A useful concise overview of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), although it doesn't provide vocab lists it is a more concise reference to use with other resources. It is unfortunate that all of the Arabic is transliterated in the book rather than written in Arabic script. The sentences in Arabic with a breakdown of each grammatical component are very useful for understanding and forming Arabic sentences.

This book is very elementary. It is best suited for the beginning student, with no knowledge of Arabic.
