When danger strikes too close to home, and ancient Magic surfaces, they find themselves in the center of a deadly war. Seraphina and Sebastian strike an uneasy truce in order to end Dmitri Terletov, once and for all. They must work together to save what’s left of the Kingdom and protect the people they love most.

BITTERSWEET MOMENT!

Mostly because this is the last, I repeat LAST, book of the series! I'm sad it's over because I already miss everyone, except for the villains if I'm being completely honest right now. I just finished this audio this morning on my car ride into work. Again, I'm sad. So so so freaking sad that it's over now.

The Redeemable Prince is the last book of the this wonderful series. It's about Sebastiana dn Seraphina. Oh how I love these two together, and apart. When they are on their own, they are absolutely wonderful and make me laugh. When they are a couple I am constantly shipping for them to take the next step. However, they did break up in this book.. but these two realized how much of mistake it was. They just need to communicate and compromise a little here or there. They were destined to be with each other and I just kept praying that they would end up back together. Engaged or married. I didn't really care as long as I got a happy ending.. I mean that they did.

Of course there's danger lurking in every dark corner. Eden is such a god damn bad ass in this book. Hell, everyone is. Eden has her twin babies.. and other people may or may not have had children towards the end of the book. Everyone does have a happily ever after though.

Overall, I loved this book. I love every character and really enjoyed watching them grow throughout the series. Each book got better and better in my opinion. Loved everything about this series and this book - I can't wait to die in a curled up ball because now I don't know what to read.

Unfortunately, with the publishing of this book, the Star-Crossed series is coming to a close.... This series is my favorite and I am already dying to read it all again, start to finish!

There is absolutely nothing better than getting into Sebastian's and Seraphina's head as we journey to the end of the series. I really loved getting to know Seraphina more and to see what she brings to the table. I absolutely love her now and am sad that I don't get to read more about her and the other Star-Crossed characters.

Sebastian is just... ahhhh Sebastian. We all grew to love him when he was kidnapped by Eden and the Resistance, but man do I love him even more now. I love his whit and sarcasm. I love his feelings that he doesn't always express. I just love him!

Now this book is full of suspense, as it should be, as the gang all try to take down Telerov once and for all. There are twists and turns and intrigue.

I love how this book concludes and feel as satisfied as possible (I mean this is my favorite series, so I will always be incredibly sad that it is ending!)

Go forth and read! If you haven't read any in the series, then let the story, world and characters of Reckless magic take you away. You will be thanking me :)

We finally get to hear Sebastian's story in this installment in the series. It was one of my favorites in the series so far - Sebastian and Serafina are two of the most self-centered/selfish and spoiled characters in the series. They break up because Serafina wanted to be #1 in Sebastian's life, but of course, Sebastian is #1 in Sebastian's life. They spend a year apart, denying their feelings for each other and generally being nasty to one another, but they also mature a little too. They are forced to work together to defeat Terletov before he can corrupt all the magic in the kingdom and kill the rightful heirs. The close proximity to one another makes Sebastian and Serafina reevaluate their breakup.

I loved Sebastian's character. He is so sarcastic and funny, and the fact that half the time he is confused and not understanding his own feelings just made me love him more. Serafina was ok. I liked her because Sebastian liked her, but if this book was solely about her, I would have been annoyed. This was a fun series. I guess there are a couple of novellas about the secondary characters that I might read if I get the chance.

How do you say goodbye ? I will probably just keep rereading this series I just love the characters. For those of you who have read the series you would have been waiting for Sebastian and Seraphina's story like me. Rachel did not disappoint. I love the interaction her couples have with each other. When Sebastian was introduced as well as Seraphina you just thought for sure they were awfull people , but then they grew up then they got on the right side , then they started fighting with the others to save their kingdom. Along the way they fell for each other, then they fell away from each other. But as stuborn as they boht are they never let go of their feelings. Here is their story and it was so well worth the wait. I believe I will have to reread soon just to be in the Star Crossed World a bit longer.

Definitely one of my favorites in the series. I enjoyed S & S. Their love/hate relationship and the banter between the two. Love is in the air.... ;) And all the good magic!!

Oh my gosh! This book blew me away. It has been long anticipated and has had so much excitement geared toward it, I was afraid of being to worked up for it. I was wrong and should not have doubted Rachel for one second. This book did not disappoint in the slightest and I am sorry Rachel for even considering the alternative. This was a perfect ending to Rachel Higginson's Star-Crossed Series. I would recommend this entire series to anyone. TRP captivates and holds you hostage the whole way. I know I could not put it down. In short, read this book!

A good end to the Star-Crossed series and definitely not the story I was expecting.

I was a bit sceptical when I found out this last book in the series was going to be about Seraphina and Sebastian. They had always seemed like filler characters to me and were probably my least favourite characters in the series – largely due to the way they started on the wrong side of the war. Fortunately, this book brought Seraphina and Sebastian to life and showed that there was a lot more to both of them than the selfish and shallow stereotypes I had them filed under. I liked the way their story was a bit different than most and it started after they had already been together and split up. Second chances are always good. I also liked the way the story picked up right where the previous book had left off as far as the ongoing battle with the deranged sociopath Terletov was concerned. It was easy to get back into the story. The writing and general editing wasn’t great, but regardless of this I still enjoyed the story as much as I enjoyed the other books in the series.

Overall, this was a good read that finished off the series nicely. I have to say The Relentless Warrior is probably still my favourite book out of this series, followed closely by Endless Magic, but I’d be happy to let this one take third place. I’d recommend reading it if you like the Star-Crossed series and are looking forward to finishing it off.

EDITING ISSUES AGAIN!

Once again good book, just wish the author had either bothered to proof read it or the Editor had done the job they were paid to do. I'm not one to be able to quit a series unless it's just really bad. I can say due to all the editing issues throughout the 9 books, this is one I'm so glad to be done with despite how much I loved the story. I've been about driven mad with the story line inconsistencies, wording errors and/or misspellings.

I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I am nearly finished and oh my. Bastian has always been one of my favorites. These last few stories have been so action packed, with no rest for our royal family.

I will update more after I finish.

Omg! Rachel hits a homerun. The ending, oh, I cannot take all the feels. She does a beautiful job wrapping up the entire series.

This is the final book in an outstanding series. Rachel doesnt ever let you down. She is an amazing author and this book is just more proof. She somehow managed to take a character I havent liked since the beginning of the series and turn her story around so that I fell in love with Sera just like everyone else! This book is a must read! Kudos always to Rachel!

I'm really glad this is the last book. The same story repeating with almost the exact words started to drive me nuts but I still loved it. I love the characters. They became family.

OMG! I freaking love Sebastian. His character throughout the whole serious has been incredible, and getting to hear his narration made it even better. I loved how much of a genuinely good person he is, all throughout the resistance and turning his back on his family, to now, trying to win back the girl that he loves. Truly amazing character creation. I’m going to miss him!!

As far as Seraphina goes, she was alright. Her inner monologue didn’t stand out to me as much as Eden’s or even Olivia’s, but maybe it’s partially because they all used the same voice actor (I used audible for the whole series). Still, I feel like she talked just like Eden. Anyway, she really wasn’t a bad character by any means! Just bland in comparison to the fantastically sarcastic Sebastian. I’ve loved her development into a such a close friend of Eden’s . Truly going to miss this series soooo much! I don’t think I’ll be able to wait long before re reading👀

This book like many of the others was packed full of action, confrontations with the bad guys, and never ending altercations with Terletov, this man was always a step ahead. I was not thrilled with the back-and-forth between Sebastian and Seraphina, I fell this took up such a large part of the story that the book could’ve been shorter and they could’ve gotten to the point of their relationship quicker. I did love the evolution of Seraphina’s psychic powers and I liked how the author had her step up and be a real heroin and be able to hold her self in the battle. I loved being able to read about all the other characters that we’ve come to enjoy and the epilogue could not have been any better, I will miss this series.

A great conclusion to the series. I’m always sad when I finish one but I’m happy with how it turned out. Worth a read for sure if you’re into happy endings, fantasy, romance and all that jazz.

“I grabbed her wrist and stopped her escape. “I’m not upset because I think you’re mine. I’m angry because you’re not.”

“I should never have let you walk away from me.”

Sebastian and sera were meant to be and I love that they were so different from the other couples. Each couple had their own little thing going and it was great and authentic. It all worked out a little too well but I can’t complain about a happy ending.

This book and series was truly epic! Whether it was an epic love or epic battle! One of my favorite things about this book was how it ended! The last few lines made me smile, satisfy me, and ache for more all at the same time! But can we talk about the amazing characters in this? The part when Seraphina time slowed to save one of the new born twins, caught him, and then climbed back up the cliff was SO COOl!!! And she wasn’t even the only character that had an epic moment, they all did! I also love how every person had a happily ever after and everything was set right!

I have a review on this series on my blog that goes more in depth about everything!

This was not my favorite book in this series but I still enjoyed it and I enjoyed seeing how Seraphina and Sebastian's relationship continued and developed after being in the background of the series for so long. I already loved Sebastian going in and it was fun to finally see some stuff from his perspective. Seraphina has never been my favorite character but I did come to like her more throughout this book as we heard her perspective on things.

Overall a good book with no sex scenes (just sleeping in the same bed actually described). There are some references to sex but nothing described or specific. Also some violence, at about the same level as the rest of the series.

I cannot stop reading or listening to this book, I am totally addicted at how much I love this Entire series!!!! These AMAZING books for each one is special and beautiful in its own way!!! I love ❤️ each character-I enjoy 😊 reading about the other characters as well from previous books… I am so glad the author kept each story separately but, included everyone.
Yes, some proof reading would of been great, but I still love this series and definitely recommend this book…

I never really liked either of these characters, although Sabastian grew on me throughout the series. Seraphina did NOT. However, in this one she basically had a personality transplant. Admittedly, she stopped being psychotic after Kieran and Eden finally got together, but still...

It was a good story all by itself, but it's almost like a totally different character.

This book is better than the previous two only because it had more action; however, it still had way too much internal monologue between Sebastian and Seraphina. If they had just talked to each other, they could have been together the entire time. The missed communication moments were super frustrating.
