In a dystopian world, where the apocalypse has plunged Earth into an otherworldly drought, a determined farmer and his daughter embark on a dangerous odyssey, driven by the urgency of discovering a hidden underground water source. As they navigate the surreal environment, hope becomes their guiding force in a desperate quest to unveil the key to survival on a planet teetering on the edge of extinction.
I am currently reading DRY by Stephon Stewart and it is a profound adventure! I can't put it down... it is a dystopian world "page-turner" and written very descriptive, so it really takes me there. I am loving this adventure through a world running out of water... and appreciate the father/ daughter connection. The novel has messages of climate awareness threaded throughout but written in a very compelling story. Would make a great movie!
