JANET, THE FIFTH BOOK OF THE ALPHA SERIES

"You are mine. Deal with it."

Janet...

A woman devoted to her career and her independence, Janet is self-sufficient and doesn’t need a man in her life. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t want one. Every guy she dates is trash and doesn’t make her heart beat. She begins to question herself. What’s wrong with her? But then she runs into Scott. Her attraction bubbles to the surface but she pushes it away. There’s no way someone like him, a beautiful and successful Benedict, would be interested in her. She couldn’t be more wrong…

Scott...

Scott immediately pursues Janet the moment he sees her and doesn’t let up. His only problem is his possessiveness and controlling nature. He wants her to belong to him, to be his exclusively. But Janet isn’t having it. After slamming the door in his face twice, and walking out on him at dinner, he realizes he has to back down and give her what she wants. If not, he’ll lose her. The longer they are together, the more crazed he becomes. He needs Janet to accept her fate. She’s his. She’s always been his.

not the greatest, liked book one the best. felt to rushed really.. Was hoping 4th times the charm, nope... you can't solve all problems with kissing, you need to talk and they always argued then he would kiss her...
also thought the sister lived in another state but ok

ooh the fireworks!

You just know how these boys are! All alpha, and Scott was definitely all alpha!

I liked Janet in Layla's book, she was funny, and opinionated, I loved how loyal she was with Layla. Just what you want in a best friend.

Scott definitely knew what he wanted and when he told Janet that he had not slept with her sister, he was smitten.

When her work colleague Ryan asked her to the work gala, she turned him down last first, but then decided to go with him, but they both had different ideas on the event, he was smitten with her also, but she had no feelings for him. She bumped into Scott at the gala and you felt the sparks fly, she tried to stay neutral!

I wasn't expecting Ryan to be such a scum bag, and thought that Janet had been honest the whole time, she didn't deserve what the boys in her office did!

Scott was relentless in pursuing Janet, I loved how she broke down her walls and let him in! They were good for each other!

I didn't like way Janet's sister was, and thought Janet was great just getting on with life, trying to help her sister recover from her heartbreak!

It was really great with how her brother got on with Scott, the boys loved to embarrass her!

Janet had a great big heart, another girl who didn't think she was deserving of a nice boyfriend, I am glad she got it!

Wonderful

I love this book. I love this author. I honestly can say that I want to read all her books. ya this book didn't have a lot of suspense but it was good. and a plus THE WHOLE BOOK WASN'T JUST SEX. I like the whole dominate man that bosses a girl around that acts like she doesn't like it. it's a great read. I read it in a day. so worth it to read. definitely needed this book after all the ones I've read lately.

I love E L Todd's alpha series. They are hot, but also easy. Just an all around feel good read. Janet was my favorite in the series so far. I love Scott. He is everything alpha! Looking forward to Cassie's book!
