A novella about how share-house situations can get abusive, not being able to talk about past trauma and guilt, and, revenge.
The book was actually written in 1996, but the author was not in an encouraging environment, so the work was not made publically available until many years later.
The narrative within the book was performed by Initially NO, as a 90 minute monologue around 2001 at a small puppet theatre in Richmond, Melbourne, for the Fringe festival, under the title 'House Warming'. It was to be one of the last acting roles she performed.
Small print run, but available at the State Library of Victoria: http://trove.nla.gov.au/work/38881310...
