Jeri Williams lives a super fabulous lifestyle (by fabulous, she mean’s kinda lame) in the hot Florida sun and loves reading of any kind (except instruction manuals and cereal boxes). She has always written stories and made her family listen to them since she was young. In between her day job and wrangling an up-and-coming Jerry Seinfeld (in girl form) She writes make you feel stuff books. She also enjoys being right and knowing everything, although she is hardly ever right and know nothing. She has a weird obsession with inventing miniature zoo animals you can carry around in your pocket (although not really).

This story is following Dacey Harper after "Everything." After "Everything" changed for her and her sister Aria. Following their life changing event of the first story, the two young women have to move forward with their lives. Everyone seems to be moving forward with their lives...except Dacey. She seems to be stuck, in a way, not sure where to go. The characters Jeri has created are both likable and relatable. Aria, the quirky younger sister; Opal, the eccentric and amusing aunt; Trevor, Dacey's ex-boyfriend and Blaze, Dacey's new and totally fabulous friend. While each character has important things happening in their lives, Dacey is stuck in a loop of nightmares about Trevor, and not sure where to take her relationship with JP - the incredibly attractive cop that has been there for her since her parent's past. Throw in the sister's demented Uncle Mick, and that is another problem Dacey has to deal with. While we follow everyone else in the great things they have going for them, we read to see if Anything will go right for Dacey. The dynamic between her and JP is wonderfully written. It's written to tease and intrigue us and hope that Dacey will allow this next step for herself...but will she? We hope for her, that she will allow herself to be happy...but will she? The first book in the series was completely enjoyable and Anything is even better. I would very much recommend both of these books!

This book does contain sexual scenes so it is not for everyone. This book is the second with Everything being the first. It goes more into Dacey's life and her sister Aria. Aria is now dating Riley, who is Dacey's friend, and Dacey is still friends with J P the policeman who told her about her parents accident, when they died. They had started talking after the tragedy and have developed a friendship. As we open the girls are preparing for their aunt Opal's wedding. If you remember she is marrying Eugene, who is Trevor's boss. Trevor was Dacey's boyfriend of two years and he left her after her parents death for her friend Kelly. Anyway the girls are excited about the wedding. Opal told Dacey she had to have a date so she invited JP. He was happy about it. He really cares for Dacey and he is waiting until she is ready for a relationship. Mick also returns and tell Dacey that he is going to take the garage it they don't pay the loan her father had on the business. Mick is Aria's uncle and he is determined to get what is his. I think you will really enjoy this story and it helps if you have read Everything. This is a great story and a good read

I received a copy for her blog tour, and I didn’t read the first book but this one I believe can be read as a standalone. I really enjoyed this book. The story line was fantastic along with the characters. Dacey and Aria parents had died and they move in with their aunt Opal. Dacey keeps having dreams about her ex-boyfriend Trever. But she might find comfort in a local cop JP. Who by the way is very swoon-worthy. Well Opal is getting married and the sisters are helping her get ready for it. Dacey meets a new friend Blaze who by the way is so funny. He had me cracking up the entire book. I love him and Aria both characters were brilliant. Jeri does a wonderful job drawing in the audience, it was very entertaining and interesting. It is really fast pace and I wasn’t able to put down the book. It’s that good. I do recommend this book and I will be reading book one in the series. Great job!!!

This is a great continuation of Dacey's story from Everything. When book 1 ended Dacey was slightly broken between dealing with her parents death and the betrayal of her longtime friend and ex Trevor. I was slightly wrecked for her , I have never taken a book break up that hard !! Now we have Anything and in this book we get more from Dacey. What I love about this story is that as much as it is Dacey's story to tell I can feel a connection with most of the characters. We have a little of Aria and Riley , Opal and Eugene , Dacey makes a new friend Blaze and of course we get WAY MORE JUSTIN !! I do not want to speak about Trevor but even his annoying self adds to the story. I think the biggest surprise of all is just how twisted Mick the Dick is.

It seems to Dacey that everyone is moving on without her. Relationships are blossoming and all the things she thought she had with Trevor are now the things that Tina , Opal and Aria have with others. Justin has been there quite a few times to save Dacey from herself and their friendship is actually growing but he may want more , is Dacey ready for that ?? With the struggles of Trevor moving on and haunting dreams Dacey goes about her days dealing with the threats from Mick , a new friendship with Blaze and her growing feelings for Justin.

This story is lighthearted and has some fun , not as much heartache as book 1 , it flows along nicely with some drama. I am in love with Justin !! Damn he is perfect and I want more about him and his yumminess !! Just when I thought it would be all wrapped up in a bow we get a surprise visit...
When all is said and done we have an HEA , I think , will there be more ?? Will Justin and Dacey have their HEA ?? I am hoping so , I would love to read more about everyone else. There were a few things discovered in this story which would make for a few good books !!

wonderful book. Cute book and one that will have you laugh, smile and growl at some of the characters.

Characters:

the ex trevor: what a douche canoe. Total jerk I mean breaking up via text total douche... and than to and with the best friend...that does not endear me to you. And seriously going to her when you were angry and in pain over the revelation that you just had.. just no. You only redeeming quality was the helping Dacey and her sister out but even that you needed to be nudged to do. so nope still a douche canoe.

Opal: a hoot and a half. She will have you in stitches. So wonderful to read about.

Riley: too sweet and kind. Felt bad for him when he found his answers poor dude with who is related to.

Dacey: lost, confused and had a wall constructed so high the great wall of China looked like a kiddie wall. She lost her parents, got dumped shortly after and didn't know what to do. Afraid to let anyone in she closed herself off to only friendships. good thing Justin was a sweet, kind and patient guy. Perfect for her. She needed someone who was supportive, kind, patient and protective. Dacey was now taking care of her sister, trying to keep their parent's business and try to heal.

Uncle Mick: grrrr....don't like. what a evil jealous wretched creature. So deserves anything he gets.

Justin: love love love. Sweet kind patient and wonderful. Supportive of dacey in everything and a great friend. So in love with Dacey. So glad when dacey realized she loved him too. Perfect for Dacey and swoon worthy.

Blaze: cracked me up. So funny and supportive. he will just have you smile in every scene you see him. Hope he finds a guy.

A great book on forgiveness of yourself and others, allowing yourself to heal and finding yourself and strength in love. A wonderful curl in a chair and read all day book.

Dacey has literally had Everything in her life taken from her in the recent months. From the death of her parents to losing her boyfriend of two years, she is barely holding it together. She gets her support from her good friend JP, her sister Aria, her eccentric aunt Opal and her new found totally loud and fabulous bestie Blaze. Even with the support of friends and family, Dacey is having a hard time coping with her insomnia and hopelessness.
JP is amazing friend to Dacey and you can see from the first moment that he would love to have so much more. But he knows that Dacey isn’t ready for that yet, so he is doing his best to be there for her and support her in any way he can. He is HOT, SEXY, SWEET, and THOUGHTFUL how could you not fall in love with him?
This story has the past that everyone is trying to move on from, the wedding of the very eccentric Opal, that Dacey and Aria play a big role in, you have the evil Ex-boyfriend Travis and Kelly, her friend Tina who seems more distant, and you can’t forget about the evil Uncle Mick the Dick!!!!
I absolutely loved this book. Take the crazy southern vocabulary of Opal and throw in the wonderfully amusing New York spice of life that is Blaze and you are bound to have a crazy and fun loving book. The journey we experience with Dacey and JP throughout this book is touching and irritating at times, but I loved all of it just the same. Thank you Jeri Williams for an very touching, entertaining and fun read.

Enjoyed this book, seeing Dacey come out of her fog and embrace life again was beautiful. Love her mini trances and word vomit! She, as well as the other characters in the book, had me laughing and crying and loving this small town. Blaze- wow. JP-super amazing mega wow. Would love more about Aria and Riley.

This was a great continuation to book 1. The characters continue to grow and develop, and the characters get their HEA. My only complaint would be the book needs to be edited again to clean up numerous spelling errors or completely wrong words.
