The book fulfilled all my expectations and I enjoyed it. This is a story about a man who takes justice into his own hands to protect those he loves.

in the world. He was done being told what he could and couldn’t do.
Done seeing people he cared about hurt and standing on the sidelines. If it meant his career was over, he was fine with that. It was time
to direct all this anger, this frustration he felt on the people that deserved it.

Onxy Series
I love this series have been hooked since Dex and Kelly. Each book just gets better and better if possible. I am looking forward to each new book the anticipation is hard!! Hope to see Liam and his team get their books to.

Okay , Tyler and Raven's story is awesome. Neither one wants to have a serious relationship . But their hearts start to do some crazy things when their apart. One mayor accurance has him doing something that may end his career. This story is a emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. If you like books with angst, anger, childhood baggage and lack of self worth this is the book for you. The author combines very negative issues with love, brotherhood and family and you will not put it down. The character development is enticing and intense. So well written that you know these people and care about them. This is basically Tyler and Mira's story entangled with characters you already know in the Onyx Black Ops team. That being said the books can be read as standalones but the story is fuller and so much richer if read in order.
Tyler and Mira are both employed by the same people and have a very easy casual relationship that they are both resisting. As they work through their issues they are also going after a terrorist group trying to destroy their team. This was an enthralling book and I definitely will read the rest of the series.

Well-written story full of emotions, angst, personal demons to overcome, action, suspense, danger, and romance. Tyler and Mira had chemistry in spades and fought hard for their HEA.
I loved watching Tyler’s growth through the book and the vulnerability he shares with Mira and his team while dealing with his past. I loved how the rest of the team has his back, supports him through his journey and rallies for him when he takes matters into his own hands.
No Going Back is a great addition to the Onyx Black Ops series and I’m looking forward to the next.

This is the 3rd in the Onyx Black Op series and is a romantic suspense. Based on a team of special operators, this book follows Tyler and Mira.
Tyler has had a turbulent life so far, teaching him that everyone her loves ends up hurting him. Mira is focused on her job, but Tyler has caught her attention and they are heavy and the flirting, chatting and sexting. With both of them not looking for a relationship, and old enemies coming out the woodwork, can they get out of their own way to find each other.
I really felt for Tyler's character, he has been through so much, and although he has successfully managed to 'lock it down' circumstances work against him and Pandora's box is cracked.
My heart aches for Mira, she figured out what she wants early on, but Tyler is fighting his own battle and determined to do it on his own.
The over arching story remains on the group 'reborn' and the Onyx fight to end their terror plots.
With twists and turns in the story line, this is a fast paced romantic suspense which is well worth the read.

Tyler and Mira flirted and continued to stay in touch through all the missions Tyler was on. The flirting became more and lead to some amazing times. But Tyler had a horrible upbringing, and it makes him believe he is not capable of loving anyone as it hurts too much when they are gone. He mistakenly blames himself for his mothers and a good friend’s death. It’s his nature to assume he is the reason. Things go back and forth with his team, Sam, Dex, and Mira. He frequently is hot and cold with Mira and lucky for him Mira does not give up easily or runs as easily as does Tyler.
Mira is hurt in a bombing of an FBI building, and he falls apart and goes back to blaming himself for everything. He is a hair breath from dying when his team finds him and rescues him. They finally get the answer to why he is the way he is, and he understands family is what you make of it good and bad, they always have your back. But does he get the girl? She is majorly upset with him and needs answers, but will he give them? Have to read it to find out. But love this series and can’t wait for the “next man up. “

The chemistry and flirtations between the two was off the charts, but because they both want to focus on their careers, -Mira is an Intel Officer for the Onyx Black Ops Team and Tyler is part of Raven-, they agree not to go for a relationship and have just one night of fun together. Soon however lines blur and feelings start to develop, especially for Mira. Tyler carries a lot of hurt from his past, is more reluctant, even pushes her away.
But when Reborn attacks and hurts their own, Tyler totally spirals out of control and disappears. What follows is a race against time to get the people they love to safety whilst hunting down the people responsible for the attack.
This was a story full of action, I couldn't turn the pages fast enough to find out if Mira and Tyler would get their happy ending.

I am loving this series. This book follows Tyler and Mira as they both work for Onyx; Tyler is Spec ops and Mira is an analyst.
They have been sexting back and forth for quite some time but for Tyler it can't go any further as he believes he is not relationship material.
His past plays a huge part in how he views relationships as he belives everyone he has loved in the past has left him.
As time goes on with the hot sexting, one night Mira decides to take it further with Tyler and states they should go ahead just once.
For her it's mind blowing and for Tyler he feels the same, but as usual his past gets in the way.
Then Reborn rears it's ugly head and a bomb takes out an FBI office where Mira is. Things take a turn for the worse for Tyler as he goes off book and leaves his team to try and take down Reborn on his own.

After the hot, hot, hot flirtations between Tyler and Mira you can't help but root for them to start dating. But both of them have their reasons for not wanting to be in a relationship. For Tyler, it has to do with his personal history and for Mira it's that her career has to come first. Or so they think. And while these two think they are being discreet, everyone around them sees what is going on.
This story definitely tugs at your heartstrings with everything that Tyler had to deal with growing up. Thankfully he has supportive people in his life to call him out and steer in the right direction to get help. I loved how the range of emotions between the team members was shown and that in spite this they were a team and had each other's backs. And thankfully Tyler and Mira got their HEA.

The third book in the Onyx Black Ops Series focused on the blossoming relationship between Mira and Tyler two members of the same black ops team. I thought the added element of the main characters both being on Onyx was the perfect change up in the series—a workplace romance on steroids because they are in life and death situations throughout the story. There was the perfect amount of suspense and steam between Mira and Tyler to keep the plot moving steadily. When I’m reading books from this series, I almost feel like I’m watching a new episode of a favorite tv show, especially because the rebel faction Reborn and the trouble they cause is an important part of each book. This is truly a romantic suspense book and I can’t wait to see what Wendy Justine has in store for the next book in the series!

Wow! Kind of speechless! This was such a heart felt, emotional story that was action packed also.
Tyler is part of the Onyx Black ops team gets triggered by an incident and turns away from everyone even Mira.
I loved Tyler. It was great to read such a strong character who had to face his own vulnerability. How he approaches that and his recovery was done really well and how Mira comes into it was excellent. These two had a great connection despite all of what Tyler was going through. And his team were such a wonderful addition. I love that team spirit!!
Extremely well done on every level that I can't wait for more to come. So hard to put down and I just revelled in such an open story.

Another brilliant book in this exciting series, and another book I simply couldn't put down. This instalment follows Mila and Tyler who we had met as work colleagues in previous books. After the hints and the flirting between the two in previous books, I was hoping that they would reach their HEA.
This book is not only a fast paced thrilling romance, but also really dials up the emotions and tugs the heart strings. To sum up, this story has it all, romance, excitement, a thrilling plot and likeable characters not only in Mila and Tyler but also their team members. I have only recently discovered Wendy Justine but goodness I will now be author-stalking until the next book comes out. A highly recommended read.

From the teaser at the end of No Mistake I eagerly awaited Tyler and Mira’s story and have not been disappointed.
Despite their connection, and the hot and heavy goings on between Tyler and Mira they both see things going nowhere, both for different reasons. However for them to get a HEA Tyler has a hard road to walk, and he’s got just the people to have his six, and help him reconcile his past.
Old enemies coming out the woodwork also make this a fast paced romantic suspense with twists and turns in the story line I’ve come to expect from this new author. Loved it and am now eagerly awaiting book 4.

Tyler and Mira work together, he's an agent out in the field, she works at the farm helping with intel. He doesn't do relationships, everyone he's loved has left him, she's concentrating on her career and doesn't have time yet to get serious about anyone, although the sparks between them have been noticed by the rest of the team. Then the worst happens and Mira is put in danger, Tyler decides to take things into his own hands, leaving his team behind, he thinks he isn't worthy of their help. Can they find him? Can they reach him in time?

Unfortunately, things didn’t change for Tyler. Before Tyler can speak with Mira to try to fix their friendship, Reborn makes itself known again. Reborn will just not leave the team alone, and this time, they have gone a little too far. Will the team be able to recover from this last attack from Reborn?
I have to say that each book keeps getting better and better. This might be my new favorite in the series, and I can’t wait to see what the next book brings.

This is a Romantic Suspense, and this is the third book in the Onyx Black OPs series. I have read the first two books in this series before picking up this book, but I do think you could read this book as a standalone. I really loved the characters in this book. Tyler's character shows what happens when you are a kid never goes away, and you will have to face it sometime. I really loved the storyline in this book. The romance was good, but I loved Tyler's story so much. This book touched me so much. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.

An awesome story. Tyler works at Onyx Black Ops with Mira. Neither want a relationship and flirt like crazy with each other. They agree to a no string fling and things change after they have sex. Mira is falling in love and Tyler doesn't know what to do with that. He has a lot of baggage from his childhood that is causing problems with his team and MIra. This is the 3rd book in the Onyx Black Ops Series by Wendy Justine and is Tyler Mason (Raven team member with Onyx Black Ops) and Mira (Onyx intel officer) story. Both have secrets and reservations about love and commitment. Their flirting their lives and thoughts on commitment. When old enemies come out of the woodwork and Mira's live is endangered, Tyler quickly steps up to the plate to protect her, changing both of their lives forever.

No Going Back is the third book In a well written entertaining action packed series this is Tyler and Mira journey a pull at your heart strings beautifully written story of growth and acceptance and truly learning to trust and love not only other's but yourself add in the action drama and chemistry and we have a winner can't wait for Steve's story next

No Going Back us the 3rd book in the Onyx Black OPS series and I highly recommend reading the books in order for context on all the characters and the continuing suspense plot. Tyler and Mira are both members of the team and struggling with their growing feelings for each other. Tyler especially is fighting demons in his head from his childhood and the biggist part of the story revolves around those. There are also moments of nail-biting suspense, incredible teamwork and a HFN with a hint of what's to come next.

This story of Tyler and Mira was so brilliant and good!! Amazing characters they have such great chemistry jumping off the pages..all the action and suspenseful plot that keeps you captivated and those emotional tugs that have your heart attached to these people… I advise reading all the books in the series to get the full back stories to these characters. Highly recommended!

No Going Back was my first Wendy Justine book. Even though this was the 3rd book in the series, I felt like there was enough back story that I didn't feel lost not having met the characters before. I thought the story flow was a little slow, but about halfway through it picked up and kept the suspense high all the way to the end. I liked the characters and I thought the story was good.

Tyler and Mira have excellent chemistry that translates into something more, if they can only get out of their own way. The story is part of the overall arc in the fight against Reborn and is a good blend of romance, action, and suspense. I do get a little bit tired of the whole Hero With A Tortured Past Who Can’t Do Relationships, but the emotion was effective, and I did feel bad for Tyler.

Tyler & Mira has us spinning from the get go. Be it sexual tension or the pain of overwhelming emotions. You can feel the frustration, anger, pain & love these characters felt along the way. This is a team you know & love. Sam definitely is a champion boss. Again Wendy does an amazing job of making us feel so much for her characters. Read & get immersed. Honest review!

I adored this heartfelt romance!
So much emotion packed into one story! Tyler and Mira are coworkers who start a no-strings-attached friends-with-benefits situationship when it becomes clear their mutual attraction is irresistible. Tyler's oversized U-Haul of emotional baggage keeps him from considering anything more serious, and as his backstory comes out it becomes clear that he's got solid reasons for keeping his emotional distance. Naturally, they start off by setting ground rules, which of course become merely a list of rules to be broken. And I loved every bit of it!
I really loved that the author chose a few non-traditional (for romance books, anyway) approaches to her characters, including the fact that Ty is decidedly not "well over six foot tall" like it seems every hero is lately but he's still sexy AF, and that Mira is above all else insistent on open and honest communication, even if it means hearing things she really doesn't want to hear.
There is quite a bit of nail-biting action and suspense in this story, but I will assure you that Ty and Mira get their HEA in the end. They both have to put a lot of work in first, especially Ty, resulting in a very long physical and emotional journey until they're both ready for the next step.
These characters are so well-written that I felt every fear, every heartbreak, every panic-driven moment with them. I have absolutely loved getting to know the Onyx team and I am positively hooked on this amazing series. I heartily recommend this book, series, and author. If you read romantic suspense or military romances, you can't miss this series. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
