Money. Power. Fame.

Secrets.

My life is perfectly etched out for me, written in the stars. I’m the son of a man of god. A man that commands a flock who will not be embarrassed by the likes of me. I am a Son of the Sun, a man with morals and values.

A man who doesn’t know who he is.

When I meet Angel, I don’t expect a finger shoved into my chest and a punch to the gut. Just like that I’m into him. He’s supposed to be my dirty little secret, a friend with benefits that I can hide from the world.

And then he becomes so much more.

I was meant for the path of light, but the darkness never looked so sweet. Angel might be my undoing, but I can’t let my feisty, determined, headstrong biker go. It’s time for me to find my own path.

Even if it breaks me.

3.5 stars

Angel is 23. He is very close to his twin brother Demon and he's part of a motorcycle club. He's lived in poverty and had to do sex work to survive. Things are better now but he's still pretty poor. He is a professional thief but I don't think they intend to steal for long, they want a couple big scores, but they aren't greedy. He also streams as a camboy and gamer to make extra cash. He meets Hollywood actor Tokyo at a club and goes home with him for a one night stand. The sex is so good they want repeats, and become fuck buddies.

Tokyo has an image to maintain. His father is a religious cult leader and he works in Hollywood as an actor. He started off as a child actor and is now getting big action movie roles. He's always been gay but his father has put him through conversion therapy multiple times and really messed with him. Tokyo can't trust anybody, yeah strict rules with his hookups and does ndas. What he has with Angel is something special and he finds himself going back for more and more willing to risk things to be with him.

This was a pretty good story. It was less focused on motorcycle club / Mafia life, which I don't know whether I liked or not, I'm undecided LOL. The characters were complex. There was a lot of plot going on. I like The supporting cast of background characters. Nia was a fresh addition, love a great female character. Angel and Tokyo had an intense connection and I liked the reluctant feelings sneaking in to their relationship. I have a thing where I don't like unequal relationships and power dynamics, so I actually love the micro trope of we're just hooking up and feelings creep in equally at the same time for both of them.

I'm curious about Angel's twin brother Demon, he sounds like a quirky character, I'd like to see his book.

There were some things that I didn't like, mostly mild annoyances:
- Why did the authors to have Tokyo name himself Tokyo? The character sounded like a white man to me, so him picking this name didn't sit well with me. It was like fetishism, appropriating a name to be edgy, a type of racism.
- After Tokyo and Angel hook up for the first time, why did the authors choose to have Tokyo be an ass and say that he had a line of people waiting to be next? It was so unnecessary. It later seemed out of character too and it served no purpose but to piss off the reader.
- There were a fair number of typos where the wrong word was used. Sometimes I knew what the right word was (e.g. seethed should have been sheathed) but other times I couldn't figure out what the author actually meant to say, I just knew that based on the meaning of the word there was no way it was the right word.
- I think the authors waited too long to have Tokyo find out deep things about Angel, like what he does for a living, his past, his role/family in the motorcycle club. It wasn't until after the 60% mark, which is too far along in the book for Tokyo to only know superficial things about Angel. Yeah, some of Angel's personality and values are conveyed via moments Angel and Tokyo had, but there's a lot more to be conveyed. Angel is a complex person who's been through a lot. It just makes their connection seem fragile and the feelings that they've developed so far seem inconsequential because Tokyo doesn't really know Angel as a person. And Angel hasn't trusted Tokyo enough to share.

Overall though it was a pleasant read. I've enjoyed a lot of books by these authors. They write really engaging stories. It just wasn't without imperfections.

Some notable moments:

Cackle. I love how legit ashamed Angel is of hooking up with Tokyo, way to take Tokyo's ego down a peg. ""You really do know him," Demon said, a frown forming on his lips. "How?" "The, uh." I rubbed the back of my neck. "You know, he's the guy. The one I hooked up with." "Shit, this pretty boy?" "I know." I sighed."

"“Were you dreaming about me?” I asked. “Sure did.” Angel’s answer made me stop in my tracks. I’d expected him to say no or make fun of me for even suggesting it. “Really?” “Yeah, you were being fucked by the easter bunny. You know, I think you could pull off blue skin, you know, like a smurf.” My mouth opened and closed. “You had a dream about me.” “That’s what you want to focus on, not that you were being mounted by a giant pink bunny?”"

""Sorry about that," I said sheepishly. "Which part? The one where you went completely off script and basically said yeet to all of my careful plans or making out with your boyfriend like a horny teenager?" She glanced our way for a single second before she was focused back on her screens. “I’m only mildly upset and kind of proud of you, for one.”"

*FYI about steam: I rate steam based on a combination of quality & quantity. I note kink separate from steam because I don't want to underrate steamy reads that don't have much kink.

**Note about spoilers: I like to comment on the plot of a book in reviews, so I almost always mark my reviews as containing spoilers. But I try to avoid spoiling the big dramatic moments! As a reader, I personally like to know what I'm getting into before I read a book so I know more about the content and if it's to my taste/mood, so I try to give that information in my reviews for myself when I'm considering rereading and also for other readers.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

No Good is an amazing fast-paced opposites-attract forbidden romance between a closeted Hollywood actor and a thief in an MC. They randomly meet with an instant connection from a supposed one-night stand that quickly develops into something more.

The journey Tokyo and Angel go on in this story is filled with surprises and strong emotional moments that show so much growth both go on for their eventual HEA. At times it appears bleak and completely impossible, but these two are strong, determined, and quite forceful when need be.

Overall I loved this second entry in The Hitters series. It is filled with amazing characters with hilariously witty banter, all within a fantastic romance that I could not get enough of. Seeing Tokyo and Angel's jealousy, devotion, and possessiveness towards one another was so much fun. They are an entertaining pair that I could not get enough of.

I'm excited for Demon's story, which will be nothing short of dramatic and intense.

*** I reviewed a complimentary copy of this story.***

"I demand you love me forever."

Ugh these two!
I can't!
I want to go back!
Tokyo & Angel were -chefs kiss-

This had alll the things in it and I did not want to put it down unfortunately I fell asleep while reading but right back in hand they were the minute my eyes opened!
You never expect to find what Angel does when he only planned on a night to find someone to destroy his guts thoroughly.
I have never and I mean never smiled and laughed so much while reading something by these two. Angel had the best sense of humor then you add in Tokyo's and man was it a trip.
We all need that caring person in our life and in this one you get angels crew but also Jefferson and Nia, love that bitch. I will forever use the term "Put your pussy into it."

Now lets talk about the goddamn spice in this book, jesus fuck is it delicious!
Phew did I take a break after a certain scene in a certain chapter (ahem 14) and calm myself down cause I was at work, yes I did because damn was that good and I reread it once I went back to it too!
That was only one and this book is STUFFED FULL of Tokyo & Angel or Angel stuffed full of Tokyo.. eh you get it!
There is the hardest part that holds nothing back and that is Tokyo's past and what he battles. It was hard to grasp the extent until it was right there and man did it hurt. The hardest part was his POVs that just made it more, the emotion that came from him was something I didn't expect at all.
There is this is in the world today so it is not as far fetched as it might seem, hatred is and will always be in this life regardless of status.

All my favorites were in this book.
Red flags.. nah that's a green flag
Humor.. Angels is the best
Spice.. see above
Feelings.. right out the gate!
Best friends.. cause of course the rest of the crew was there plus one more, Hey Tony!

Truly truly worth the wait for this baby!
Again they have done it but I didn't doubt them for a second..
I do have questions on who is next because I have questions!

As I always say if there is a warnings/triggers page, READ IT! Please, protect yourself before going into a book. There is heavy shit in this one.

I think this one is my favorite from this duo BY FAR!!! My new obsession: Tokyo & Angel 😩❤️❤️
This book had everything I wanted from this universe + A BUNNY NAMED HONEY!!!

Reading it felt so hot most of the time, filled with so much tension and anticipation (in the best possible way), I was kicking my feet and giggling, blushing and cackling, but I also felt extremely anxious at some point, because there always has to be a fucked up father that can't accept his son the way he is, but this one tried to convert his son in inhumane ways!!!!

I didn't expect to be disappointed. Skyler and Brea ate and left no crumbs, yet again with yet another book. I'm in love with their writing.

I like this one but there were some parts where Demon annoyed me like let your twin be happy like damn he’s not stick by your side forever. Tokyo and Angel were cute and a little funny, I saw that there was gonna be book 3 but I can’t find it anywhere hopefully it’s Demon so he can leave his twin alone 😭

I really love these authors’ other series together. Like maybe within my top 10. So, I immediately downloaded this book since I loved the first of The Hitters series. However, this story really disappointed me. Aside from the book being riddled with spelling and grammatical errors, the writing didn’t flow nearly as well for me as their other books. I felt so excited for Angel’s story, but it ultimately fell flat.

Regardless, I’ll be continuing to read this series and other books by these authors. Just didn’t enjoy this one as much.

Skyler & Brea Wylde have done it again! I’ve yet to find a book by them that I don’t devour. After getting our first glimpse of the Hitters MC in Bad Habits (formerly titled Trouble) I was desperate for the rest of the crews stories & was beyond thrilled to find out they are getting their own series!

So what happens when you mix a sassy little thief with a six foot eight, cocky AF celebrity? A steaming hot case of mutuals with benefits that soon turns into a love neither expected.

Angel & Tokyo’s story took so many twists & turns that had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Between them denying their feelings for each other to Angel’s crew getting suspicious to Tokyo having to hide his true self it felt like these two had hurdle after hurdle to jump over to finally get their HEA.

Getting to know Angel & Demon on a more personal level & seeing their love for each other warmed my heart. My heart broke ten times over for Tokyo throughout this story; I was not expecting his past to be as traumatic as it was & I definitely shed a few tears in the end.

**3.25 stars

This started out so strong for me and within the first few chapters I was already holding my breath because this wasn’t just about Angel falling for Tokyo, this was about Angel and Demon navigating a life that didn’t revolve around each other. And although this had some ache in it and for pretty heavy themes that broke my heart, it wasn’t the emotional rollercoaster I thought it was going to be.

The first part of this I loved watching Angel and Tokyo navigate their relationship. It’s complicated, but we get some really great build up. I was anxious about what was going to go down because there were a few ways this could go. Then at 60% this went full throttle and did not let up. I was not ready for the pace change and it took me out of the story and I couldn’t quite grasp onto Tokyo changing from weary and ready to keep Angel a secret for fear of his father’s wrath to being ready to burn the world to the ground. What Tokyo has been through is the epitome of trauma and I just couldn’t buy the sudden shift.

I think if the pacing had had a more gradual build up it would have worked better for me. I get that this duo is known for some OTT and crazy themes, but it just felt a bit too rushed. The end was nice though and I still want to get to know all the hitters. I’m thinking Demon and Shade will be next?

Angel and Tokyo had one hell of a ride before they got their HEA. What started off as a friends for benefit situation ended up becoming so much more.

A fantastic book! This was a fast paced story with wonderful characters and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I have mixed feelings about this one. The first half was difficult to enjoy. It felt like not much was happening beyond Tokyo being an idiot and Caleb being a jerk. The second half definitely picked up and it felt like a lot of "here's his past" was meant to excuse the aforementioned Tokyo-being-an-idiot but I'm not sure it really did. Anyway, it was a fun read and I have no regrets.

DNF - the writers are fine and I like their other stuff but TBH the only reason why I read the first one was because of Tony. The first book of this series did not make me invested enough in the side characters (the only one I’m even mildly interested in is Drav) to continue the books.

I absolutely feel in love with the Hitters in the first books Trouble (now called Bad Habits) and I'm so happy to see more of them in this new book.

This one follows Angel (twin to demon) and his journey to find someone that can match him. I thought the story was incredibly well written and truthfully enjoyed each chapter. I can't wait for the next one in the series!

Spoilers 👇🏼

I absolutely adored reading about Tokyo and Angel! We first meet angel in trouble (now called bad habits) and I'm so happy to follow him in his own story with his boyfriend Tokyo. There was the perfect amount of spice and tenderness in this story. There were some parts where I thought it could've flowed a bit better but overall 4.5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Some of favorite quotes from this book include 👇🏼
- "I refused to let anyone dim my greatness."
- "Oh I was plotting to rob your friends. You’re somewhere on the list!”
- "That easy? Shit, maybe I should ask for a pony or something.”….. “You’re little but I don’t think you’re small enough for a pony.”
- "Fuck, if I could, if I had freedom to be like any other person in the world, I’d date you for real."
- "It was like wanting ice cream but only having salad in front of you. There was no shoving down this craving. Angel was a taste I couldn’t ignore, let alone replace."
- "He. Is. Just. Some. Guy."
- "If the church's so-called light was anything like Angel's eyes, I could see why they were all obsessed with it."
- "We were lost and there was no way I ever wanted to be found."
- "I'm going to break your fucking nose and then make you apologise to my man on your fucking knees like the bitch you are.”
- "I just... wanted to be normal. With you."
- Tokyo had weaseled his ass into my heart.
- I'm still in love with you.
- Everything about you is mine.
- you get a big ass head when I compliment you
- I'm your asshole. Always yours.
- THE Tokyo Gatlin is pouting like a brat.
- Angel is staying in my life.
- My man is in there waiting for me
- Angel is mine
- I would be Tokyo's avenging Angel.
- You're a possessive little thing
- I demand you love me forever
- I like taking care of you and getting you things you want....That’s weirdly cute of you, but you’re fucking injured
- It's unbelievably hot how you just offered up a heist for us
- He was not only my avenging angel, but my hero
- Tokyo, don't make me punch you in the mouth.

A Sizzling Sequel: "No Good" by Skyler and Brea Wylde

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"No Good," the second installment in The Hitters series by Skyler and Brea Wylde, delivers a scorching tale that is not for the faint-hearted. Tokyo and Angel, the protagonists, embark on a journey filled with surprises, emotional growth, and undeniable chemistry, making for a compelling and unforgettable read.

The authors emphasize the importance of content warnings, urging readers to be cautious as some elements might trigger phobias. It's a thoughtful touch that sets the tone for the intense and gripping narrative that unfolds within the pages of this book.

The storyline is characterized by moments of despair that seem insurmountable, yet Tokyo and Angel prove to be resilient, determined, and forceful when needed. The result is a heartwarming and satisfying happily-ever-after, showcasing the tremendous growth both characters undergo.

For readers new to The Hitters series, it's worth noting that there is a previous book titled "Bad Habit," formerly known as "Trouble," which is recommended for a complete understanding of the series.

The true charm of "No Good" lies in its characters, each brought to life with hilariously witty banter that adds a delightful layer to the narrative. Tokyo and Angel's dynamic is both entertaining and electric, with jealousy, devotion, and possessiveness weaving a web of emotions that keeps readers hooked. The authors spare no expense in crafting a romance that is not only fantastic but also irresistibly hot, ensuring that every page is filled with palpable chemistry and steamy encounters.

As a reader who received an Advance Reader Copy (ARC), I voluntarily provide my honest review of "No Good." The anticipation for future entries in The Hitters series is already building, as Skyler and Brea Wylde have left us craving more of their intoxicating storytelling and unforgettable characters. If you're a fan of intense romances with well-developed characters and a generous dose of heat, "No Good" is a must-read.

I'm in a dark-romance-era (yes, again), and I'm working through the Mayhem Universe (including authors as such as Skylar Snow and Brea Alepoú). This universe includes the Mafia Daddies series, the Vitale Brothers series (which I've read), The Hitters MC series, and a few standalones (which were actually part of different multi-author series). Here's Skylar Snow's and Brea Alepoú's "No Good." It's the second book in the Hitters MC series.

Oh wow. The hurt-comfort in this book was real. Really real. The angst. My anxiety. Them confused. Me crying. Broken hearts all around.

Speaking of broken. These two were just two soft boys who got their trust and their hearts broken far too many times. Together, they were able to come together, comfort each other, and eventually heal.

Plus some teasing, some twin-drama, a bunny, and some Vilate intervention.

Trigger Warnings: religious trauma, conversion camps, homophobia, childhood neglect and abuse, ptsd, cults, murder, torture, and more.

Tokyo and Angel's story was steamy, chaotic, and all-over-the-place... and I absolutely loved it. I knew the two of them were going to be dynamite together from the first few pages, and their chemistry was unbelievably good. Angel was such a spitfire, and I loved that he held his own and never let Tokyo's ego get too big. If anything, Tokyo felt like he was at a disadvantage because he was so obviously smitten with Angel, and I was so entertained watching him try to reel Angel back in. Their hookups started out as just a bunch of steamy fun, but it was pretty clear before long that Tokyo's possessive side wouldn't let anyone else lay their hands on Angel. The two of them were honestly such a mess, but as I got to know them better and see all the things they were hiding under the surface I knew they had the potential to be so good together. Both of them had pretty crummy father figures, but while Angel's dad was buried in the past, Tokyo's was still actively pulling strings to force him to do his bidding. The inner angst and conflict was such an emotional rollercoaster, but after Tokyo stuck his neck out to protect Angel when one of his jobs went south I knew there was no future that didn't involve the two of them together. I genuinely wasn't prepared for how high stakes things got with these two, but Angel and his crew ended up having to go on a full-blown rescue mission to fight for Angel and Tokyo's future together. Things got messy, vengeance was dealt, and in the end Tokyo and Angel finally got to live the lives they'd always wanted to with their love out in the open for the world to see.

Angel is anything but his name suggests. He’s a feisty, determined, headstrong biker by day and a thief and a camboy by night, who grew up not knowing when his next meal was coming.

Tokyo is the super famous movie star and son of a man of god. To the outside world he appears to have the perfect life but behind closed doors he’s lonely, unable to trust anyone and hiding in the closet.

When the two meet in a club and develop a “friends with benefits” relationship Tokyo decideds he wants to keep Angel as his dirty little secret but soon feelings come in to play and what was meant to be some simple fun grows to something he can’t live without.

I thought I knew where this story was going when it started, but Skyler and Brea threw in so many twists and turns I had to force myself to slow down my reading because I was so desperate to know how things were going to play out.

I adored both Angel and Tokyo so much and, once again, the side characters in this book are just amazing. I loved Angel’s relationship with his brother, Deamon, and Tokyo’s relationships with his assistant and driver both add a depth to his character.

This spice is delicious, and the plot kept my on the edge of my seat. I’m so desperate for more in this series now!

Vibes:
- Biker
- Instant attraction
- Religious trauma
- Secret relationship
- Friends with benefits
- Possessive MC
- Hilarious witty banter

I loved this book so much! I've really been liking everything these great authors write together! In Bad Habits you got a hint of how unhinged Angel can get and in this book the authors let him fully out. Tokyo and Angel have each been through a lot throughout their lives. Each having only a few people they each could trust 100%. So, when they get together it's a huge deal. I love the playful banter they have. The text messages had me cracking up. The spicy times were extra steamy but there were also tender moments thrown in. I liked both of these characters so much separately but put them together and I fell in love! Throughout the book I kept asking if Tokyo is such a big star and has his own money why is he so afraid to stand up to his dad. Then when it got to it you understood how big and powerful his father actually was! Reading about Tokyo in the hole and him yelling for his dad was truly heartbreaking. I love that Tony was in on the mission with the Hitters not only that, but Enzo joined him and Tokyo on something else. At the end when the Hitters gathered and Tokyo realized he now had a family (loved his banter with Angel's twin Demon!) and a great group of friends. Can't wait to read what's going on between Demon and Shade.

A rascally MC gang member and a famous actor! An unlikely pair, but their story is fun!

Angel and his gang rob people. Like a lot. It’s kind of what they do. And Tokyo Gatlin just happens to be on the list of celebrities that Angel and his gang intend to rob. This could be an issue for Angel, what with him developing feelings or whatever. Tokyo doesn’t do relationships, but there’s just something about Angel that makes him want to go against his homophobic mega-church owning father and just live his life.

This book has strong themes of homophobia, religious trauma, conversion therapy (graphic) and general themes that are quite triggering to LGBTQ readers, so please beware. I had to skim some of the content in this book, and I’m not someone who is bothered by TWs very often.

This book was definitely a fun read. The Vitale Bros are some of my favourite books, so any kind of spinoff is obviously going to be enjoyable for me~ There was a brief appearance from one of the brothers in this book!

Angel is so feisty, and it’s so fun to read about him. Tokyo’s personality is less strong, but his story is really sad! These two get the HEA they deserve.
For me, the characters and plot in this book were good, but nothing exceptional. I wasn’t hanging on the edge of my seat like I usually am for the Vitale Bros, but I still had fun!

This book had me hooked in a way I wasn’t expecting. From the start, the tension, the power dynamics, and the emotional undercurrent pulled me in and never really let go. Tokyo especially stood out to me—not just as a dominant, wealthy, untouchable presence, but as someone far more layered than he first appears. He commands every scene he’s in without needing to be loud about it, and that quiet control made his interactions feel intense and intentional.

Angel, on the other hand, is chaos in the best way. Sharp, reckless, and emotionally raw, he challenges Tokyo in a way no one else can. Their dynamic thrives on contrast—control versus defiance, restraint versus impulse—and that push and pull kept me turning pages. One moment that really sealed it for me was when Tokyo gave Angel the rabbit. Such a small, soft gesture, yet it carried so much meaning. It showed tenderness without words and revealed a crack in Tokyo’s carefully built armor. That single act added depth to their connection and made everything feel more intimate and dangerous at the same time.

Overall, this was a gripping read with strong characters, sizzling chemistry, and emotional layers that went beyond just the romance. It’s dark, intense, and surprisingly tender in moments that matter most. Definitely a book that lingers after you finish it.

I can’t even begin to express how much I love the whole Vitale/Hitters MC universe.

This book was the second in the Hitters MC series.

Angel is a badass twink who wreaks havoc. He steals for a living with his twin brother Demon, as a part of their gang. He wants someone to call his and is looking for a more meaningful connection, when he meets Tokyo.

Tokyo is a rich, cocky actor who is closeted. He can’t ever allow anyone to know the truth because if his father found out, he would send him back to that dark place. When he meets Angel though, he can’t seem to be able to stay away.

Will they manage to be together despite all obstacles in their way?

This book was just as compelling as all the rest, belonging to these ladies. The spice was absolute top tier and the plot keeps you interested. The whole church/cult related aspect was something I hadn’t read before!

I also loved the dynamic between Angel and Tokyo. Usually the bigger guy is always the savior, but here we have something deifferent!

And the Enzo cameo? Hello pretty man, I have missed you🥹

Check the TWs as there is a lot of religious homophobia!

*I received and ARC for this book*

Tokyo is a movie star and the son of a massive cult leader, rich as hell but extremely lonely, and damaged thanks to his abusive, cultist father. He comes across as arrogant and sure of himself, but as the story unfolds, Angel starts finding bits and pieces of the real Tokyo.
Angel is a rather small (but don't let him hear you say it), angelic-looking, motorcycle-riding thief and a member of the Hitters, with a sex drive that knows no bounds. Immediately attracted to Tokyo (it goes both ways), he manages to weasel his way into Tokyo's life while keeping his world mostly hidden from Tokyo.

Despite neither man trusting others and neither looking for anything more than a hookup, they are continually drawn to each other. Their secret relationship begins to affect their jobs and lives until eventually, they clash when Angel finds himself in trouble with the law and Tokyo comes to his rescue, leading to Angel spilling his secrets and drawing the attention of Tokyo's cult leader father.

Things become dangerous, and Angel learns just how much he's fallen for Tokyo when it's his turn to save the day.

I really enjoyed Angel and Tokyo's story! While it did start a bit slow and had a couple of slow points in the first half of the book, it was totally worth it in the end. As much as I felt bad for Demon, he also annoyed the crap out of me and I wanted to smack him a few times lol Pretty sure there were some hints dropped about him toward the end of the book and I'm curious to find out what that's all about ;)

Oh...and of course, this story was filled with MANY very very spicy hot scenes :) Heat 5/5

NO Good by Skyler & Brea Wylde is an emotional MM romance filled with spice, angst, heartbreak, and love.

Tokyo is a movie star who doesn't trust easily due to his past. Angel is a grumpy, bad boy biker who is involved in some shady business. When the two meet at a club, sparks fly(after Tokyo spills his drink on Angel). What is supposed to be a one night stand turns so much more. The one wrench in their love story, Tokyo is in the closet, and his father is a famous religious cult leader. As you can imagine, chaos does ensue.

This book had me blushing, laughing, and crying. I went through all the emotions. Tokyo and Angel were just too cute. They are the ultimate ride or 💀 couple.

The spice in this book was top tier. Had me feeling hot 🥵🔥🫠.

Please be aware that this book does involve conversion therapy of a main character. It is heartbreaking to read and prepare to have a box of tissues by you.

Movie star Tokyo Gatlin is the son of a man of god. A man who commands a flock who will not be embarrassed by the likes of me. I am a Son of the Sun, a man with morals and values. When he meets Angel he is supposed to be his dirty little secret that he can hide from the world but then he becomes so much more than that. Tokyo was meant for the path of light, but the darkness never looked so sweet. Angel might be his undoing, but he can’t let his feisty, determined, headstrong biker go. It’s time for him to find his path even if it breaks him.

I found this book harder to get on with compared to the first one in the series. However, the story between Tokyo and Angel is a love story with the complications of Toko's father and Angel's twin brother Demon (who was at times funny). There was great chemistry between the two men and I think that was part of what carried them through everything else that happened. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

This book was absolutely amazing! I absolutely love Angel and Tokyo. Tokyo intrigued me from the start and I loved seeing his story play out. He is a famous movie star so his life is very out there to the public. And to see him get his happy ending with Angel is so amazing. Angel on the other hand keeps his life to the shadows as he is part of the Hitters MC club. They meet and can’t seem to stay away from each other. Angel is absolutely perfect for Tokyo and vice versa. They definitely need to get across some hurdles before they get their happy ending but it is worth it.
This book also had so many amazing steamy scenes. The chemistry between the two main characters flew off the page. Excited to see where the next book will take the story.
Thanks to Brea for an eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Tokyo is an well known actor who seems like he's on top of the world.
In reality he's hiding a lifetime of hatred and abuse from an evil father.
When he meets Angel, a thief in an MC he's immediately intrigued.
They share an explosive night of passion that leaves them both wanting more.
Unfortunately Tokyo has to hide his truth from his vile father and Angel has never been in or wanted a relationship before.
There's also a problem with his codependent twin Demon.
Angel is quite literally ready to spread his wings and have some separation and freedom from Demon but it's going to take some time and it's going to be very hard for Demon.
There's danger for both Tokyo and Angel and they're able to help each other out.
These two were perfect for each other and I can't wait for Demon's book.
