About the author

I’m a huge fan of anything paranormal and I always have been. I get super excited whenever they have those Twilight Zone Marathon days and anything ghost or vampire related will always attract my attention.

My interests are varied but aside from writing, I’m most excited about traveling. I’m extremely fortunate to have been able to live in England and Scotland, both places really having a profound effect on my books.

This series is spectacular if you like witches , prophesies, Werewolves 🐺 , vampires 🧛, fae 🧚🏻‍♀️ and so much more. I could not put these books 📚 down… I am starting box 2 now. I definitely recommend reading this. I enjoy all of Ms. Mallory’s books. She is an incredible writer. If you have never read any of her books, 📚 I suggest reading them. Especially if you love ❤️ paranormal stories. Even in my 50’s I enjoy reading them.

This series is amazing. I love every single book in the series that I’ve had the chance to read. The stories are well-paced and flow along nicely. I enjoyed the character development and world-building. The characters are original, and the stories are fresh. Each story and every character captivated me and kept me engaged.

I don't rate books I don't finish. The world building was awful and there was so much "because I said so" type of scenarios that it killed any enjoyment of the story. Itsy get better as the episodes progress but it was so hard to read the first one and the second one isn't any better. I can't imagine slogging through any more of this. Not meant for me.

Repetitive yet detail-inconsistent, tedious, soapy trash, not in the fun-fluff way. Skimmed the last eight or ten “episodes” to see if there were any redeeming character arcs or plot resolutions. There were none. Will not continue series; do not recommend.

Interesting

Very interesting story line. I've already started the next box set. Fair warning: the author has a tendency to be a little wordy at times

DNF BOOK 1

Didn't like any of the main characters by half way through book 1 so gave it up. Rand seems like a smug prick and Jolie a bit of a siook.

If you haven't read Mallory's work before.. this is where you should start! This series is original and fun. There's tons of humor and nail biting angst. Add in the paranormal and a reader couldn't ask for more! A 5 star series!
