A one-night stand with a seductive silver fox left me floating on air.
Until Monday rolled around and I found out he’s my new boss.
When I entered the party his pouty lips practically kissed me from across the room.
And his icy blue gaze worked its charm, undressing me on sight. Fast forward to me bent over a desk in an empty office instead of twirling on the dance floor.
But when the weekend’s over I get the surprise of a lifetime,
My juicy-lipped one-night stand is my new boss.
Keep it professional, becomes my new mantra. I need to get Mr. Twice-my-Age and his blue eyes out of my mind. I have to prove I’ve earned my job at the largest publishing house in the country.
Easier said than done. This arrogant CEO has claimed me.
And he’s left a permanent mark…
I’m pregnant with his twins.

This is a great story about Jude and Ella. They meet and have a one night stand. Next thing they know she works for him. They can not keep away from each other and they fall in love. She gets pregnant and has twins. They get their HEA. The MCs are so realistic, they could be your neighbors. Jude is so sweet and he wants nothing but the best for his girl.

I desperately wanted to love this book since the tropes are right up my alley but between the jumpy timeline and the contradictory details, I just couldn't love it. I loved the idea of Jude and Ella but there was a lot left to desire.
Jude is the CEO of Beaumont Enterprises. He is at the retirement gala for Talia Alistair who is the editor in chief of Beaumont Publishing. Jude is kind of bored looking around the gala when he sees a gorgeous woman dressed in an orange gown walk in to the venue. Jude walked up to the woman and asked her to dance. Ella is a single woman who has guardianship of her sister Ivy. She is at the gala because Talia was a big help after Ella and Ivy’s parents were killed in a car accident. Jude has a plane to catch so they danced for awhile and then they went to a suite and ended up having sex. Jude realizes that he wants to see Ella again. Ella had been dared by Ivy to have a one night stand. Jude left his business card on the table and told Ella to call when she was ready. Ella left without getting the card but she wished she had when she couldn’t stop thinking about Jude. Jude was bummed when he didn’t hear from Ella. He couldn’t stop thinking about her. Ella had applied for the job that Talia was vacating and she got it. She has no idea that Jude will be her boss. On the first day she gets a call from Ivy who is going to a boarding school and she needs Ella to come get her. Ella was suppose to meet with the CEO but the meeting was canceled. Ella flies to Maine and finds out that Ivy is pregnant. Ella decides to bring Ivy home with her to Portland. When Ella makes an appointment for Ivy she ends up making one for herself because she believes that she is pregnant also. The meeting finally comes between Jude and Ella, Jude heard Ella’s name and had a gut feeling that it was her. Ella was surprised when Jude walks in to her office to meet. Ella would love to be able to see if she and Jude can have a relationship but she is concerned about how that would look regarding her job. Ella knows that she is pregnant with Jude’s baby and she must tell him. There is an emergency with Ivy and Ella gets notified while meeting with Jude. Jude comes to the hospital to find out if everything is going well. Ella ends up telling Jude that she is pregnant. Ella invites him to go with her to the doctor and he goes. They find out that they are having twins. I enjoyed the interaction of Jocelyn Jude’s assistant and Monica Ella’s assistant. Will Jude and Ella be able to make a go of a relationship? Will Jude take on the care of Ivy and her baby? Will Jude finally get the family he didn’t know he wanted? Will Jude and Ella find love and happiness together? This is the sixth book I have read by Summer James and I've loved each of them. Summer knows how to deliver a high quality book every time. She never fails to grab ahold of my attention and keep it throughout its entirety. Summer made it impossible for me to put the book down ensuring that I read it in one sitting. Twin Babies for the Billionaire had a very original plot that was fun, exciting, dramatic and steamy with wonderful characters. I adored Jude and Ella these two were perfect for one another and the chemistry between them was explosive. Even the supporting characters were amazing and played a huge part in the success of the Jude and Ella's story. I think this a book that most readers would enjoy and I definitely recommend it.
Ella and Jude meet at Talia's retirement party where she used to be the Editor for Beaumont Publishing. Talia is a dear friend of Ella's family and Jude was her boss as well as the owner of the publishing house. Jude has no idea that Ella is going to be his new Editor and Ella has no idea he is going to be her new boss. Things get pretty uncomfortable at the office after they come face to face with their one night stand.....something that should have never happened. However, they would both agree that their hook up was amazing and if the circumstances were different nothing would be able to stop them. Jude decides enough is enough and he is going do everything he can to keep Ella in his life forever. Ella has a reputation as an Editor to protect and tries to fight the inevitable. If that weren't bad enough Ella has to help her sister Ivy during a rough time in her life. Oh yeah, and that one night stand between Jude and Ella leaves behind a little surprise neither of them expected. Two pink lines and one positive pregnancy test later means their lives will never be the same again.

Clear your schedule for the night and don’t plan on going to sleep any time after starting the book until you finish it. Summer has a way of weaving a story where the pages just keep getting turned and soon you just have to know the whole story and keep reading till you get to the HEA ending. This book is about Ella and Jude. They meet at a party and Jude thinks, no he knows Ella is the most beautiful woman in the room and possibly in his world. They sneak off and have some mind-blowing sex but have to go their separate ways shortly after. Little does either person know but they will meet again shortly which is good since neither can get the other person out of their mind. In the quiet moments of life, the person they think of being with them is each other. Ella is hired for a for a high-profile position at Jude’s company unbeknownst to him as it was not his direct hire, but let’s say he was pleasantly surprised and happy when he found out it was Ella. She tried her best to ignore that they had met in the past but soon realized the draw was too much. She had strong feelings for him and something else ... she was pregnant. The other characters in the book really need a book for them too. The admins for both Ella and Jude are just adorable and dedicated to each other and to their bosses. Ivy, who is Ella’s sister, needs a HEA too. As with all of Summer’s books you start it, and it stays with you. You want more of their story as the people in it have become your friends and you want to know more about them too. Love the book was worth the loss of sleep. Get it, just realizing that you’ve been warned you will not want to put it down.
Twin Babies for the Billionaire by Summer James was a quick read and I enjoyed the premise of the story. The characters were likable and it was heartwarming how Jude embraced those around Ella after meeting up again after what she planned to be a one-night stand. He was hoping for more since he's never had a connection to another woman like he did to Ella.
There are wonderful moments throughout between various characters. Ella's relationship with her sister, Ivy and her best friend Rosie were portrayed nicely and realistically. I like how she and Jude treated their assistants and how he was a breath of fresh air even if he is a billionaire running his family's company. He and Ella seemed to find an even footing especially after they meet again and she realizes they'll be working together!
There were multiple stories being told and there was a good flow as the story was told from Jude or Ella's viewpoint. There was closure and a happily-ever-after that was depicted beautifully. Ms. James wove a wonderful tale with some steamy and over-the-top moments. I look forward to reading what she pens next.

Could it really have all started with a dare? Ivy dares her sister Ella to have fun for once in her life and sleep with someone without developing feelings, “no strings attached”. When Ella and Jude see each other at Talia Alistair’s retirement party, there is an instant attraction between them, and they share a one-night-stand before he has to catch his flight. And it was everything she could ever imagine! But she left the card he gave her behind. There is still good news, however, when she is contacted to tell her she has been hired for the editor's job she had wanted so much.
Soon Ella Adler is beginning her wonderful new job as an editor at Beaumont Enterprise, a huge publishing house. She couldn’t be happier! And then she meets her new boss – Jude Beaumont, her unforgettable one-night-stand! She had confirmed her own pregnant condition when she had to take Ivy for her pregnancy exam! Will Ella tell Jude he is the father of the twins she is carrying? If she does, how would he react to the news? Could they be ready to accept a HEA and become the family they are meant to be?
A one-night stand with a seductive silver fox left me floating on air.
Until Monday rolled around and I found out he’s my new boss.

Jude Beaumont. Official host of Beaumont Publishing Industry. Debonair, suave, ladies are simply falling for him. What else can he want? A memorable one night with Ella leaves Jude wanting. What’s strange and unusual is the lack of chasing of him by a female. Is it the despondency from Ella or the sexual chemistry that has him wanting?
Ella Adler, newly appointed Editor of Beaumont Publishing. Following a dare between her and her sibling. A night of fun, no strings attached - letting down her hair. Also there is a bond/pact between the siblings of an amnesty card. When one calls the other rushes to assist, no questions asked. Ivy, the sibling - pregnant, but is also withholding father’s identity. Why??? Is it relating to the boarding school?
Overall, this was a softened age gap read, within reason. From a sisterly dare of a one night stand full of sex & no strings, life changed for both Jude & Ella + Ivy. This was a smooth read of No Negative resentful accusations. There were babies everywhere and lot of love.
What a lovely book. I just finished reading it and that was my first thought. This was my first book by Summer James, and I can’t wait to read more of her excellent work. I would definitely recommend this book to fans of age-gap, workplace office, one-night stand with the boss, and surprise pregnancy romance tropes.
What worked for me was that Jude (MMC) immediately accepted that the babies were his and that he wanted to be part of Ella’s (FMC) and the babies’ lives. His panic attack, in private, showed how human he was at finding out about such a life altering event. He was a 50-year-old playboy bachelor before this, and his entire life changed. I also liked that he immediately embraced Ella’s sister Ivy, and they all became a family together, raising their kids together, supporting each other. The supporting characters were also well developed. Points for including the LGBTQ angle. Overall, this is a well-written sweet and spicy book with an excellent plot and character building.
I love how this was like fate had arranged for them to be together.
Their relationship develops very nicely and I liked the way that Ivy had tried to maintain her professional role despite the very heavy chemistry between the two of them.
Plus the twist of both sisters being pregnant at the same time was a good addition to the plot.
The only thing that I felt was lacking was tying up the plot points that were presented and then left. The lawsuit, the teacher from Ivy’s school and the business merger that was rocky.
A m/f urban romance. Boss and employee trope, surprise pregnancy, it says age gap romance too but it didn’t really feel like it because Ella was so mature for her age. A great happily ever after with babies and epilogue in the future.
Dual povs told in first person.
Main couple - Ella and Jude Great secondary characters - Monica, Jocelyn, and Ivy
This storyline and troupe is an overly used one, but this author brings a fresh twist. It won't take you long to get caught up emotionally in Ella and Jude's romantic saga. It was insta attraction, but they only had an hour before he had to leave for the airport. He left his number on a card, but she failed to pick it up. Only knowing each other's first names, they thought they'd never see each other again. What happens when she starts her new job and he's her boss? What happens to her younger sister? The baby surprise is a double delight. This was a sweet romance that was well written with well-developed characters and an entertaining storyline. An HEA and no cliffhanger. I read a free arc via Booksprout and voluntarily chose to review it.

I loved this book. Jude saw Ella at a party, they danced and then went upstairs and had great sex. A little while after he left, she got a call saying she got the editor's job she wanted. She was so excited. She finally got to start her job and her younger sister called and said please come now to her boarding school where she tells her sister she is pregnant. She is only a senior in high school. Ella has taken care of her sister since her parents were killed and promises her she will be ok. it isn't long before Ella realizes she is also pregnant from her one night stand. When she goes back to work, she gets the shock of her life - guess who her boss is. The story is very realistic with how Jude and Ella react to each other as they learn what they want from each other. It was perfect.

It was supposed to be fun, no strings fling but it changed during the night they spent together. In the morning Jude left his phone number on his card, Ella saw it and chose to not pick it up. So many choices and yet they never exchanged personal information. Ella starts a new job, but is called away to help her sister. When she returns she meets her new boss: Jude. Jude at least had a few seconds notice as he heard her name before stepping into her office to see the surprise on her face. He was floored too. All this at the beginning of this wonderful story. Summer is a master at weaving her plot twists, love, uncertainty, friendships and so much steam into this story. I cried at times, smiled, was worried, then relaxed, overheated and continually wondered where Summer's imagination would take me next.
The billionaire troupe is constantly used in romance novels, but I loved the twist of incorporating the twin pregnancy, boss/employee troupe, and age-gap troupe (I LOVE A GOOD age-gap!). It was a relatively quick read, I finished it within a few hours.
For a quick read, it had a very full storyline with character development, likable characters, romance, great twists and felt very completed. I loved Ella as the FMC. She's taking care of her sister, pursuing her dreams and dealing with an unexpected pregnancy on top of it. Jude is book boyfriend worthy. Treating Ella like a queen, taking care of her, her sister and their babies. It was a sweet romance book!
Jude is a CEO of Beaumont enterprise, He was known as a playboy he didn’t want to settle down,he was at a gala of a retirement of one of his colleagues. When he was watching everyone enjoying the event he saw a beautiful blonde coming down from the stairs, he went instantly to welcome her, he asked her to dance with him. They finished inside a conference room making out. He had an appointment and wanted to go,and left her his personal business card. Ella had applied for the role of Editor in Beaumont enterprise. She didn’t took the card because for her it was a one night stand her sister always told her she has to have a few because she deserves. But when she started working on Beaumont she had a lot of surprises.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book about Jude Beaumont and Ella Adler. What started as a one night stand for Ella and Jude, turns into a beautiful love story with beautiful twins and Ella’s sister pregnant as well. I loved how this story unraveled with two sisters who were the best of friends learning they were pregnant at the same time and how Jude fell in love with Ella, even though he was her boss. I love how Jude took over the role of caring for both women, but falling in love with Ella, and treating her how she deserved to be.

When feeling of Passion, Respect, and Pissed off all collid with one person....
She didnt want.or need anything from him, therefore she wasnt going to give hime an inch. So, he had to ultimately work for it and in doing so he gained everything his money couldn't buy him.
Ella and Jude were great characters along with Ivy, Talia , Rose, Monica and Jocelyn.
The story had a fabulous flow and rhythm to it. Along with a strong storyline for the main characters.
The timeline stayed on point, the humor was spot on, the spice - passion - and fire were Amazing!
Definitely will recommend & will keep this one for a re- read later down the road :)
Terrific book. It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was intense. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t even imagine of put it down. It was addicted as these characters falling for one another as their love was forbidden but the physical attraction and temptation was hard for them to fight it any longer. Her heart was on the line with him would this work out until something special happened to her that will change her life forever. I definitely recommend this book and you won’t regret reading or disappointed. I received advance copy of this book via Bookfunnel and am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion. Trina Jones
Summer James was able to avoid the incessant angst and waffling that masquerades as drama in many contemporary romances. Her story took what could have been a run of the mill story and elevated it to a beautiful love story between two people who never expected to find each other. Their love story also spread to gather together a loving group of true friends and family who enrich their lives and share their joy. I look forward to reading more of Ms. James stories.
This is a well written, entertaining story. With an age-gap romance, drama, surprises, great chemistry, romance and love.
Ella and Jude meet at a party and neither can deny the attraction between them but neither expect to see each other again. When Ella starts her new job though she's surprised to find Jude is her boss. Desperately trying to keep things professional in the office so she doesn't lose her job turns out to be easier said than done.

This is an age gap, workplace romance between Ella and Jude, who also happens to be her boss. These two flawed but likeable souls and the unique plot make for an enjoyable read. What starts out as a one night stand turns into something more. It is a love story with drama and steam, sexual tension and chemistry, and twists and turns, plus appealing secondary characters to keep the reader interested. An engaging page turner.

Best laid plans, she just wanted to do something she wasn't likely to do. He was smitten by her in just moments. He just couldn't get her off of his mind no matter what he tried, however maybe he didn't really want to. She dropped everything for her sister, they have a wonderful connection. When he walked into her office their connection was still there. It is understandable why she reacted the way that she did with everything going on with her at the time. He is a wonderful addition to their little family. I would love to read Ivy's story, also what the future holds for all of them.

They meet at a party and have an intimate one-night stand. Ella and Jude's intimate rendezvous is one she did on a dare, and it will come with lasting repercussions. One she learns that her little rendezvous is her boss and now her soon to be babies father. This heartfelt story warmed my heart and had me all caught up in the characters of this story as I cheered for them to find happiness.

4.5 stars of Summer James age gap awesomeness - who doesn't love a silver fox?
I absolutely loved reading Jude & Ella's story. The author has done an awesome job weaving a tale that had me hooked from page 1. I couldn't put the book down until I had finished. If you love silver fox romance then this is one story I highly recommend reading. I can't wait to see what the author writes next.

I enjoyed the story of Jude and Ella, they had a one night stand, after they had an instant connection with each other. And as it goes with a one night stand, or at least that's what it was supposed to be, but fate decided otherwise. I won't reveal how they will fare when they see each other again, just saying this is another one to read, I enjoyed it and it is very worthwhile.
