Rate this book
[Siren Everlasting Classic Erotic Alternative Futuristic Sci-Fi/Paranormal Romance, M/M, HEA] After a hard mission in the wilds, Brooklyn Tanner is finally ready to pursue his longtime crush. However, ever since Daniel kissed him he's avoided Brook like he's the plague. A little matchmaking by Brook's parents might bring them into contact again, but it will take all of Brook's considerable charms to convince Daniel that he wants forever with him. Daniel McCarthy has been in love with Brook since they were kids, but he is everything Brooklyn isn't. He's short, chubby, and the most adventurous thing he does in life is pick out something new from a takeout menu. Little does he know that Brook is far more persistent than he gave him credit for. As their courtship heats up and they finally begin the relationship they've both always wanted, life once again throws them a curve ball with zombie-filled training yards, secret government facilities, and a new level of infection that neither of them may survive. ** A Siren Erotic Romance

Jana Downs lives in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina with three cats, one dog, several dozen fish, and a very understanding partner-in-crime who hates to read but makes exceptions for her stories.

You can usually find her either watching bad reality TV, buying way too many books on Amazon, or dreaming up another man or two to occupy her time because life is good but several drop-dead gorgeous nonexistent men is just better.

As a new fan of the Deadzone series, I've got to tell you guys, I have never been a huge fan of anything zombie. It's not usually my thing, but I love this author so of course I had to read this series. And I loved it.

Brook and Daniel are probably my favorite relationship in this series so far. Daniel's fear and insecurity of his feelings for Brook and disbelief of Brooks feelings for him open this story to so many possibilities...and a little bit of angst. But once they get together, it is steamy. These guys are obviously meant to be together.

What I like most about this story is that it's not just a romance, there is a bit of a mystery storyline there too. It adds a good amount of suspense that kept me wanting more of his story.

Overall, this story is fun, sweet, and sexy. I can't wait for more of the series.

2.5 stars - A much better read that its two predecessors. Kind of liked the new plot developments in the story as well.
