OFFICIALLY ADDICTED!
Although this series is presented as a set of novellas, the story line is too good to pass on. I was immediately drawn into Belinda's desire to capture the eye of the elusive Nicholas. A billionaire that she is so sure can give her a secure future and not a one night stand turned into an unplanned pregnancy, which is how she came about to be.
But where there is a desire, there is temptation. AND BOY OH BOY Hawke is one hell of a temptation, the bad boy biker who also resides in her neighborhood. His over confident ego, scared hands, and tattoo's scream "stay away" but it also makes her want more.
The angst in this novella is CRAZY and on multiple occasions I had to remind myself to breath or to stop biting my lip so hard. Belinda is such a loveable character too, and I think many will find her relatable in one way or another.
YOU HAVE TO GET THIS BOOK!! You will be hooked and then going through withdrawals for the next, but it is SOOO worth it!

I am split on this book. Part of me loved it. Part of me didn't like it.
I didn't care for the money hungry, I already have my life planned out for me Belinda. However, when Hawke is around and this new mystery texter... I NEEDED more of that. I want to know where this odd situation goes, but I would like to see the fake, user side of her to go away too. Then again that is the side that keeps bringing us more of the mystery that is Nicolas and I want to see more of this man who is so shut off from everyone.
This was an interesting start of the story. As I said I am truly split over whether I liked it or not. I hope the next part is a little better at not making Belinda seem so cold hearted and gold digging as this one since that was really that part I had issues with, however, I know that there really are women out there like that so I can't complain too much.

I'm not sure how to categorize this one. There is a suspense about it, but not really. There is an eroticism to it, but not really. There seemed to be more description of things than actual story. I did find myself skimming at some points.
Belinda is a poor girl trying to complete in a rich girl world. Her best friend is rich, she lives with her in a high priced condo. She's in love with the buildings owner and in lust with the naked hottie in the condo across from hers. She claims to be a good girl but is she really?
Just when I did find myself interested in ended. I'm hoping the second picks up how this one ended.

The start of somethin' Good!
That's what I have to say about SINFUL REWARDS Book One of the Twelve Part Serial. As a HUGE fan of Cynthia Sax's Erotic Romances (The Seen Trilogy, Breaking All the Rules, etc), I was so excited to get my hands on SINFUL REWARDS One and Two (yes...I will be reviewing Book Two Next Month). The little sneak peaks are soooo not enough for me...I need MORE MORE MORE (just imagine me stomping my feet on the ground).
Hawke...um...can we day YUM! Not that I don't like a man in a suit or in this case Nicolas, but Hawke...a tattooed bad boy biker with a spicy side...whoa mama! Bee doesn't know what she is missing if she doesn't test BOTH waters before taking the dive!
So at this point...I am so on Team Hawke...but I think Nicolas might be able to persuade me!!

This short, intense introduction to a new series involving bikers and billionaires is set to keep me guessing for the next few weeks/months - I hope Ms Sax is busy making sure it is not too long a wait!
The detailed description of fashion and style could in another context be annoying, but here just served to reinforce just how much Bee is conscious of the world she sits on the edge of, and how much she wants to join it. Yet she is also the good daughter. Some of the lines had me laughing out loud (embarrassing but great!) . Roll on book 2 asap.

This series has potential to be good but i hated the money hungry aspect. it dominated the story.
The naive daydreaming of bagging a billionaire so Belinda could be all glitzed out in the latest designer wear got old real quick.
I didnt really like Nicolas. Now Hawke i would like to know more of.
I really struggled through this book. I would like to have been able to write a more detailed review but to be honest the only thing I can remember about it is the gold digging.

So poor girl Belinda meets billionaire Nicolas and bad boy biker Hawke. She watches her landlord Nicolas from her apartment window and sees him forget his phone. She returns it to him. In the meantime she discovers hot biker Hawke naked on his balcony watching her. She’s pretty into both guys. She gets a mysterious ‘reward’ in the mail and can’t work out which guy it’s from.
Bee was not really my kind of girl. Obsessed by clothes, brands and money. She dreams of bring a good girl and marrying a rich guy so she can buy nice things and fit in. Really not my kind of thing.
Nicolas is a bit of an arsehole. Hawke is pretty hot. Bee judges both guys instantly and decides to go for the money.
She has a pretty lame job addressing envelopes and thinks she will get chosen for the full time position even though we all know the other candidate is doing far more to secure the deal.
I just felt Bee was a bit stupid and vacuous.
But i am tempted to read book two as I like this author. But there are 12 instalments which will make it a pretty expensive read.

The whole concept of SINFUL REWARDS got me hooked. Wouldn't it be delightfully wicked that we could get a treat for every sexy daring we pulled off? Such a tantalizing idea.
A good girl, a hard-working but lonely good girl, Bee Carter fantasies about a Prince Charming who will offer her a forever. Nothing will stop her from avoiding the kind of poor, unloved life her mother led because of a one-night mistake.
Belinda, you and I share more than a name. It's your endearing tendency to daydream about the fairy-tale quality of your fantasies as opposed to gritty, unfair, dream-shattering real life.
We share that longing for fair game, for just situations, for people to behave toward us as if they could instantly recognise our true nature. Which is that we are deserving of their interest, their care, their loyalty.
Beyond that, in the innermost recesses of our basic humanity, we share the desire to let go of inhibitions, to let hidden and scandalous desires out in the open to be free, to taste pleasure without shame.
I admire Bee's determination, it's really sweet of her to think the perfect thing and then be human enough to react to something else, a little bit less perfect. That's how she ends up torn between two versions of her dreams. And two men.
- Nicholas, poised, safe, a promised paradise of wealth and unbroken hearts.
- Hawke, a biker made of carnal temptations that oozes danger and a broken future.
I adore the author's writing style. It's funny, captivating, true to character. She's capable of sucking the reader into the characters' minds and personalities with such ease. The dialogues are so witty!
Bee is a very relatable girl with dreams that make you warm to her as much as her mistakes.
And the men the author creates... purely unavoidable. Strong, implacably irresistible, meltingly sexy.
Even though I can't feel sorry for Bee not owning big expensive purses, I do understand her insecurities. Feeling isolated and small because everything around her is better than what she has, knowing that whatever she does she will never achieve enough status not to be humiliated by others, makes me want to soothe her and cheer her up. After all, she's worth more than money.
She's smart and motivated. She proves it time and again at work, with her friend Cindy, and the decisions she makes regarding men. That's when the game begins. A mysterious stranger sends her a note asking for a private dare that she must accomplish, a very sensuous dare, and if she does, she will get rewarded in a very unusual, personalised way.
Wonderfully wicked, Sinful Rewards part I explores the topic of voyeurism. Where it may stem from, why it turns the female protagonist so much. It does this wrapped up in a story about a woman who struggles between what her mind wants and what her forbidden desires claim. It's the story of a woman caught between two choices and the two men who represent them. And what's a good girl to do when the reward for naughty behaviour is so sinfully good? ;o)

You meet the privileged Cyndi who is room mates with Belinda "Bee" Carter. I will tell you that out of all the characters I met in this book, Bee was my favorite. And once you meet the men, you will understand my shock in admitting that Bee was my favorite character. She is such a strong individual who weak at the same time. With the small glances we have been given into her life, you already know she has such a beautiful soul.
Ok...ok... I know what you want to know is: The Men! We know Cynthia writes some edible, swoon worthy and damaged men. (Who we all love!)

WOW! This is the first time I have read any of Cynthia Sax's work. Oh my goodness this talented lady has a way of warming things up. Sinful Rewards 1 is a wonderful book that I could not put down. I read this in one setting because there was no way I was putting it down.
First of all I really like Belinda "Bee" Carter. I'm really anxious to see how things are going to work out with her job and the two men that have appeared in her life. She has one handsome rich guy that she has finally made contact with. Then there is the sexy neighbor whom has been watching her and she has been watching him. Oh my! This girl has some choices to choose from and I can not wait to read the second installment in this series to learn more about all of them. I also am very anxious to learn who the mystery texter is.
Bee is the good girl that works hard and tries to always do the right thing. I found a quick connection with her.
This is a really quick read and would be perfect for quick night time story or maybe on your lunch break. Either way you may want to grab something cool to drink because there are a few steamy scenes in this book.
I really enjoyed my first taste of Cynthia Sax's work and I can not wait to read more. Ms. Sax has created an interesting mix of characters with a storyline that I'm really excited to see play out. This is the first time I have read this type of series. However I think it is going to be a lot of fun to look forward to a new part to the story each month.

This girl has some choices to choose from and I can not wait to read the second installment in this series to learn more about all of them. I also am very anxious to learn who the mystery texter is.
Bee is the good girl that works hard and tries to always do the right thing. I found a quick connection with her.
This is a really quick read and would be perfect for quick night time story or maybe on your lunch break. Either way you may want to grab something cool to drink because there are a few steamy scenes in this book.
I really enjoyed my first taste of Cynthia Sax's work and I can not wait to read more. Ms. Sax has created an interesting mix of characters with a storyline that I'm really excited to see play out. This is the first time I have read this type of series. However I think it is going to be a lot of fun to look forward to a new part to the story each month.

Wow- there was something about this book that made me read it straight through. I was so enraptured by the story thatI found myself furiously flipping the pages and I tried to keep going when there weren't anymore.
The book follows the story of Belinda, or Bee. She is a hard working, dedicated woman who thinks of herself as a pervert. She likes to watch and wants to be watched. She spies on the reclusive billionaire Nicholas Rainer. She often daydreams about them having a chance meeting and falling madly in love. He will sweep her off her feet and give her the life of luxury that she can only hope for.
However, one morning when she is doing her "spying" she catches sight of her new neighbor, Hawke. That man is walking sex. Tall, tattooed, muscled and mysterious. He is jaw-dropping sexy while working out on his balcony-naked. He catches her watching him and plays it up.
When fate intervenes and Bee gets her chance to meet Nicholas, she is so disappointed in the way he treated her that she gives him a piece of her mind. Her boldness intrigues and delights him and he quickly makes up for his mood. She later runs into Hawke again and feels drawn to him. When she receives a mysterious text, she doesn't know what to do. She doesn't know if the mystery man is Nicholas of Hawke and she can't quite decide who she wants it to be.

Okay, so fan-girl scream!!! a new series of novella's from Cynthia Sax (be still my beating heart) and I am thrilled to bits, as I know I am going to be thrust into a land of billionaires...But Sinful Rewards has a little twist, it also has a super hot biker!!!! (excuse me while I faint!)
Okay so back to the story, Bee is sharing a beautiful condo with her super rich friend Cyndi. Where Cyndi comes from money, Bea comes from a single mother who scrapped together to make ends meet. Bea feels very much out of place but she so desperately wants to fit in and have that sense of security that she has wanted all her life. She see's that security in billionaire Nicolas Rainer, he is everything she wants in a man. But suddenly she see's Hawke, the sexy new neighbor from the tower opposite, who has been watching her, I am going to leave the deliciousness there as I don't wish to spoil it for you.
If you are looking for hot, raunchy sex, you are not going to find it in part one. what you will find is a introduction to the characters and Bee's life, hopes and dreams. I love it when authors introduce you to the characters before getting in to the hotness of it all, it gives you a feel for the book and I commend Cynthia for doing that...I do like a fantastic plot line as you all know and this books has it all. I am really excited for book two! there is so many questions I need answering :-)

It isn't often that I review an entire serial but when I was asked to review the first book of Cynthia Sax's SINFUL REWARDS series, I couldn't turn it down and had to read them all. Most of the time serial novellas tend to end very abruptly, right in the middle of some action, so if the author doesn't have a new installment coming out soon after, it makes for some very angry and frustrated reading.
SINFUL REWARDS is not that kind of serial. Cynthia Sax has written it in such a way that each book ends with all the major ends tied up so it isn't as frustrating to deal with. Therefore, because it was a serial with 12 parts released once a month for an entire year, I decided it was a good idea to wait to read the entire series and review it then.
As a serial, the plot is quite complex with lots of characters and a lot going on in the plot but that is the prerogative of the serial; you can make a large epic story easy-to-read. It's steamy, sexy, with a dose of mystery and hot men tied in. Everything fits into place and works beautifully, a very difficult thing to do in a long serial such as this one.
Each of the 12 installments of the SINFUL REWARDS series is not necessarily a standalone book though. While they do have endings that tie up most of the loose ends, they also leave large questions open that need to be answered in the following book. So I do not recommend that you jump into the middle of the series. Definitely start book 1 and work your way to book 12. You won't be disappointed as it's a great way to spend your time!

She has her eye on Nicolas Rainer and thinks he is the perfect man for her. That is until she sees her sexy bad boy neighbor naked. She also has to figure who is sending the text Rainer or Hawke.

What a great intro to a series I have no doubt I will love! The author takes the first book to introduce us to the pivotal characters in the story. A story that I cannot wait to read more about. So many unanswered questions that I am salivating to find out the answers to!
We meet Bee who wants everyone to think she is the poster girl for all that is good. But what you learn is that she is so far from that. She isn't "bad" per say, she just knows what she wants but is afraid to show that side of her.
Nicholas is the billionaire who owns the condo that Bee and her roommate, Cyndi live in. She sees him daily in the park right outside her window and falls in lust instantly. She has been watching him for a long time and is convinced he is the marrying type. All she has to do is meet him.
Hawke is "bad boy" who lives in the condo across from Bee and the first time she sees him, he's naked and oh so glorious ;) He does things to her that she never thought possible. Did I mention he also rides a motorcycle? Yummy!!
The chemistry is hot between Bee and both guys but in different ways. I, for one, fell in love with Hawke and could not seem to get enough of him. A sexy story that I enjoyed and I am waiting (not very patiently) for the next installment in the series.

I won an eBook from Cynthia Sax. When asked which book I wanted it was a hard chose, because I knew I could not go wrong with any of her books. I ran across this series and thought it would be an awesome series to start. Boy was I right. I so loved this 1st book and so cannot wait to read the second book.

Sheer genius!
This is brilliant! You can read the blurb as well as I can. This is part one of a series that will go on for a year, 12 books, and it is spectacular! I was into the story right from the beginning because I love Bee; she is wonderful. Cynthia always has great female heroines, but I just love Bee: she is irresistible. The gorgeous Nicolas and Hawke will most certainly compete for her affection, and it’s going to be hot, hot, hot! They are so different from each other; it’s going to be so much fun! I love everything Cynthia Sax writes, but this is her best ever! I had to put the book down but I rushed from work to finish it; it was my priority that evening; not even Nutella could have driven me away! I don’t even want to think about what’s going to happen next, because I trust Cynthia’s imagination, and whatever she can think of will be much better than whatever I have in mind. It’s so exciting; I don’t think there ever was the first part of a series that had me stoked like this! It is awesome! I can hardly wait for the other ones!

So I really liked this one and read it extremely fast but I also had some issues with it.
I just could not connect with the main character Bee. She's very sweet and has a good heart but a lot of the story is her being very materialistic and not wanting to end up like her mother working at a diner in some small town. She also lived in her head a lot fantasizing about this glamorous lifestyle she wants. I can completely understand her wanting to better herself and not be poor but it was a little over the top with how much she wanted this. I do think she is a good person. She has some sass and I enjoyed that. I just wish she didn't care so much about her "image".
That being said it was still a good read. It flowed really well and I'm definitely intrigued by the two leading men, Hawke and Nicolas. They both are very alpha and have this dominating presence. I'm very curious as to how the story will play out.
This one does end on a cliffhanger. But its a great build up for the rest of the series. I definitely plan on grabbing the rest and seeing how everything plays out.

Sinful Rewards 1: A Billionaires and Bikers Novella (Sinful Rewards #1) by Cynthia Sax This certainly wasn't what I thought it was going to be. It was very descriptive about a lot of things and very fashion and money orientated. I loved it and hated it at the same time as there seemed to be very little of a story among all the descriptions of her tattered old purse and what high fashion clothes her room mate wore. Maybe that is just me....Immediate thoughts of Belinda - or Bee - were conceited and gold digger, she is a poor girl living with her rich friend who fantasies about marrying Nicolas Rainer the super hot rich guy who owns the apartment building she lives in.That is until she discovers the equally hot bad boy-type, Hawke, who lives in the condo across for her.She gains a secret admirer and a new purse.... - is it Nicolas or Hawke?I loved the book enough to want to know more and I cant wait to read book 2!

I am writing this review after I cursed and yelled silently at Cynthia Sax, "How could you torture me like this?" I wish I had known that she had once again pulled me into a series that captivated me after the first sentence and kept me reading until the very last word. Six chapters is just enough to make me her slave, and I don't mind because Cynthia Sax knows how to write a story. I will wait patiently until she feeds me the next scrap in the series and I will thank her for whatever she gives me. The characters are well defined. The background information is just enough to make me wonder about what's going to happen next. The dialogue is right on. I'd like to visit that condo and look out the telescope and have a looksie myself. Thank you, Cynthia, for letting me be a bad girl.

I really like Bee, the main female character. She was born poor. She is still poor but living in the world of the rich with her roommate, shallow Cynthia. Bee has principles and she sticks to them, even when giving in would make things easier for her. Two men have come into her life, a Billionaire and a biker. Both have something to offer, or so she thinks. In book one we are introduced to the characters, but we have yet to find out what is really going (of course neither does Bee). My problem with the book is that it is a novella and it will take many more novellas to give me the story. Instead of a happily ever after, I have been left hanging. Now I have to decide do I wait or do I buy as each part is released.

Cynthia did a masterful job in introducing us to these characters. I am captivated by each one of them and I want to learn more about them. Belinda/Bee is trying so hard to be something that she is not. She is wearing designer knockoffs and being the efficient employee. I also think that Nicholas is trying to be something that he is not. Readers know that Nicholas dresses in the very best but never seems to relax. Whereas Hawke is just exactly who we see; and I definitely want to know more about him. This serial is going to keep me in constant anticipation of the next book.

I'm usually a fan of Cynthia, but if I'm honest I found this book rather boring. It is most definitely part one of series. In fact I would go so far as to say it's more like the opening part of a book rather then a whole book (it is listed as a Novella) Possibly if I read the other parts I might be more excited by it, but as a stand alone it doesn't have much going for it.
Even the idea about watching/spying on someone isn't really followed up on. There is one scene near the start and that's it.
