Finesse Season

This may be an unpopular opinion, but oh well….. I did not have an ounce of empathy for Pure! There I said it! 🤷🏾♀️ She sat on that property for all of them damn years, and when she was down to the wire and had to save it, she mad because someone rightfully purchased it? Girl bye! 👀
Now I understood why it meant so much to her, but why didn’t you move on it quicker sis? Really? Ughh…. 🤬 However, I was impressed with Pure’s drive, ambition, and persistence to get what she wanted. My girl was like a dog with a bone trying to get her building back. She just didn’t know that her opposition was up to the challenge.
Saleem! He was a man with a plan. After being sat down, he came out with purpose, and nothing was going to stop him from being successful. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase this building, he jumped at it, and Lane Builders was born. However, he was not expecting this wild woman to come storming onto his property and into his life, ready to cause him hell.
Pure and Saleem had a strong dislike for each other, and tried everything they could to break the other down. But there was intense chemistry underneath all that bickering. They were both strong willed, and game recognize game, so let’s get it! These two were hilarious with the things they were doing, trying to get underneath the other’s skin. When they began working together, Saleem recognized how Pure enhanced the business and was an asset, along with being his headache. Pure loved working with Saleem but wondered how she was going to continue to do so without falling for this man.
I really enjoyed how these foes found love amongst, family issues, jealousy, and greed. Loved catching up with characters from your other reads as well. Great work! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Pure and Saleem were everything.
Their relationship was so organic. They were definitely a match made in heaven. Pure was hilarious and Saleem matched her crazy. I absolutely loved this story and the way it was told.

Let me apologize....
First, I need to apologize for taking so long to finish reading this story. Although this one started very slow, the build-up and the finale were spot on. I liked Pure and her fiesty nature from the start. She was no pushover and had a problem with untrustworthy people. It took a few passes to get to the point of liking Saleem. I smirked and side eyed quite a few of the characters, namely, the Mayor and his sick son minions. The family dynamics were noteworthy. No spoilers, but you need to take some time to read this story. You're welcome...

Finesse Season
I really enjoyed this enemies to lovers story. Saleem and Pure were a force to be reckoned with when fighting each other, but them showing their love to each other was so cute and sweet. They definitely battled and went at it before they finally stopped fighting their feelings and attraction to each other. They definitely finessed each other and kept me laughing. I also loved how intentional Saleem was with Pure and wasn’t afraid to show her how he felt once he stopped fighting his feelings and didn’t slack off even when Pure showed she still had some fears and doubts. I liked how Saleem handled his brother and father and he showed them that karma really is a beast and will come back and get you when you think you’re untouchable. In the end, Saleem and Pure got their happily ever after and those who were against them got their just punishment. This was definitely a good read that I would recommend.

This was the sweetest form of toxicity I've seen. Saleem and Pure were an unlikely pair that allowed the finesse game to infiltrate their hearts. Saleem's family was straight trash though.

Enemies to Lovers!!!
Enemies to lovers is one of my favorite tropes and Rose Dior did not disappoint with this book. Saleem and Pure had a cantankerous relationship from the beginning since Saleem had something that Pure desperately wanted. As they continued to interact, both realized that passion and chemistry was buried beneath all of their arguments. Once they got started, they couldn't keep their hands off of each other and love soon bloomed. Saleem's father, brother and step-mother were straight trash and I'm glad karma hit all of them. Saleem definitely met his match with Pure and I just loved their story. It was full of angst, chemistry and passion that made this such a great book to read.

Wow! That ending threw me for a loop. Pure & Saleem! A toxic, functional, thriving duo! It’s sad how his dad is such 🐱 when all he has to do was leave him alone. He actually said his peace & dropped it. I’m glad Pure stood on business. They both needed one another to grow in all aspects of life. His brother is a weirdo junky & I hope he gets his. I wander about Diamond & Slim. So glad he connected to his real family. Great read!

It’s been a minute since I read a good enemies to lovers book & this one definitely gave enemies to lovers. Saleem & Pure were to alphas who both wanted to accomplish the same goal but Saleem got to it first which made him public enemy number 1 in the eyes of pure. I would classify this as a light enemies to lovers because even though the two bumped heads & didn’t like each other they still wanted to do the adult tango with each other. The lust was very much so present. This book was really good.

Awesome Read, so glad love prevailed
So glad that Pure never gave up on her dreams of becoming a business owner and that she allowed herself to love. What can I say about Saleem a man who always wanted to be loved and to have a love for him so glad he was able to find him and allow himself to let go and find love in the middle of dealing with his no-good father. He won on all levels and it's good to see.

I have always loved enemies to lovers book, but this is it!!!!! Rosè really did her BIG ONE! Saleem really carry that BDE! And Pure being an Alpha one, they were meant to be. I love everything about them includes their friends and family except for BAN Tory & Shamus! I couldn’t stand how grimy they are even Javier. That was wilding though! But overall this is really a good book to read.

This was different for you. I almost forgot whose book I was reading for a second. LOL! I had to keep looking at the title and author. When Pure finally let her guard down, I was so happy for her. This may be the greatest love story I’ve ever read. Pure being so headstrong and dedicated to fulfilling her Father’s dream was so touching. The way Salem perseverance is set up I knew he’d be great.

Loved This Story. Pure Was Giving Saleem Hell But Sis Got What She Wanted In End. This Was A Great Love Story From One Person Who Never Knew What Love Was And One Who Grew Up In It. But They Made It Through And Had A Happy Ending.

So damn good
I just discovered Miss Rosè Dior and let me tell you I'm bout to eat her catalog up. This book was awesome. Pure is a damn wrecking ball and Saleem loved every minute of it even when he hated her ass in the beginning. 😂. His family was horrible but they got theirs so is all good 😊

This was a very enjoyable read, my only gripe is the unnecessary extra reading that really didn’t add to the story or take away from it. However, the way these two went back and forth was comical and toxic and I was here for all of it. The attraction and feelings were strong.

Loved this book
Such a good read. I loved how once they stopped fighting the attraction they made things shine. Pure was funny to me and didn’t care when it can to what she was not going to tolerate. She knew her worth. This is my first read from this author. I’m headed to check out her full catalog now!!!

This was a good enemies to lovers. I liked the transition from them being enemies to really enjoying each other. It felt very real. What felt kind of weird was her transition from sugar baby to boss but I guess it was okay. There was some other parts of the story that kind of didn’t make sense but the overall vibe of the story made up for it.
