She captured his dragon’s attention and stole his fire.
With her final exams behind her, Ella Kincaid has one weekend to live carefree before entering the grueling world of corporate America to start her dream job. She never expected her one-night stand with Gideon to put her in an ethical dilemma on day one.
As a dragon shifter, all Gideon Hayes wants is his fire and to make jewelry. One incredibly stupid mistake cost him his flame. What’s he supposed to do with a human mate, anyway?
They’re mates who shouldn’t be. If Ella can’t get Gideon out of her head, she’ll lose her career. He’ll be damned if a human negates his fire.
Can they deny what destiny has in store for them? Challenging fate may have worse consequences than they ever imagined.
Victoria Jayne is the epitome of a Jersey Girl. She doesn’t [know how to] pump her own gas, enjoys pork roll, and grew up on the Jersey Shore.
She’s lived throughout the state of New Jersey and remains there with her sports journalist husband and two darling daughters.
When not writing, Victoria enjoys baking with her daughters, rooting for the New Jersey Devils, thinking of home improvement projects, and staying up far too late chatting on Discord.
This ended up being a very sweet and wholesome romance despite being chockfull of spicy scenes. I only wish the characters had as much chemistry outside of the bedroom as they did in it. The utter lack of communication between Ella and Gideon outside of doing "the deed" did make sense for the story the author was going for in the end, but while reading and not knowing WHY, it did feel a little odd at times. Overall, though, it was a sweet fated-mates story and a quick read perfect for at the beach or by the pool this summer.
This is the first book I've read by Victoria Jayne, and I would read more. I'm looking forward to book 2, Giving The Dragon Ice.
This is my 2nd book by Miss Victoria Jayne so far what I’ve learned about her books they’re fast-paced, I feel I need to start with that since this one is spicy lol you don’t have to wait long for something to happen this is far from a slow burn.
It’s right to the point and moves very quickly. I’m a huge fantasy lover who also loves anything with dragons so once I saw this book had everything thing in it I love I said heck yeah I wanna read this!
The details, the author put into this storyline go very well with each other such as it ties everything together perfectly, it doesn’t leave you confused or asking yourself why is that happening?
It seriously gets right to the point. This is packed with chemistry spice some banter and more. Overall if you love supernatural Magic and mates with a twist then you're gonna love this!
I would recommend this to anyone who loves fantasy, dragons, and one-night stands that turns into some chaos but in a good way 🤭
( She captured his dragon’s attention and stole his fire )
This story is based around Ella and Gideon whose lives are planned before them and how a one night stand changed everything.
This book has a variety of supernaturals, fated mates, rejected mates and accidental mating. So if dragon shifters and mates are your thing it’s worth the read.
Victoria did a great job with the storyline and characters, which were well written. I enjoyed the interactions between the different characters and the instant attraction of the mains and the chemistry throughout the book.
Oh gosh, where to start.. The writing style is great, there are 2 P.O.V’s that can be easily read and won't be confusing. Ella, one of the main character’s, has a strong-witty personality who takes no BS from anyone. She values her work and works hard to get to where she wants to be.
Gideon, the other main character, is a dragon shifter who is sort of portrayed as a “bad boy” without overdoing it. He does throw off the vibe of an f-boy, to me anyway, but I could be wrong. He has a strong work ethic for making jewelry for his family's business, which is his passion.
In Gideon’s P.O.V he explains in great detail about how dragon shifters operate as far as how they can shift, meeting other dragons (especially female dragons.. oh boy..), and the government council for all shifters. I love that it’s informative about that type of stuff because some authors choose to either use the information that is out today or make it up as they go and the feeling I got was a bit of both.
I do have to point out that Felicity, Ella’s friend/roommate, is a firecracker and made me laugh out loud a lot! Kind of a nutty girl but we all need a friend who's a bit weird.
When Gideon and Ella first met, there was obvious chemistry between them. Sometimes I like a slow romance but I feel like this fits the book better as I continue to read it. Later on in the book, the chemistry is still there but once the word “Mate” comes up for them, they try to break things off from each other due to both of them wanting different things. I do think that that definitely added more tension to the book as there wasn’t much there at first so I really appreciate that there was some conflict of interest and tension between them later on. In my opinion, romance books need that sort of conflict in order to grab the reader's attention to draw them in more and that’s definitely what this author did!
One thing I do want to add is I noticed that in Ella’s P.O.V, she hardly talked about her family or her family’s business. There were some snippets here and there, like what she would be doing as far as working for her family’s business, I know it’s a firm for finance but I feel like I would have loved to know more about the business and how they operate, maybe who else are clients. There is one scene that her parents are in but it's very short. I only mention that because in Gideon’s P.O.V, he goes to talk about his family’s business in depth about what they do, what he does for the company and how they operate. There's also a lot of scenes where his family is involved as far as talking, getting together, etc..
Since it is an adult romance genre, there are spicy scenes, I believe about 3-5 scenes. It gets pretty heavy and explicit so if anyone isn’t comfortable with that type of stuff and mainly reading for the conflict and romance, you can always skip it. I did skip over a few scenes as it was a bit too graphic for me.
Overall, the writing style is great, the character building is well put, Ella and Gideon do get a bit whiny for a while but mellows out, chemistry is definitely there and spicy scenes to go along with it, shape-shifters (not just dragons but others as well), are present along with witches and vampires. If you're looking for that type of book, I definitely recommend this one!
I would love to see who will be the main characters in the second book, possibly Felicity, Ella’s friend? Or perhaps Gideon’s friend Declan?
Out of 5 stars I would give this book a 4, it was a good read and I thoroughly enjoyed it and couldn't stop reading after diving in but the spicy scenes were a bit graphic in some areas and I didn't particularly enjoy the characters being whiny.

Like Gideon & Ella, this book is giving FIRE! I loved it! Strong 5 Stars!
This is my first book by Victoria Jayne and I must say that she is off to an excellent start!
GIVING THE DRAGON FIRE introduces us to Gideon, a sexy Dragon shifter hiding in plain sight with others of his kind among unsuspecting humans. Out one night to unwind and have fun, Gideon meets Ella, a young woman who just graduated college and is out on the prowl with the same objective as Gideon; a fun night and a good time, with no strings attached before she begins a new job. But, also to celebrate and blow off a little bit of the celibacy steam she's been clinging to while remaining focused on her studies.
Both going into this knowing that this will be a one-shot deal, the two spend a night that would blow the roof off the Mt. St. Helens! Gideon tries as hard as he might not to reveal his true form of the dragon to Ella during their night of passion and Ella decides to be a little bolder than she has ever been. pushing her limits with this enigmatic stranger.
However, neither of them have any idea that their coupling has unlocked two new complications that guarantee this won't just be a "kiss and say goodbye" scenario.
*surprise-surprise* Gideon unknowingly forms a mating bond with Ella. *surprise-surprise* Ella's new job is indirectly connected to Gideon.
*yikes*
The 'fated mates' trope has always been one of my paranormal 'go-to's, so GIVING THE DRAGON FIRE had me from the start. Gideon and Ella are electric together and their chemistry jumps directly off the pages and slams you back in your seat. Gideon's mouth was filthy (just how I like my MMCs) and Ella gave as good as she received, rising and matching his sexual energy and confidence. Their love scenes carried more heat that Gideon's Dragon fire and I found myself having to fan myself constantly!
Author Victoria Jayne does an amazing job at building this world of paranormal beings. The creation of a world of various shifters dwelling among humans in modern day society has created a plethora of opportunities for some amazing future books. The possibilities for spin-offs from this book are endless! I hope we get to see more of this amazing world that Jayne has built, introduced and warmly welcomed us into!
If you love a good fated mates story with plenty of steam, look no further. I wholly recommend this book and promise you that you will get an engaging storyline, funny supporting characters and a new book boyfriend to add on your neverending list!
The beginning of the book is 🌶️🌶️🌶️. Like…yooo. Delicious 🤤 But it kind of lost me with the repeat open door scenes. I’m less for er0tica and more for slow burn with tension, so that’s on me I guess. When I hit about the 40% mark I dove in head-first. The story yanked me right in and I absolutely had to know what happened next. Loooooooved the premise. But what lost a few stars for me what the near-constant repetitive descriptions. Like there had to be at least half a dozen instances of “his dragon liked shiny things”. And that was word-for-word repeating. There were quite a few other things that were repeated and that kind of irked me. A developmental edit would catch those instances (usually). The other thing that bothered me were the irksome description of things. I think the author was trying to be funny but *shudder*. “…it had to be like a gallon of Gideon goo…”, “…nubbins on his shaft…”, and quite a few more cringe-inducing descriptions 🤢
Oh and bonus: 🐉 🍆 (that’s where the Gideon goo statement came from 🤣) And I’m sure this will get people going: hot office smex with said 🐉 🍆
While I was okay with the ending (excuse me custom necklace 😍) I felt like there were still things unanswered: - What was up with the lava cave dreams? - Why did multiple people keep saying they needed to go to the Mating Mountain? (And why didn’t they go?)
I was alllllll gung go for a reenactment of that dream in Mating Mountain to cement their bond. I would have been totally ferrrraaallll for that 🤤
Was it enjoyable? Yes Was it filthy? Absolutely Will I read it again? No Will I recommend it? To someone looking for shifter filth, yes

This is certainly Victoria Jayne’s best book so far! The characters are deep and relatable and the plot is refreshing and holds your interest. I love that both MCs are not happy with their unexpected mating and that they fight against it, even though they’re obviously extremely attracted to each other. The attraction is not enough to drop everything they’ve worked hard for in life and just go on their ‘happily ever after’ way. To me, that’s refreshing and different from a lot of things I’ve read lately. I also LOVE that we get Gideon’s internal monologue, specifically during the spicy scenes. I think the author did a really good job at getting into his head and giving us a look at some emotions and thoughts that, being women, we aren’t privy to. And hey, maybe men would say those emotions and thoughts are not accurate, but i don’t care! I appreciate that she thought to do it and didn’t just glaze over it like many authors do. Anyway, loved the book and can’t wait to see more from this author!
Review of Giving the Dragon Fire by Victoria Jayne * * * * * A supernatural romance between a stubborn dragon and a passionate human, both fighting their attraction and bond.
Ella was a human free from studies and awaiting adult responsibilities. Gideon was a dragon shifter wanting his fire and working hard. One night after meeting in a club was not enough. The second times however did the trick and sealed something that should never have been. Bonded. Neither are happy and both are fighting it. Frustrated and HORNY! They want to cut ties...but the fates have other ideas.
This romance was not easy peasie. It was not simple. It was not the usual stuff you read. It was two people who did not accept something that was chosen by fate. There was no one sided love. There was no heartbreak. Both lovers were fighting it, but the tension was entertaining to read as we all knew that they were too stubborn to see that they needed each other. They just...needed a little shove.
Giving the Dragon Fire has a great plot and starts off strong. The characters are well-written and fleshed out. I enjoyed Ella and Gideon's dynamic. However, towards the end, I felt frustrated with how the characters dealt with their problems, and the story concluded abruptly. Thankfully, the epilogue gave a satisfying resolution.
Thank you for the digital arc in exchange for an honest review. Everything in this review has been written willing fully.
Since I read a proof copy of the book any grammatical errors did not impact the rating.
If you love paranormal romance, dragon shifters, fated mates and a wonderful story/plot you will enjoy this book.
Ella and Gideon accidentally mate and this causes issues with her new career and his life/career. The tension and attraction is there but they have to decide if they let fate decide or break the mating and go their separate ways. You will love the characters and the story.
This is the first book I’ve read by Victoria Jayne and I can’t wait to read more.
Dragon shifters, fated mates, sexy banter, witches, magic, and lots of spice! What is not to love.
A quick read about Ella and Gideon’s one time hookup that ends in a much longer commitment either wants. Ella didn’t know Gideon was a shifter, Gideon NEVER wanted to be mated to a human. Fate has other plans for them.
It’s a sexy and spicy along with the witty banter it’s a terrific novella that keeps you entertained throughout. The spicy scenes are not overpowering the storyline and help move the plot along nicely.
So thankful the author reached out to me about this book from chapter one I was hooked! Started last night and finished today I had trouble putting it down! This is a paranormal romance with shifters, vampires, witches all the fun things! The two main characters are everything! I loved the instant connection between the both of them! Cant wait to read more by this author :)
My first of this author but will definitely not be my last. Love reading dragon shifters and this one being done in more a modern city setting was really neat! It definitely started as a forbidden workplace romance but with the twist of dragon shifters and fated mates. Cannot wait to dive into the next book!
Although this is not my usual genre, I totally enjoyed the characters, and Ms. Jayne brings them to life in a way that you can believe that there is actually a possibility that stories like this can come true! We all need a bit of fantasy in our lives, and this book fills the bill. I totally enjoyed it, and look forward to more of the same.
This was such a great read it was fast pasted and it was steamy loved how their relationship got stronger and can't wait for more. Victoria always sucks you into their world
A steamy book. Little more than I usually read but it was good. Right amount of flow to that area. And loved the dual Pov something Iv come to love in books. On top the cover is straight up fire. So if you like dragons suggest this quick read.
This book was full of spice and very little communication. Ella and Gideon meet at a nightclub while Ella is celebrating an new job and adult responsibilities. The two of them have a one night stan which leads to more than either of them bargains for. Will Gideon find his 🔥, will Ella achieve her goals at her Father's Company..
Another new author for me 😉 and a shifter book (one of my favourite reads) so I’m well happy 😊
Ella, has a strong personality who takes no messing from anyone. She values her work and has worked hard to get where she is now. It might be a family owned business, but didn’t do her any favours. She loves her job (the one thing that puzzled me though… it’s family run, but hardly any of her family wander through or are mentioned!)
Gideon is a dragon shifter. He has the reputation of being a bad boy, but it didn’t really come across that way (well I didn’t to me 🤷🏻♀️) He loves his job. He make’s jewellery for the family run business. (Now this is where it differs from Ella, we meet, and hear about his family all the time 🤔)
I liked how the author (through Gideon) explains how the shifter community works. How they shift/meet other dragons and how they live in general, (they are governed by a dragon council) We got the information in a way that wasn’t just an information dump (you get some authors just unload too much too soon!)
Meeting leads to obvious chemistry between Ella and Gideon. One thing leads to another…. The bedroom scenes are spicy 🥵 but there aren’t too many (lately all I’ve been reading is no plot and lots of $ex, it gets a little monotonous)
Did make me roll my eyes when they decided they weren’t going to be together, they wanted to continue their own lives separately. It’s good to have conflict, it’s ok to make them realise they will be happier together. (Nothing worse than no drama) but both Gideon and Ella got a little whiny (that is me skipping a few pages)
I loved Felicity, Ella's friend/roommate, she’s an absolute blast. Witty and totally out there, but we all need a friend like that. Some of the stuff she comes out with had me chuckling.
So when an opportunity arises that could end they’d bond, will they take it? or will they finally realise what they have really is special?
Storyline is fairly original and straightforward. Characters are well thought out. It’s descriptive without wasting pages.
A recommended read if you like your shifter stories.
I’d love Felicity to get a story, that would a fun read.
This dragon paranormal romance is a sweet story about finding your mate unexpectedly and not always agreeing with fate. I love that the characters were new adults, and the sizzling scenes weren't overdone. The lore is different but suitable for the storyline. The crazy witch who makes them accept this is fabulous, and the ending is sweet. The overall cute plot with a human-mate story was different, and I love that they don't take it without a conflict.
Ella is celebrating the end of college with her best friend, Felicity. Of course, she is looking to let loose and have some fun.
Gideon is a dragon shifter. Usually, he is not interested in mundane things unless they are gold or diamonds. Still, a certain someone at the club catches his eye.
This book gets steamy in a hurry as they jump right in. So, who they are and what they do for work complicates this one-night stand. So far, this story has a lot of sizzling encounters but not very much of a storyline. Ella's dreams are downright smutty. The dragon lore and fated mates stuff are very different in this book compared to others I have read, but they are all intriguing. Oh, I love that Felicity is paranormal and Ella is just human.
Ah, so it is a fated mate thing, and the confirmation is nice since it isn't openly discussed till later in the story. I love that they are not just taking fate sitting down, they are both fighting back against the lack of choice. Wow, I can't believe they are rejecting the fated mate bond. Both of them are just crazy.
Of course, the witch ends their plans to rebuke the fated mate's connection. Now, what will happen? Gideon did get his fire like he was supposed to, and this book has different lore. Now, I'm going to lie; I would love to see that particular piece of jewelry. This book ends with a Hfn ending. I love that they finally stopped fighting fate.
I received this book as an arc, and I am leaving an honest review.
• Thoughts: Ummm, I have been trying to gather my thoughts for this. I dont like leaving bad reviews, but sometimes, it is what it is. I always encourage people to read all the books, as long as they're in your wheelhouse. Read all the books. Ha. For me, I wasn't a fan of this particular book. But as always, give it a shot. You may like it. Now, on to my review. I love shifter romances, but for some reason, I was not into this one. Well, that's not true, I do know. There was no connection at all with the two main characters that didn't go past their physical attraction to one another, for the entire book. Nothing but physical. Now, the spice was spicing, but that was it. They had no relationship, they avoided each other. And when I say the very end. I mean the very end. (Last 4%) SMH. The book was also very repetitive. I was not a fan of that. I thought it was odd that Dragon Shifters knew very little about themselves and as a whole about their kind. I don't know, to me, the book felt like it was just missing a lot of small pieces. Now, this is on me. I did skip a good chunk in the middle of the book. Because it was to repetitive, and nothing was happening. So, to be fair, I could have missed a lot of these small pieces I am saying were missing. That is on me.. but once a book is repetitive and not keeping my interest. I will start skipping. This wasn't my favorite book. The world building was their, but I don't feel it was executed very well. I had way more questions leaving this book and not about the couple at all. This is a new to me author, and I will attempt another book by her.
This is the first book I am reading of Victoria Jayne and must say it had me hooked, wonderful people and page turning.
Eloise (Ella) Kincaid has her whole life planed out for her, she just took her final exam and Monday she starts at her father’s firm. Ella is going out with her best friend Felicity to celebrate end of college.
Gideon Hayes works for his father’s company and learning the ropes to take over the company. But Gideon loves designing jewelry and would rather do that.
While at the club Gideon spotted Ella and something about her attracts him and end up dancing. Ella and her friend Felicity end up having drinks with Gideon and his friend Delcan. They end up leaving for tacos and spending the night together.
Ella and Gideon run into each other at a benefit and spend time together. She finds an object in the bed and Gideon says it’s a guitar pick, and she notices mark on her neck, and she raked her fingers down his back. Ella and Gideon each cannot stop having fantasy dreams about each other.
Ella talks to Felicity, and she reminds her that she is a witch, and they should go see her aunt. Ella finds out about all the super naturals that are in the human world. The Aunt Josephine tells Felicity that they are mates per fate, did she want to break that, because she may never get another. Gideon talks to his father, and he thinks he’s losing his hearing, since he can’t hear the mating call. Gideon finally ends up at the witch and she tells him its fate.
Aunt Josephine makes them a potion they both have to take under the moon at the same time together. Will they take the potion, or will they remain as mates?
I read this book a while ago, but after recently reading book 2, I realized I didn’t leave a review at that time. Sometimes life just gets in the way. It’s in no way a reflection on how I felt about this book. I’ve read shifter books before, including dragons, but this one is different from any I’ve ever read. I love the idea of an elemental shifter, in this case, a dragon. Human and new college graduate, Ella Kincaid, wants to party before she has to deal with real life, which includes starting a job with her father’s firm as a Jr. Investment Analyst. This last hurrah leads to a one-night stand with the elemental dragon shifter, Gideon Hayes. Gideon is a jewelry designer in his father’s company, Arach Jewelry. Humans are unaware of paranormal beings, and according to The Council of Others who are the ruling class of all paranormal creatures, it must stay that way or there are dire consequences. I didn’t like The Council of Others in a previous series by this author, and I certainly don’t like them in this one so far either. What I do like are the friends of Ella and Gideon, the development of Ella’s and Gideon’s relationship, and the path Gideon travels in trying to obtain his element, Fire. I am a HUGE fan of Gideon, and that reason alone would get me to read the next book in the series, but the elemental aspect is another reason I’m drawn to this series and look forward to more books.
So I originally was going to give the book a 3 star rating because of the ending of the book...I was obsessed with finishing this book, because I really loved the storyline and the the fated lovers aspect. Also I'm a fan of the supernatural aspect of it and who doesn't love dragons?!
The end is where it lost me...I'm sorry I'm a sucker for a happy ending and her just focusing on this career by any means necessary and no room for "distractions" just killed me. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for her achieving her dreams, IRL I'm a Wife, Mom, Boss and have a successful career, but not at the expense of love and family...so I thought they'd work that out since they're fated mates and all...
I know, from the reviews I've read it's not where the Victoria was going with it and I guess I should've seen the set up for that...but I was annoyed lol by her whole, I can't be his mate type of deal. Also I wish we had more backstory on the powerful witch and the bff.
I'd read other books by Victory Jayne for sure, and again, I devoured this book in like two days...it would've been one, but those pesky kids (my kids), haha!

I enjoyed the dragons, the fantasy element of this, and the spice. If you know one thing about me, it's that I can't stand characters who whine. And this one had that in spades. This book had a lot of whining in it, by the FMC and the MMC. For some reason, the plot had to be moved along by the fact that neither of them wanted to be mated to each other, but instead of an outside force or situation keeping them from accepting each other, it was just them whining about each other. Unfortunately, it just kept me from enjoying the book. The FMC wanted her career above all else, which did not endear me to her. She kept vacillating between "Wow, dragons are real" to "This can't be real". Then from "How dare he mate me" to "I just don't have time for this". And then at the end, it felt rushed, like they just decided to make it work because she gave him fire. No love, no feelings, no "I don't care about fate because I love her/him" plot, just "yeah, ok let's try it out". It was all very anti-climatic. I would not read this again, but I am going to start the next one in the series in the hope that it will be better. 3 stars.
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarain, I was gifted my copy of this book.
Gideon meets Ella and their chemistry is smokin! Literally! But Ella can't possibly be his mate, since she is human and dragons only mate with dragons. Right?
I liked this, for the most part. It's 250 odd pages, but it's a quick read, and an easy one.
I liked that both Gideon and Ella have a say. I liked that they are both suffering this attraction thing, and it's messing with both their equilibriums. I liked the smexiness level, it really is smokin hot.
BUT
I didn't like the smexiness level! Contradicting myself I know, but lemme explain.
Every time these two cross paths, there is smex. EVERY time. And while I do like my books on the steamier side, I do like some story with my steam, ok? And for a while, I was gonna dump this simply because all Ella and Gideon did was have smex. *I* found it too much, and that has to be saying something!!
So, what I'm trying to say is, I would have liked some other connecton between Ella and Gideon that wasn't horizontal. More of an emotional connection would have been nice. Once they decide to give this mate thing a go, the book then ends with an epilogue and I wanted more of that interim period.
I also was a bit lost as to Gideon getting his fire. He was convinced that Ella wasn't his mate because she couldn't give the dragon his fire. Then all of a sudden, he had it. Something happened (but spoilers!), but one scene he didn't, then he next, he did. No explaination as to HOW he got it.
So, some gaps in the plot, but once I got over my hissy fit, and finished the book, I can honestly say, I liked it. And it's the first I've read of this author. I'd like to read more of this group of people.
𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 is the first book in the Elemental Dragons series by Victoria Jayne, featuring a spicy, accidental fated mates paranormal romance for Ella and Gideon. When a dragon shifter accidentally mates with a human, he becomes frantic in his desire to find a way out, so he can find an appropriate mate and his fire. The problem is, the attraction between is more powerful than they expected. Can they successfully fight fate, or were they meant to be together all along?
This was my first book by this author, and the storyline was definitely entertaining. The chemistry was explosive, the imagery was great, and the characters were compelling. I found it a bit disjointed at first that they didn’t really communicate with each other much between trysts, but it ended up making sense later. I also enjoyed the friendships in the book, and look forward to reading the next one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️
My first dragon shifter book, oh my! Thanks, Instagram ads. The 2 MC POVs were done well; no repeat scenes for unnecessary inner monologue lol, that was a relief coming out of the last two books I’d recently read. Like a breath of fresh air.
The plot/story was fun, though the ending felt a little lacking and I wished there was more. But I think that’s a me thing and not a slight against the author in any way. I’ve been browsing stories lately where they can go into the 400-1,000 chapter mark and for many that can seem like a lot/too much. This was still a very fun read.
In terms of spice, it was good, just a few choice words that threw me off and made me go “…uh what??”.
I give this 3.5 ⭐️ but it doesn’t seem like the GR app allows for that :(
If you want to read a delightful entertaining paranormal romance this would be your book. Author Victoria Jayne does a stellar job creating fire hot interactions between Gideon and Ella while sprinkling scenes of them avoiding and denying each other’s existence throughout the book. This push-pull attraction between them creates interest.
The struggle both went through internally regarding their feelings for each other and what they believed they wanted for their lives felt real and believable.
Readers will be satisfied with the ending of this book.
I received this book for free from the author in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
