Patterns to Reveal the Truth

I chose this rating because I read a lot( I have terminal cancer). This mystery kept me guessing. So many characters with possible links to a string of horrific murders. When I am engrossed in a good book, my mind eases from my pain and I become one of the characters. I wondered how I would feel if I were incarcerated twenty years for a crime I had not commited? I hope John figured this out in a forthcoming novel.

Great read

Many plots and characters abound in this story. Political corruption, rich people who think they cancer away with a anything they please and hard working so I'm servants. Great storyline.

A pacy read

The main characters, Nick and Dana, could stand a few more pages of buildup to augment what had been written. But, given this is the initial book of a series, one gets the impression that more will be revealed of these two in the later ones.

Thrill ride!

This was a great story. Lots of twists and turns. I didn't figure it out till the last 10 chapters. But then it was how will this end? I didn't want to put it down till I knew. Highly recommend.

Excellent

A really great story. The characters were also excellent. I found this to be one of the best stories I’ve read this year.

Strong female lawyer protagonist. Second chance theme. Conspiracies abound. Wonderful set of characters. A real page turner. Dark and deadly plot, but plenty of lighthearted palette cleansers interspersed perfectly.
