4 stars = Great
This is a great academic resource - most of it was over my head, moreso than my experience with the Pauline Studies book from earlier this fall. But I am not the target audience, so that makes sense. But as an amateur at biblical study, I loved the second section that digs into the text of the Old Testament.
I think this would be great for academic users - professors, students, seminarians, researchers, libraries. And be sure to get the full set - New Testament, Old Testament, and Pauline Studies. And if you are an amateur like me, don't pass these up if you love to do a deep dive on your Bible study.
