Publisher's Aurora's Secret is the debut installment of the Alpha and Aurora series, promising to captivate fans of the paranormal romance genre until the very last page.
I LOVED IT! I absolutely loved this series! It was like a rollercoaster ride of emotions. The suspense was so intense, at times I could barely sit still. It was mysterious and so exciting I just can't say enough. Everett and Aurora are the perfect couple even though they are different species. Human and Werewolf are not common mates but you will find that Aurora is not your typical human. There are surprises around every corner and a few shocking WTF moments. And I loved every minute of it. There are a few funny moments and the sex scenes are smokin hot. I really hope that with the way the series ended there's much more to come. This is my first book by this author and it won't be the last. I extremely recommend it to everyone!
I picked this one up because the premise was interesting. I enjoyed the overall plot, but the characters fell a bit flat for me and I just could not seem to connect with them or their dilemma as much as I wish I had. I also found the ending a bit rushed without much time to wrap things up satisfyingly. I also found a lot of parts of this book to be coincidental and convenient for what was happening at the time and Auroras character to be annoying at times.
It was a good start but she's weak and clumsy but she still beats her enemy easily, you could have worked more on battles and fighting scenes but it was still a good read I enjoyed it
