The red plague has devastated the human race, turning billions of people into zombies with red eyes and an insatiable hunger for human flesh.
No closer to extracting the cure from inside Ben Sawyer, Maya Solomon is ready to give up her quest to cure the zombie virus. But Pollard and Hunny have gone ahead to Washington, DC in search of other survivors. Alone and vulnerable, Maya and Ben begin a final and treacherous journey north in the hope that somehow the secrets locked inside Ben’s blood will finally free the world from the grip of the Red Plague.

This book no better than the previous two. The only reason I read it was because I'm a completionist and wanted to finish the series out. I was not impressed and our SJW became as violent as the people she was calling gun crazed in the first book. She was not using a gun but even thought about it in passing. Her character is a whiny, snowflake that saves the world? What a joke!

I enjoyed this series and was looking forward to see what happens with Ben and Maya and Pollack and Holly and the whole human race.
It is a quick read that flows nicely and it leaves off with a feeling of hope for mankind, but I wanted more answers. I felt we could have had a fourth book about rebuilding or at least an epilogue. I would check out more from this author.
Final book of the Red Plague Trilogy, Panacea starts after the end of book two. The journey continues on a world of zombies were one person, Ben, may change everything. But, what could be stored for him? He is a cured zombie with the antiserum on his veins. What are people willing to do to get the cure?
Panacea is full of sweet romance, action, angst, and hope. I love Ben's story before and after the virus took him. He became my favorite character. Thou, I wold have like to know more about his relationship with Maya's brother. He played an important part on the story. Without him, Ben would have never found his hope, Maya. He would have recover his humanity.
" You save my life. I mean, you treated me like a man even when I was infected. Do you know how many other people would've done that? None. You're so special."
I really liked the ending. This book kept me interesting to the point that I couldn't stop reading until the end. My favorite book of the trilogy. It is simply written but without being simple. 4 Starts

I loved the ending and the writing stayed solid thorough all three books. Ben and Maya now only with the two of them are on the way to Washington D.C to find their friends.
They have to fight of Reds and even humans. Ben is amazing we find out how he got Maya's picture and what was wrong with her brother. I liked the love building and world building. This is a great series.
Full of action, angst and romance, the final book in Anna Abner's Red Plague trilogy was very good. While there was some repetition in the relationship between two of the main characters, those characters were compelling enough to prevent it from being a problem. I absolutely loved this trilogy and will definitely be looking at other books by this author.
