I cannot get enough of this story! The danger, suspense and drama that keeps unfolding with Tato/Mateo and Yena is unthinkable. Between Tato not allowing his real self (Mateo) to fully show through and remain present when he’s with Yena (it’s frustrating for her), and them knowing he cannot ever really leave his Comorra world, how will their love ever be enough for them to be together? Yena doesn’t want to share him with his “other women” but how can he remain feared and in control if he shows weakness and doesn’t maintain power over these women so that he keeps that hold over their respective families’ mafias? Both have become somewhat Careless and are forced to check themselves and so we see some interesting twists and turns throughout this portion of the story. I love that there is so much suspense and what happens next is unpredictable. I am invested. Wonderful story. Extreme steam and violence, so beware. It’s important for this story and I enjoy it. Read for the next part.

Super quick read and continuation to the series.

Yena and Tato are still in hiding after the assassination attempt and Dario returned back to the estate with Jacob.
During their hiding time, another assassination attempt was made on Tato’s life and they tried to go on a normal date. But nothing is normal when you’re a mafia man. There was a lot of twists I did not see coming and the cliffhanger at the end was unexpected! I can’t wait to see whose behind all of the drama and see what happens next with Yena and Tato!

Things have become very tensed with Yena. She is causing unseen tension between the other slaves. Tato has to make some decisions that he has been avoiding. He doesn’t trust anyone except Dario. Can he have Yena without his judgement coming into question. He doesn’t want a wife or heir. But Yena has him wanting things he vowed never to consider. He not thinking straight he trying to protect Yena and her brother. But for how long can he do things before his actions come into question. He won’t make the same mistakes his father made Tato has to be careful.

This one is a little more low key. Yena and Tato have gone dark due to how the last book ended. We see them growing closer only to have more lies and betrayals happening throughout. The story is extremely well written and developed. We now have a mystery to solve and then we get a surprise ending and goodness I can’t wait to see what is going to happen next. How are these two going to find their happiness? Who is causing the problems throughout the story? I really hope we have stop have the mess that is following them around. Fantastic story that is definitely a must read.

Another novella in this series. Full of drama, emotions, suspense, steam, violence, love, power, dark, romance and twists, all rolled up into this novella. Tato is a controlling mafia man who tries to control all of his life and his families. Yena knows the he shares himself with his other women but just wants a peaceful life with him. When out on a date, another attempt on his life, who really is responsible for the attempt. Will have to wait for the next novella to happen as it ends on a cliff hanger. Would recommend to others.

This is a great continuation of this series. The characters are well written and developed. Now we have a kid trying to kill Tato or Yena. It will be very I interesting to see who is behind all of this and to see who has been helping them from the inside. There will be a blood bath before this is all over and done with who will be left standing. If you love a good datk mafia romance then you should read this series it will not disappoint you.

Manipulating the Deck

As Tato and Yena recover from the twice failed attempt at assassination and make their way home, the manipulation from someone close to them changes everything. A series of events leads to emotional and physical pain that could separate them forever. Who will win? Yena and Tato's love for each other or those wishing to destroy them? Can't wait to find out what happens next in book 4.

Good 4th book in this series. Much better written than the first book.
Tato and Yena continue to clash and fall in love.
I'm glad I decided to stick with this series. I wasn't sure after all the grammar and writing errors in the first book.
Yena and her brother get kidnapped but get away and stay away for months. Until she hears Tato is critically injured and goes to see him in the hospital.
So exciting. I couldn't put it down.
Lots of sex, violence and intrigue.

Hidden Away

Pretending to be gone Tato and Yena steam up the sheets! But real life has a way of pushing you. There is no room for complacency when you live the life Mateo Falcone does. The careless behavior creates more problems for this would be couple than they are prepared for. At the end there's an intriguing twist that has me eagerly anticipating the next book.
