Before launching her literary career, LaShanda Michelle spent her younger years in Huntsville, Texas, where she was born and raised. After graduating high school she enlisted in the United States Air Force, where she served as a Medical Logistics Specialist.
When not writing, LaShanda enjoys spending time with her family. She currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her husband, Vincent.
