im not really sure what the message of this book was supposed to be. it doesnt really read like the narrator really feels any particular way about anything that happens for most of the book. theres also ~50 pages in this <200 page book dedicated to explaining how this guys life is really banal. i liked the ending to some extent

At our last bookstore crawl, I picked up a grab bag of unknown books. This was in there. Its an uncorrected copy.
The story was strange in the way that it was told. I like the story in the end, but the writing was difficult to follow.
