Erica is a driven career woman finally settling down... as soon as she finds the right man. But when she meets Olivia, she’s gripped by an uncontrollable attraction that was not in her plans.
Olivia has made peace with her lot in life - as a sapphic orc princess, she’s destined to be on the sidelines of history. When she discovers Erica is part orc, she knows her duty - to find Erica a suitable mate, and breed the next generation of orcs. But maybe destiny has a different idea.
This high-heat sapphic romance is a short read set in the world of Seasonal Spice, after 50 Shades of Orc and Tangle with the Mages. It includes characters from Taming the Office Orc.

Short, sweet, and semi-spicy. Erica was the type high powered woman that usually gets the shaft, and not in a fun way, in Hallmark movies. She had confidence in herself as a working woman, if not in her ability to have a long term relationship. Olivia was confident as well but dealt with a lot of homophobic reactions from her people that made her feel like she didn’t deserve Erica. She was cool under pressure, like any sexy orc mommy should be, and their ending was sweet.
Spice: 2/5
Triggers: homophobia, involuntary peen growth, being followed (not by MC), pregnancy, MC stood up (not by MC), sexism
A short, semi-erotica sapphic monster romance novella that’s just filled with some interesting plot elements (around the half breed orcs), some good spice, that isn’t too heavy on the details and even the inclusion of some special anatomy!
And that point was actually something I really enjoyed too! Olivia (the Orc princess MC) actually grows a fully functional peen to be able to breed with Erica (the half orc) once she discovers that she’s her mate—which both presents some funny and slightly hot moments! I could see how perhaps the introduction of Olivia growing “male” anatomy might erase some of the sapphic elements to it—but I just have a personal kink about it (and I identify as a lesbian) so I just thought it was hot haha but that could just be a personal preference of mine! The spice wasn’t too full on, but I still quite liked it.
And Olivia is the lesbian muscle orc “daddy” I never knew I needed—and now I want more! 4/5 stars!!
I so badly wanted to love this book, but it was so short it really felt like it was designed to be number 3.5 in the series rather than a 4th full installment.
This book had so much potential and it really fell flat. As a queer woman I LOVE seeing sapphic monster love, we are criminally underrepresented and when the story ended I felt robbed of a full love story between these 2 characters.
Olivia is such an incredible character and I was really really rooting for her and Erica to have an in depth love story worthy of her.

“I’m a lesbian born into a traditional orcish royal family. My only role in my world was to make more orcs. My family wanted me to hide what I am, or lie about myself, but I wouldn’t. I’ve had to fight, to have any choices at all. You might be a mystic, but you still have choices,” I say. “I’ll make sure of it.” She looks away but keeps her hand in mine. And we stay that way until the helicopter starts to descend.”

This was my first monster romance and I actually thought it was fantastic. Wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about it! But the spice was SPICY 🌶️
This is a short story about finding your fate. It would be beneficial to read the previous story about Ben and Farah . They play a part in the story.
Great twist and surprises throughout the story, especially the ending.
This is a FF book (sapphire romance) .
I liked both Olivia and Erica. Both strong, feisty determined women. Their story was interesting.
I would have liked the story a little bit longer. Gone more in depth into their life.
The HEA was good. Action throughout. Of course romance.
I liked the way Olivia tried to find the perfect mate for Erica. With each rejection she learned what made Erica "tick". I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
The story was short (really short, even for a novella) and fun. The sex was rather vague (which is fine) but hot.
The character development of Erica, as she finds she is not exactly human but is instead a half-orc mystic and then finds out that the orcs expect her to become wildly enraptured by a male orc and help breed the species to functionality on Earth... Well, she undergoes a number of shocks and is rather pissed at it all.
The biological surprise that was passed off to fix the issue (that Emily is NOT being attracted to any of the guys) gives closure to the story, fine. But one would expect the orcs to understand orcish biology. That level of SURPRISE! made no damn sense.
But the story was entertaining and short, so still 4 stars.
This was a short fun read about Erica who had forsaken dating for her career advancement and Olivia a lesbian royal Orc. Olivia helps her brother find mystics that are unknowningly part human and part orc so that they can find an orc mate and continue making little orcs to endure their survival. But Erica doesn’t want any of the men orc. She wants Olivia and as they start to get to know each other a little, they find attraction isn’t the only thing growing between them.

I am loving this series and this was a fun twist to the developing fun of orc and mystic mating and bonding. The book is short, sexy and can be read as a standalone story, but more fun when you know the bigger picture and the world with Orcs and Mystics. Olivia is an interesting and intriguing character in the previous books and nice to see her getting a chance to find romance, love and sexy spirited partner. Short, sweet, steamy and fun f/f adventure. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
After reading several others in the series, I was happy to receive a copy of this one for free. I think I wish I hadn't taken it…
It was a very short book, as are the others, but the last couple of chapters really blew the whole thing for me. What on Earth was she thinking?! This was a very unnecessary turn of events, and I don't know that there was a point to it at all. I suspect that she made an agreement to write four books, and was stumped for a fourth plot. This was NOT the way to go.
I would not recommend this book. It's a terrible turn in the entire series.
This reminds me the Taming of the Shrew but Orc. Olivia in charge of PR or security has he hands full. This book was a short read of surprises. Shock and reminders from the previous books keeps you up to speed. Re-reading a passage or two was a need. Action packed on a few levels and cameos to boot. Loved the "well whadda know concept". If any more is said, it would be "uncivilized." lol

Absolutely loved it. It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was excited. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t even imagine of put it down. It was addicted and the characters chemistry was off the charts as the physical attraction was sensational tension. I definitely recommend this book and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you BookSirens and the publisher for this arc.
Absolutely LOVED this one. Such a short read, but worth every page. 100% would’ve loved to see it a bit longer and more fleshed out. There was quite a huge twist at the end that I feel could’ve been made a bigger deal/taken longer to come to fruition. This installment in the series is, so far, my favorite.
This was another fun and steamy addition to the series and this time we get to see Olivia get her girl ;D Expect an intense read that's also got action and high heat - and quite the mega twist to have you on the edge of your seat. I was surprised at how the author handled things and that was a fun aspect for me. Can't wait for the next book :D
4 stars. Well that was fun. I liked this a lot. It's the fourth in a series and of course I haven't read the previous three because this is the only sapphic one in the series. Anyway, Olivia and Erica were great together and the plot was unique. I liked the writing and the world building and some of the side characters were interesting. It's a super quick and kinda cute read.
A quick, fun read that I'm actually enjoying it. It's a short story, but I wished it could be a little bit longer and maybe a little more smutty😉 I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
It was a great story. It had you on the edge of your seat. To find love the way that they did was great. Read for the next book from L.A I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Very spicy but highly recommended. Had me gripping my seat. Wished it was longer. Loved the characters, so glad they got their own story. This series is so good. Short and sweet books with so much packed into them. Can’t wait to read the next in the series.
