I found this very naughty, very steamy, but it didn't come as a surprise, as I have read the others in the series, and they were all very steamy too. There wasn't much of a buildup to the steaminess, but the heat and passion was definitely there. Kyra and Talena's desire for each other was so evident that it was impossible not to invest in their connection. The two characters had to keep their relationship a secret, and I think there is something about forbidden love that always seems more alluring for the reader. Nevertheless, Kyra and Talena had great chemistry.

I did not expect this book to be so sizzling 🔥. Oh wow, Luna you have gripped our undivided attention with book 5 of this amazing series. Was so sad when i finished reading this captivating book in a matter of time. Frustrated that there was no follow up to calm me after sutch a breathless steamy reading. You are sutch an incredible author that leaves your readers gasping for more. 😉
Thank you to the author and Booksprout for giving me an ARC of this book to review
Short, sweet, and smutty. This novella does exactly what it says on the tin. Despite its length, the two FMCs have crazy amount of chemistry and I was hooked from the get go. It’s beautifully written, I found myself unable to put down.
It’s a perfect palette cleanser between reads, and I’ll have to check out the other books in this world!
This book is incorrectly categorized as "romance"; it's just erotica, even though the protagonists fall in love over the course of the story. Still, for what it is, this is a really fun (and hot) historical fantasy/paranormal story about an affair between two women, one of whom is not quite what she seems... dun, dun DUN!! Complete with BDSM elements and a butch/femme dynamic. What's not to love? ;) Haha, I really enjoyed reading this!
When I am looking for a paranormal F/F steamy romance Luna Lawson, is my go to author! And I love this novellas so much, they are short, full of plot and hotness and they are a delight to read when you need something quick and easy!.

Are you looking for spice, all the spice? Well, you need Talena and Kyra’s story to find all the spice. This is such an amazing story that you will be let down when you turn that last page. Their story is a lot of spice but there is enough of a story line that you’ll be kept involved.
Okay, so the plot is weak. The vampire bit is almost tacked on as an afterthought. But that’s not what you read this book for. When it comes to the smut? A perfect 5.

I am a known simp for vampires, especially sapphic ones. In general, I’m a lover of sapphic books, especially ones like this. Talena and Kyra are intriguing characters, and I love witnessing Kyra be dragged in deeper by Talena. A great short read for anyone who enjoys the spicier side of things.
Filled with lustful pages of the need to find one’s authentic self. In this world of fantasy filled vampire worlds. Where innocence finds their true self through breaking the bonds of inhibitions. What better way to do so but with pleasure.
kyra is cheating on her husband throughout the entire book and it never seems to be dealt with, simply a thing that makes her more excited when she’s with talena ?? the ending was a happy one, but it felt so unsatisfying.
What a spicy book! I read the short story beginning of this in another book and am so happy to get a continuation of that. Did not see all that coming (pun intended). It may have been a lot of focus on the spice but I also enjoyed the plot and I hope there's more of this story or anything like it in the future.
