Rethink Everything You Know About Being A "Next Gen" Loan Officer

Rate this book
Let’s face it, the mortgage industry has changed.

If you don’t, it is going to leave you behind.

The mortgage industry used to be so simple, didn’t it? Someone needs a loan, they go find someone they trust. Easy peasy…

Not anymore. Technology is advancing. AI is changing every other second. Social media matters. And we are building relationships differently than ever before.

Legendary Mortgage Coach Dale Vermillion says, “Top-tier originators and bottom-tier originators have one thing in common, they both only have 24 hours in a day. What separates the two is how they use those 24 hours.“

How should you use those 24 hours? That is what this book is all about. Removing excuses, silencing self-limiting beliefs, and getting more consistent than ever before.

RETHINK EVERYTHING is going to reshape your mind, sharpen the tools you have, give you some new tools that you don’t, and kick your butt into gear. Why? Because there are still buyers out there who have no idea what they are doing…and they are waiting for you to step up and help. Let’s go!

“I’ll be honest...I didn't know a collaboration like this could exist in the mortgage industry.” - Mike Faraci

LOs are going to have to use technology (ie. social media, AI, a good CRM, etc.) to keep up. Referral partners need to come from untraditional places.
