All Beautiful Things Need Not Fly

The poems in this collection are celebrations of the natural world. It addresses tributes to the winged creatures of the air, the finned swimmers of the deep and the shallows and the animals of that help to make this world we live in spin with a special complementary aspect to the humanity that also shares the same domain with them. Willitts poetry speaks with an eloquent ease directly to us pulling us gently in so we feel as if we are there in the moment … in the poem. There is an innate beautiful weave of words, laced with tenderness, flowing through the pages that captures the heart and soothes the weary soul.

Martin Willitts Jr. is a retired Senior Librarian in upstate New York. He has been nominated for five Pushcart awards and two Best Of The Net awards.
