The publication is dedicated to Dr. Konstantin Stoilov and combines two books that were published earlier and presented in this new edition. These are selected "Speeches" of Dr. K. Stoilov and his biography, written by his granddaughter Ana Trnka-Chipeva. The collective book is published on the occasion of the 170th anniversary of the statesman's birth. It is another contribution of his descendants in order to preserve his historical memory.
