There was a lot of effort put into this story. Some very high-quality sex, fantastical elements, a dash of horror, and one helluva adventure. Our leads, Dolce, and the lust demon, Ekron, explore their strangest fetishes and carnal desires, leaving no stone, or pubic hair, unturned. As I sit here eating banana walnut pancakes, awaiting my daughter to wake up and destory her Easter basket, I find myself a bit flustered with all the sex. Is that so wrong? Are there female Easter bunnies? Someone please say yes. Anyway, I would have liked a little more creativity under these strange circumstances, however, the author stuck to some basic ideas and did it all very well. A fun way to spend a chunk of time on the holiday and I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend!
This book is… weird. And apparently, I liked that about it.
Up until the 80% milestone (IYKYK), I was fully vibing with the strange, slightly unhinged energy. The tension? Great. The chemistry? Spicy. The mood? Like eating dessert in a haunted house and deciding you’re into it.
Then things happened. And I had questions. About the plot. About the characters. About myself.
What does it say about me that I enjoyed this? I’m not ready to unpack that.
So I’m all about shaking it up with erotica, but the sexiness of this book was ruined by the forced vomiting. I wasn’t into the feeder kink thing anyway, but that was the nail in the coffin for me. That being said, the author is still a good writer and I’ve enjoyed other books they’ve written.
Spice: 5/5
Triggers: dubcon, forced vomiting.

Okay but this was a fun read and exactly what I needed to bring in the holiday weekend 🐰 now excuse me while I find a mall with an Easter Bunny I can take a picture with 😝🫦

Dolce (h) breaks up her workday with erotic daydreams of her coworker, Aiden, and the bunny costume he wears for the department store’s Bunnytown set-up. She finds herself tongue tied whenever he’s near, even as her minds wanders to all the things she’d like to do with him. Dolce’s friend Raven gives her a spell she found on the Internet to summon a demon to help move things along for Dolce. She sneaks into the mall after hours to cast the spell with some help from Google for pronouncing those Latin words. Dolce is stunned when the bunny suit comes to life and she accidentally sucks down his blowpop, only to find out it’s not Aiden in the suit. She temporarily escapes to a sugar-filled overload in her apartment but when she goes back to work finds out that she actually summoned Ekron (H), the demon of gluttony, not revenge, and he’s not above using some candy as they play to get what he wants. Ultra-hot and steamy demon holiday erotica with so much sugar kink you'll wonder how Dolce didn’t end up a diabetic. Erotic holiday kink that truly keeps overflowing, with dubcon, candy play, food play, creative flavors, gorging, and more!
Listen… Maybe Frosted set my expectations too high. Maybe I was still riding the high of explaining to my friends that I had somehow enjoyed a book involving a sexy snowman. Maybe nothing could ever recreate the absolute fever dream that was book one.
Whatever the reason, Candied just didn’t hit the same for me.
Was it still ridiculous? Absolutely.
Was it still chaotic? Without question.
Did I still spend parts of the book wondering what series of life choices led me to reading this? Every single chapter.
But where Frosted had me laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes, this one only got a few chuckles out of me.
The absurdity was still there, but the novelty had worn off a little. The first book benefited from the sheer shock factor of realizing what you were actually reading. By the time I got to Candied, I was already prepared for the nonsense.
And honestly? I think that’s part of why it didn’t work quite as well for me.
There were still some genuinely funny moments, and I never found myself bored. The author clearly understands exactly what kind of books they’re writing and fully commits to the bit.
I respect that.
A lot.
But this one felt more like a fun follow-up than something that completely consumed my brain the way the first book did.
Would I recommend it? If you loved Frosted, absolutely.
Will I continue reading books in this wildly unhinged universe despite repeatedly questioning my sanity? Unfortunately, yes.
Three stars.
A solid, entertaining, “what the hell am I reading?” experience.
NOW LIVE ! . Ummm, what should I say? Rebecca Massey always takes me on some crazy, weird, erotic run, and this time, it's with the Easter Bunny! Somebody come take my phone, because I devoured this book. Now, this is a quick little novella and super easy read. Once you start, it's hard to stop. my favorite quote from the story is, "There is no way that is going to fit! I am going to be some nutcase on the news who died from impaling herself on some mysterious object. RIP me." Working in the medical field, we see ALOT of this. Lol
I love Rebecca's writings but I was sort of like why...til the explanation of what the demon represented - gluttony. When the bunny explained his "representation" and his relationship to gluttony then it all made sense.
There is a real lesson in this story - be careful what you ask for, especially from your friend who had a demon over a weekend...hhhmmmm, what!?!?
This story is not for the faint of heart...you have been warned!!!!.

Candied was… not what I expected in the best chaotic way. I went in thinking it would be an over-the-top Easter bunny themed furry fest after being immediately dropped into spicy scenes—but somehow it spiraled into full-on demon chaos instead. The plot is unhinged, the vibes are wild, and the ending had me actually laughing out loud. If you’re here for ridiculous, campy spice with zero logic and maximum chaos, this delivers.
I will say, a majority of this book had me giggling and saying "WHAT?" as loud as I could. It was cute and very very spicy! Some of the kinks in this book weren't for me, but I was still quite intrigued by how this story would go.
I don’t know what I just read… but I somehow want more. The book well there are no words to describe the combination of words to make the sentences in this book.
Decided to read this little novella before easter and im glad that i did. I was giggling constantly i loved every minute of this quick read! i will be diving into the others soon!
