I have been obsessed with reading and writing from a very young age. Growing up, it was all about The Baby Sitter Club and then Harry Potter and then The Arrows of the Queen. I started writing my first novel in high school, my second novel in college, and after teaching for a while and starting a family, I decided to tackle the dream of becoming an author. The rest is history.
You’ll find my bookshelves filled with everything from YA to historical fiction to romance to classics to sci-fi and fantasy to mental health. It’s a mixed bag and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

What can I say but, She's Awesome?! Ms. Garner knows how to spin a yarn. I have the honor of being one of the lucky who is chosen to ARC her series. I have loved everyone of her books and devoured them voraciously as soon as they come out. This book was no different.
The intensity of the drama unfolding, mixed with the romance and that little bit of spice, on top of all the Gorgeous, Armed, and Dangerous Agosti crew? Holy Hannah, YES, PLEASE! I will not spoil a thing by saying this is the best yet, and there is more to come.
The story is unfolding and it is getting dangerous for the Agosti crew, even more than usual. In this book there are three POV's and each of them bring big feels and in one very entertaining and intense interrogation scene, a little bit of unhinged ferocity.
In this series, like in most romance/suspense books, the SHTF around the 70-80% mark. This is book 7 out of 10 1/2. So this is where the down hill to that final showdown starts, and believe me this is gonna be AMAZING.
If you are a fan of Romance, Mafia, and what we like to call Diet/Lite Spice, this is the series and the book for you.

The world of the Agosti family and their employees is always filled with strong female characters and men that would burn the world to save them even when they have and will save themselves. In this book we get Nash's pov, along with 2 strong female pov's and their humor, sass and ability to remind the men in their lives that they can and will make their own decisions just made it that much more interesting. We always get the chaos, danger, love and steam that keeps me wanting the next book!

I am cackling… per usual Em’s books are full of snark, hilarious moments and absolutely badass female characters. I couldn’t wait to read Poppy’s story and her sass did not disappoint.
