
