We finally have all the pieces of Ebon and Willow....and some aren't so pretty. I am glad to finally know how everything fits into place, and I liked how things ended for them.
My thoughts on the series...
First...My name is Beverly and I am a series whore....what can I say, I love them! I love how you get sucked in with little tiny pieces and then you sit on the edge of your seat waiting....then you get to complain to friends because they aren't out yet...how are they going to finish this series in this many books...blah, blah, blah....you get it I am an addict.
Second...I love forbidden romance - and hot teacher/student is my jam baby! I love the sneaking around...I love being paranoid for the characters that they will get caught.
Third...I love me some hot sex scenes!
This series delivered on all three. I loved the dynamic of Willow being a twin, and I loved the little twist with Ebon.
What I didn't love...is that I didn't see a lot of things until the very end, I feel I could have fallen more for the characters and been more invested in them had I known more from the beginning.
In this is a HOTT little series you can read between books...hope you enjoy it!

HOLY FREAKIN CRAP!!!
I have been waiting for this session and to say the the best is yet to come while waiting is an understatement.
From the very start of this session..it is EXPLOSIVE!! It captures you immediately, picking up right where session three ended. So many things have happened..so many things revealed, and it all comes down to this...
That moment when fear is set aside and the love for another consumes you.
I really thought as I read this scene that things were going to slowly start to wrap...BOY was I wrong. Willow and Ebon's story still had so much to clear up and each had a little more growing to do...
My stomach was literally in knots worrying about these two.
Interference from other sources, assumptions made, and no communication made the angst factor skyrocket.
But, through it all, these two became stronger individuals. I admired both of them for facing their problems and accepting the consequences. My heart ached because all I wanted was to see these two together. And after everything they endured, shouldn't they get their happily ever after???
This couple has chemistry that just oozes off the pages. You could feel the passion....the love...and the erotic moments?? AHHHHH!!! *fans self*
So, do they get their happy ending?? I know you are wondering now...I can't say...I don't want to spoil it for you...
But, this novella series is one of my top reads for 2014...Encompassing so many elements that make a great read, you won't want to miss it...

The perfect ending to this gut-wrenching and highly addicting serial!! From the moment I first met Willow, she had a special place in my heart with all of her twisted logic and unstoppable devotion, and the wait for her to get her man was a painful and treacherous road. In this final session, Willow and Ebon are tested at every step of the way, and it forces them to not only face their demons, but tackle them head-on. Whether or not they would find themselves together on the other end of the battlefield was the ultimate question, and Paige James makes us wonder long and hard before we know the answer!
As fans will know from the end of the last session, Willow has to face a tenacious adversary this time around, and Ebon’s mother turned out to be one grade-A sinister bitch. The lengths that this woman goes to in order to get what she wants were unthinkable; it was like a sadistic version of what Willow was willing to do to have Ebon! My stomach was in knots as Willow found herself slipping farther and farther into the spider’s web, and the wait for Ebon to follow the clues was excruciating!! But at the same time, watching him come to the realization that Willow meant the world to him was just priceless.
When I say that Willow and Ebon were tested, I mean in every sense of the word. Not only does Willow face the danger of her usefulness for Ebon’s mother, but she also faces her own family. They are an admittedly infuriating bunch, doubting Willow at ever step and never giving her the benefit of the doubt. But I loved that Willow grows beyond their opinions in this installment, grabbing the reigns and proving that she’s stronger than any of them assume. Of course, having a guy like Ebon to fight for makes it a pretty easy decision!!
As for the steaminess factor, things are different this time around but not in a bad way. With so many plot twists and fate keeping them apart, there was bound to be a whole lot less of the pulse-racing sexy that we’ve been gifted with each session. But with a little creativity and characters that are just THAT hot, readers still get plenty of all that has made Ebon a delicious treat to curl up to! Things wrap up just how they should in my opinion, and I couldn’t be happier to have taken this journey with these awesome characters!

What a way to have a concluding book! Whew there was some serious hot scenes. But this book was also so much more, it was intense at times, but also made you happy, mad etc Paige James sucks you into the story! A wonderful series that you must read!

This was my favorite session of the four. I just loved how everything came together in this one and that we finally got all of our answers. Ebon and Willow have both made mistakes, but they both acknowledge that and move to make amends in this one. It’s clear they love each other and just needed to move beyond all the hurt and lies. And then it doesn’t help when there is interference from outside forces. Willow’s parents are a piece of work and so are Ebon’s. But I loved watching them both move beyond their past and their families. I was so happy with the way this wrapped up and all the angst and heartache was worth it.

It all led to this...Some things are now out in the open but there are still secrets to be shared if Willow and Ebon are going to move forward. To make matters more difficult, both Willow's and Ebon's parents are working against them. I don't know which set is more evil...okay, I'm going with Ebon's.
In this final installment, things heat up with lots of suspense. There are people and events which keep Willow and Ebon apart. But I was so elated that they each showed maturity. They both came clean - let all the skeletons out of their closets - in order to work things out.
The ending was, perhaps, a little too neat and clean but it was extremely satisfying.

Finally the end we all anticipated!
I am so grateful for this ending because they all deserve it!
Ebon and Willow´s love story was really forbidden, passionate, profound, mysterious and (thankfully) gradually developing!

Wow! I'm am impressed! The story pulled you in immediately and you stay that way till the end. Love the chemistry between h&H. James did a great job keeping the reader invested. I'm not a big fan of serials but this one I couldn't say no to. I definitely recommend reading this, I will be checking out new works from this author from now on!

Overall loved this novella series. The first three were solid and full of angst, interesting drama to keep me hooked, and great sex! The fourth fell apart for me a little as it seemed to go a little over the top and a bit cheesy near the end but it was still entertaining.
