The book itself offers some good therapeutic approachers for reframing and forgiving and actively imagining better for yourself. It's a rehashing of positive thought combined with a theology around God as communal. I'm sure there are better books on the subject but this one kind of puts it all together in a shorter more distant and veiled lens. The personal stories or stories of others are relayed like a snap of the fingers magic trick or at least resolved without much detail.
