The Demon, Lord Belzat, is gathering his strength for an attack on the Gloom, and if I’m going to defeat him, I’m going to need some help.
Specifically, I need a magic suit of armor that was crafted eons ago for the purpose of fighting demons.
And apparently, the gauntlets for the armor are in France.

The search continues
The only negative thing for me was that the real world problems were too easily overcome with a few punches thrown. I would also add that this author hasn't been in many fights, and certainly none underwater. No slashing, only stabbing. The spear should have been the weapon of choice. Though this was a pet peeve that didn't really detract from the book for me. Tom out

Just gets better!
Love this series and each book is a blast to read with lots of fun, adventure and challenges for Eddie Hill and his family.
And this time round, they get to travel overseas for a vacation as they continue their quest, meet new friends, solve mysteries of the Gloom and make new friends along the way.
Though, with a twist at the end, I felt there was a lost opportunity considering known ways for Eddie and family to travel between the Gloom and the Surface...
But will be curious to see where things go next!

While the setting is top notch. . .
The constant additions to the harem are cheapening the characters, both new and old. The new characters lack depth, they have no chance to really develope before being thrown into a pool to be forgotten. The old characters, meanwhile, are treated as a name to be brought up and them discarded for new content. The character additions were slow and organic to start with, now they are rushed and just add-ons.

Awwsome
So glad it's back to Eddie and the girls. I get that the side story plays into it but personally I get invested in the main story and it's aggravating when there's a departure from it. I can't wait for book 15. This is one of the very few long series that I've remained excited about and I can easily see 10 more books coming and still being just as invested in it. Can't wait.

Such a good series
I stumbled on this series while looking for another and gave it a try. In a couple of chapters I was hooked. This is not an erotica novel, but it does get spicy at times. Good flow to the story and great character development. The action sequences are scripted well and provide a good visualization for your minds eye. I really enjoy sci-fi and fantasy and this offers it all!

Well Worth The Wait and Read
Cliffhanger Warning!
I could barely put it down! It was so fun to go on this new water adventure and meeting new creatures and new places! It promises fun, battle, diving and romance! Had so much fun reading this. Now to endure the reading hangover and the waiting game for volume 13.

Let's go swimming
We were taken to the "underworld" in search of gauntlets. Book 14 was full of action and twists.
I would have never guessed that a chance meeting in a laundromat in Texas with the author during the pandemic would have led to a 14 book journey through this strange world. Ty

This story is just humming along
So please expedite the next book in this series. It is fun reading and, while it isn't the only series you've written that I have enjoyed it is one of your better ones. It's obvious you have been doing your research. That fact has increased my enjoyment ten fold

Another awesome book in the series
I'm not sure what I can say, just that I really love the works by Logan Jacobs. Without spoilers, the hits keep on coming and twists and turns are awesome. I don't think this series will end but I would recommend checking out other books by Logan. Definitely read this series in order.

Fascinating read - excellent writing
A story full of color, action, and joy. It was great seeing Eddie and the family in a new surrounding. Very nice lead in to future books and I highly anticipate those stories. Wonderful series that is written very well.

wonderful addition to an already great story
This series just keeps gettgetting better and better. Mr. Jacobs keeps adding likeable characters and more fun to this story. Really enjoyed this new twist.

Intrigue overseas
Finally the storyline has improve, the prior books were stagnating and predictable. This was a great storyline that sort of blends in with the BYD UK book (which I hope continues). I could not put this book down and read it in 3 hours.

Great Story - Still going strong!
One of the best series I have read continues to entertain. The characters continue to grow and develop as new characters are introduced. I can’t wait until book 15 is released.

Great story. This was different than the other books because they traveled out of the US an went into the underworld from France. It was totally different then the Gloom. You definitely should read this book.

Full speed ahead!
I feel the pain of the cliffhanger here! So much has happened in this series already, and to find out about even more threads to this tale is like sprinkles on the sundae. I can't wait to see how they protect the Chief and get the next peice!

Overall another interesting chapter
Some new interesting things, which is good to keep momentum after so many books. It's not perfect, but they are usually solid if imperfect. I'll keep reading

Great books.
I liked the the story very much. But the ending leaves the reader hoping that there will be another one.I sure hop so someday , I believe everyone would want it. Good luck in the future Logan.

Foreign adventures
While a fun read, and perfectly in keeping to the style, I did find it a touch predictable. Maybe we're sticking a bit too closely to the formula. All in all, still a fun read. Thank.you, and I'm looking forward to more!!

another great adventure!
I enjoyed it so much; I went through this one too fast. It was a fun to read another great adventure from Eddie. I can’t wait for him to find the rest of the Armor of Vallis
