I recently finished reading "ADHD Women & Relationships" and found it to be a helpful guide for anyone navigating relationships with ADHD. The author provides practical tips and strategies for improving communication, setting boundaries, and managing time effectively.

I particularly liked the focus on self-awareness and acceptance. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the challenges of ADHD, but this book offers a supportive and understanding approach.

While the book is informative, I did find the writing style a bit inconsistent at times. It could have benefited from a more structured approach and clearer organization. Also, some of the advice may not be universally applicable, as relationships are complex and individual experiences vary.

However, I found the writing style a bit dry and the pacing a bit slow. It felt like a long, drawn-out read, almost like a slow-burn novel. While the content is informative, a little more energy and engagement in the writing would have made it a more enjoyable read.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This was a very useful book for both women with ADHD and those who just want to support them in their lives. My favourite sections were 'Embracing Your Unique ADHD Traits,' 'Forgetfulness and Disorganization,' 'Time Management Techniques for Better Communication,' and 'Techniques and Tips for Opening an Emotional Connection.' These were easiest to read as they were written in bullet points, making it easier for people with ADHD to skim through without getting distracted.

Thanks to Booksprout for a copy.

If you have just started your journey, it has decent insights. Most of the recommendations, you would get from cognitive behavioral therapy and relationship counseling without an ADHD diagnosis.

This is not worth your time if you have already spent a lot of time reading, working on skills and seeing a therapist.
