Qiana Rae was born in Gary, Indiana, to a two-parent household. Later on during her childhood, her parents divorced, and she had a hard time adapting, putting a lot of her feelings to paper. During this time, she found that writing was her passion, and no matter what was going on around her, this made her content. She began writing short stories and poems at the age of nine and never stopped. Qiana Rae has a husband and two children whom she resides with in Merrillville, Indiana. She possesses a BS degree in secondary education (English). She finally decided to step out into the public eye and share her talent with the world, and begin this long journey ahead of her with her first self-published novel, titled "Tempted".
